Apartment has everything you need for a couple days stay and is quite comfortable. Hosts are incredibly nice and accomodating. Wifi works great and with no hiccups. Location within a walking distance to a train station and metro station.
Be aware that there is no A/C (which is unfortunately a standard in Brussels) and the apartment is in the non-insulated building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only a narrow wooden access staircase so it can be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Dish drying rack was moldy. + This is not the safest of neighborhoods and it shows + streets are incredibly dirty so the smell can be quite unpleasant.
Cleanliness, comfort and fully equip kitchen even the condiments are complete. It makes you feel home. Given that the host is nice and his dad.

The keybox outside where I was asked to leave the keys upon checkout didnt work properly
Very well equipped apartment, has almost everything - kitchen appliances, coffee/tea, even containers for meal prep. Smart TV, blankets, flip flops, toiletries. Good location, 10min walk from train station, 30~ min walk to centre. Host was nice over texts, although we never met
Check-in was a bit awkward, person handing over the keys didn't speak English. The instructions said to ring a door-bell with a name that wasn't on there, thankfully someone stepped outside while I was waiting. Area is a bit sketchy, but once you walk a bit around Brussels you realize that's how most of the city looks and despite the looks it's very safe, even at night. Only thing missing from kitchen was some cooking oil - with all the pans, etc, it would be nice not to have to buy your own cooking oil, especially if you're flying in and won't be able to take it with you.
The apartment was very well equipped, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quite close to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, just a 4-minute walk—ideal if you plan to visit other cities like Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, or London.
Be aware of the area of the city you are booking. This place is not in the most upscale and cozy part of Brussels, where most European Union diplomats stay—that kind of accommodation can be insanely expensive. Instead, you'll be in a working-class neighborhood. That was fine for me, but a bit more cleanliness and better street lighting at night would have been appreciated.
Very close to the train station. Easy walking disrance to the center of Brussels. Kitchen very well equiped. The apratment was clean, warm and comfortable. Close to supermarkets and local shops.
The owner was very nice and helpful. In the apartment there was everything what you may need, especially kitchen was well equipped. Nearby are small local shops and Lidl, tram, bus and metro stations.
Conveniently located. Clean. Everything provided (including laundry detergent) Quiet. Has Netflix (I don’t at home!)
Sone (minor) difficulty getting inside.
Great location near train station with the kindest host!

Home away from home: the apartment is super clean and with anything you might need. Host very friendly and made our stay great
The area is not the best: not a lot around, a little sketchy in the evening. But the fact that it’s close to the station is great if you are planning on travelling around
Convenient location near to the south railway station. Nearby groceries stores. Quite, clean, cozy apartment with good kitchen
The neighborhood is quite dirty - there is garbage on streets. 30 minutes walk from city center. The shower had weak water pressure
The host speaks good English and was very helpful. Because of a delay on my side we couldn't meet, but he could always be reached on phone and WhatsApp. The person who let me in only spoke French but she was really friendly, and we managed while keeping the host on the phone. Teamwork! :) The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was very complete with extras like coffee and tea. There were also extras hidden everywhere like comfortable bathrobes, bedding, towels etc! The living room felt a bit bare, but we spent most of our time at the dining table anyway. The sofa bed was fine for me, maybe too hard for others. It's not glamourous, very "We're staying at an acquaintance's place" but it was private, fulfilled all our needs and very close to Brussels Midi station. The area doesn't look it, but turned out to be really quiet at night. I've stayed in far worse areas in Brussels! It felt safe in and around the building; passersby and neighbours were all friendly and helpful.
There are two separate beds but the room is a loft, so you're basically in the same room without seeing each other. Something to consider if you need more privacy. The stairs down from the loft have no railing and may be dangerous if you're older or unstable on your feet. