super Aufenthalt, wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich und familiär aufgenommen und empfangen...das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön gestaltet und besonders das gute Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Traum... immer wieder gerne 😊 übrigens die Betten waren extrem gut 😉

Ottima Riad, in posizione tranquilla ma vicina a tutto, personale accogliente e disponibile, ti consigliano e ti aiutano con gite e trasfer, colazioni molto gradevoli. Da consigliare sicuramente

Muy buena localización y con fácil acceso para coger taxi. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación es amplia. El desayuno se ofrece en terraza (azotea) y es generoso: incluye fruta fresca, pan, croissants, zumo de naranja, café, tortitas.. Sólo hay 4 habitaciones en este riad, lo que favorece que haya un ambiente familiar y muy tranquilo.

Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta cero y entraba poca luz natural por la única ventana que da al patio.

Das Frühstück wurde persönlich für alle Gäste einzeln vorbereitet und auf der Terrasse serviert. Es war alles frisch und mit liebe zubereitet. Einmal mussten wir früh auf einen Ausflug, da wurde uns das Frühstück um 7:00 extra zubereiten!. Bei unserer Ankunft, als wir das 1. Mal ins Zentrum wollten, ist extra jemand mit uns gekommen, um den Weg zu zeigen.

Beim Douchen, spritzt das Wasser bis zum Lavabo.

From the moment we opened the door we were very happy, the decorations were authentic and beautiful.

Everything was lovely, they could possibly improve the roof area it felt like they had run out of ideas once they got there, although it could have been beautiful. But still great to have an outside space.

El lugar limpio moderno, buen desayuno, personal amable y uno de los pocos Riad accesibles a silla de ruedas en Marrakech con ascensor. Hussein muy amable y en general el personal.

Great location! The room and bathroom were quite spacious compared to other riads of a similar category. Breakfast is served at the table (not buffet style). It was simple and mostly sweet, but still enough to start the day. The room was very clean.

Our first impression was not the best, as we arrived in the middle of the night to a dark riad and were shown to our room using the light of a cell phone. The room itself was quite dark, so we had to keep the lights on even during the day. It was also a bit cold inside (we stayed in the first half of March). However, as this is riad, it is understandable. Additionally, we had the same experience as a previous guest with slightly smelly towels when we arrived. They seemed clean but a bit musty. After that, we received new towels every day.

Tutto molto moderno e curata! Ottima accoglienza, colazione inclusa indimenticabile. Bottiglia d'acqua mandorle e datteri di benvenuto.

Non ci sono solo frigo e tv. Forse è un po' dislocata da centro, solo 10 minuti a piedi per la piazza principale El Fnaa

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro. Bella struttura. Riscaldamento in camera. Buona e abbondante colazione. Proprietari disponibili e molto gentili. Ci hanno procurato un transfert per l’aeroporto anche la mattina presto. Parcheggio/spiazzo nelle vicinanze per essere lasciati dal taxi.

La colazione viene fatta nelle aree comuni, tuttavia essendo dicembre era un po’ freddo. Sicuramente con il bel tempo é molto piacevole. Pulizia della stanza da migliorare un pó.

This was my 4th stay in Riad Sabrawa. I keep booking it because it is quite conveniently literally just a few steps away from a place which taxis can reach, which is very good when you arrive very late at night. The ambiente and personnel is also very nice as well as the breakfast and the fact that you can take keys for the front door and your room with you, which makes it so much easier to access and leave the Riad.

I found different hairs of someone else on the pillow and in several places in the bathroom, which never happened during my other stays in this Riad. Other than that, everything was fine as usual.

Het was een erg mooie riad, de locatie was erg gelegen. Auto kwam tot om de hoek en de liep zo de medina in.

Het personeel was matig, je kwam binnen en meer dan een hallo kwam niet uit. Je kreeg de sleutels in de handen en dat was alles. Hij wees naar boven met dat is jullie kamer dus we gingen zelf maar op de gok een deur openen. Kamer is alleen de eerste ochtend schoon gemaakt, we moesten zelf vragen om wc papier en handdoeken. Daarnaast hebben wij ons bagage in de riad gelaten na uitchecken en zouden we later terug komen. Eenmaal aangekomen stond onze bagage nog boven in het gangpad waar iedereen lans kon lopen, een paar tassen beneden. Waarom meneer zei ja breng maar naar beneden er is een lift. De taxi stond buiten en toen vertelde meneer dat we nog 20 euro moesten betalen, wat niet erg is maar wel fijn als dat in de ochtend gemeld zou worden zodat daar rekening mee gehouden kon worden. Nu hebben we snel geld gepind en dat aan de taxi gegeven zodat jij het weer kon leveren aan de riad.

Loved everything about the property! Yeh Riad was exceptionally clean, staff lovely and friendly and the location was great. Can’t wait to return.

Bewertung: 10/10 Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut gelegen im Herzen von Marrakesch. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, was wir besonders geschätzt haben. Alles ist extrem sauber, ästhetisch gestaltet und einfach wunderschön – vor allem die Dachterrasse, die sich perfekt zum Sonnen eignet. Es gibt jederzeit frisch zubereiteten Tee, und das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch für allein reisende Frauen oder Freundinnen ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen – man fühlt sich jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben. Der Standard entspricht voll und ganz europäischem Niveau. Der Fahrstuhl (angeblich der einzige in der Umgebung) ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Betten extrem bequem, und die Zimmer waren makellos sauber. Wir hatten absolut nichts auszusetzen – ein wirklich perfekter Aufenthalt. Klare Empfehlung: 10 von 10!

Equipa fantástica e disponível para ajudar. Espaço muito agradável, tal como nas fotografias. Quarto muito espaçoso. Vantagem por ter um elevador que permite a acessibilidade a pessoas com dificuldade em subir escadas.

Great location, clean and quiet. What truly stands out in this Riad is the warm welcome from the staff upon arrival — you immediately feel at home. But the real highlight is the attention to detail and the care shown by the team while serving breakfast on the terrace. It’s a moment of peace and beauty I will always carry in my heart.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr leckeres frühstück. Großes sauberes Zimmer für einen guten Preis. Gute Lage.

Ausstattung im Badezimmer: Manche Bedienelemente waren lose, Wasserdruck in der Dusche niedrig, Wasser braucht ein wenig um Warm zu werden. Wahrscheinlich einfach dem alter des Gebäudes geschuldet. Kein Weltuntergang. Alles immernoch absolut ausreichend. Ich denke das andere Riads deutlich schlechter abschneiden würden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön! Großes helles Zimmer, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage und vor allem mega Service! Lhoussian war so toll und hilfsbereit! Nochmal vielen Dank für alles!

Les hôtes ont été à l’écoute de nos besoins et très réactifs ! Le logement est bien placé dans la médina, environ 10/15 min à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Le Riad est magnifique, il n’y a rien à dire !

El encanto y la accesibilidad

Tutto un oasi di pace i proprietari ed il ragazzo riccio di cui non ricordo il nome ci hanno aiutato e venuti in contro in tutto. La posizione ottima centrale vicino un po’ a tutte le attrazioni principali.

Bella struttura a pochi passi da jmaa el fnaa, moderna e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione con prodotti artigianali.

Meget hyggeligt og god standard. Meget god beliggenhed i forhold til Medinaen. Meget god service fra vært. Blev hentet ved taxa og fuldt til taxa igen ved afrejse.

La ubicación está genial, muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el- fna. El interior del Riad es muy moderno. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Tienen aire acondicionado que se agradece cuando hace calor 🥵 y destacaría el desayuno, es una maravilla. Las habitaciones están bastante limpias. El personal es súper amable. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en este Riad.

El caudal de la ducha es mínimo y si tienes pelo largo, tardas un buen rato en lavarlo. La terraza está muy chula pero hay detalles que deberían cuidar mas, los cojines y asientos estan sucios, hay mucho polvo, da sensación de dejado. Por lo demás todo genial!!

La ubicación muy buena, dentro de la medina pero en una zona tranquila sin ruido. El desayuno abundante y bueno. El Riad moderno y con pocas habitaciones. Habitación amplia con un baño grande. Colchones y almohadas buenos y cómodos. El personal amable y servicial. Nos dieron una habitacion superior a la contratada.

No nos hicieron cambio de sábanas en toda la estancia ( 7 noches). Toallas escasas, dos grandes de baño y una de manos.Colchones un poco pequeños. Pero esto no supuso inconveniente para tener una estancia muy agradable

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Sabrawa war einfach perfekt! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Abdel und vor allem an Huseyn, die sich mit so viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit um uns gekümmert haben. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage des Riads ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – gemütlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir können das Riad Sabrawa von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This riad is a true oasis in the heart of the city. The architecture is stunning, with authentic Moroccan details and a peaceful courtyard that feels worlds away from the busy medina. My room was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, with incredible views. What really made the stay special was the staff — warm, attentive, and always ready to help. I can’t recommend this riad enough and will definitely return!

Lokalizacja cudowna, kilka minut od centrum. Wystrój też piękny, mieliśmy normalny pokój na parterze i było cudownie codziennie widząc Riad i jak on jest zadbany.

Największym naszym problemem było pranie. Chcieliśmy skorzystać z tego co oferuje Riad więc się spytaliśmy czy możemy skorzystać z pralki. Wytłumaczyli nam że musimy dać rano w reklamówce wszystko co mamy brudne. Tak zrobiliśmy ale następnego dnia się okazało że nie zwracają uwagi co dajemy tylko wrzucają jak leci. Przez to wyciągając suche pranie o które musieliśmy prosić na dodatek dostaliśmy wszystkie białe rzeczy w odcieni różu, ponieważ nie zostało zauważone że daliśmy kolory i białe. Po sytuacji jak zwróciliśmy uwagę zostaliśmy przeproszeni i otrzymaliśmy rekompensatę - równowartość ubrań + transport na lotnisko.

The Riad was exceptionally well positioned with very easy access to the square and good restaurants nearby. The staff were engaging and helpful and we had a fabulous first visit to Marrakesh. The rooms were cool and well appointed.

I enjoyed my stay at Riad Sabrawa, the staff was very welcoming and respectful. The room was very clean and pleasant. I totally recommend this Riad for your stay in Marrakesh.

Riad formidable et exceptionnel ! Idéalement situé dans la médina à quelques minutes de la place Jema El Fna, ce Riad est magnifiquement décoré, fonctionnel et très fonctionnel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et sympathique. La chambre est confortable, suffisamment spacieuse et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Abdel, Hosain and Zahora were the most understanding people ever and always ready to help us whilst giving us privacy. On our first day, Abdel walked us to the medina which was very helpful to find our bearings. The breakfast prepared was incredible, filling and sometimes we didn’t manage to finish even though we wanted too. Breakfast was my highlight! The location is amazing- a minute walk to the car park and you are close but also not directly in the medina if you prefer not to be. The room was spacious and pleasant for two people with lots of storage space. The architecture is gorgeous too and I would recommend this over a hotel, at my time of booking, this was only max £15 extra than other accommodations.

Location. Less than 30 steps from parking area. Easy to return from walking in the medina by following Pepe Nero signage. Rooms. Enough space to open 2 big luggages and walk in the room. Beds are comfy. Loved the ceiling fan circulating the air. Air con is great too. Amenities. Shower gels smells good amd we bought the same shower gel in the medina when we walked pass the shop and recognised the bottles. Good hair dryer. Has a hook to hang clothes next to bathroom door. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. There is a elevator.

El Riad es perfecto. Silencioso y súper cómodo. A cinco minutos andando del zoco y a 10 minutos de la plaza fan. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Marrakech este será mi alojamiento.

Nice room, wouldn't consider it a deluxe suite though as it is just a normal room. Breakfast was amazing!

Top Riad in a very good/practical location, as well as staff. Can't quite remember their names now but both individuals I dealt with during check-in and check-out were very attentive at all times which was nice. Likewise, the caretaker lady that I came across on one of the days.

Fabulous location, really easy to get to the sites and very close to some wonderful restaurants.

Location was perfect, just slightly out of the centre of the Medina meant it was quiet, but still close enough to walk to almost all the main attractions - this also meant it was quieter which was lovely. Being any closer to the medina it would feel very chaotic. The decor was beautiful and calming - a breath of fresh air when you've been in the busy-ness of the medina. One day we walked into the Riad to birdsong and jazz playing - beautiful! The staff were really lovely, kind, and helpful.

The light breakfast was lovely, but it would be nice to be presented with some options or for it to feel a bit more balanced, nutritiously, as it was a lot of bread.

It is a lovely riad nearby the central area of Marrakech which is extremely convenient (a 7 minute walk). The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely be back at this riad in the future!

No major issues but there was room for improvement. When we checked in, we weren’t shown around the riad and just received the key to access our room. The bathroom doesn’t have a ledge on the shower which leads to water going everywhere. Also, breakfast starts at 9am but it would be great if it started earlier especially if you’re going for excursions. They did offer to do breakfast early but we didn’t want to interfere with the schedule. Lastly, on the day we left the riad our taxi was outside - the staff told us we needed to pay for service tax which we would’ve preferred to be notified when we checked in as we didn’t have time to waste as our taxi was waiting for us to take us to the airport.

Our stay was absolutely delightful, situated right in the heart of Marrakesh. The ambiance was homely, with a stunning interior that provided a peaceful retreat for restful nights. Houssain welcomed us warmly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort which was very appreciated.He offered invaluable tips on places to visit and dine, and it was always a pleasure to converse with him. We will definitely stay in this Riad again.

Increíble experiencia, todo el personal muy amable, lugar discreto y silencioso, la habitación impoluta y buen tamaño, las camas también cómodas. Desayuno tradicional marroquí. Desde luego cuando volvamos repetiremos experiencia, está a escasos minutos de la plaza Jemaa El-Fna y lo suficientemente alejado para no oír el bullicio de la plaza.

The riad is beautiful, very good location and it felt really safe. It is a 30 second walk from a square where taxis can pick you up. 10 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna. The room was a good size, very clean and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was delicious, we had it on the rooftop each morning. Abdul and Lhoussain were wonderful, very kind and helpful with recommendations. We also met the owner Julian who was lovely. The riad is new and has been designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. There is a lift which we were told is not a common thing in riads. We would highly recommend staying here, it's a calm oasis in the middle of bustling Marrakech and we would love to return one day :)

The property was beautiful and close proximity to most interesting places. However, I have to mention that the highlight of my stay was LHussein who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable. He really is a credit to Riad Sabrawa.

It is an excellent location and an excellent host.

An amazing experience în this riad. We felt like at home! Cozy atmosphere. Beds so confy and cleaning in the room and food were so nice! Friendly Abdul and Houssain, the 2 boys which are wrking there. We spoke a lot with Houssain and we felt like we know for so many years. Also we have pleasure to meet the owner of riad, who made me a great surprize of my birthday, roses în the room and a bottle of great wine. So we are so happy that we choosen this riad, after 2 months of checking accomodations on Booking. Thanks to all the team for magic time spent there!

It combines excellently modern with traditional. The terrace is wonderful to sunbathe and have breakfast. Lhoussein was a wonderful host !

I did not try the food as I had to go on early expeditions everyday. The brothers who ran the place seemed quite nice and lovelya nd the place smelt quite nice. its like its own little haven in that area and quite removed from the outside. luckily its quite easy to reach compared to other Riads. Its about 10-15 minutes to a main road with cars depending on the direction you go. proximity to the market el efna was quite good as it was walking distance and the italian restaurant- i think called pepper dino was quite lovely.

I think i booked the room with 2 beds, i thought i was going to travel with soneone else, i wish i was able to switch the room to one with a double but it was quite booked while i was there.

C'est bien situé. Beaucoup de choses proches (Restaurant, boutiques, souk etc). Endroit calme et très amical.
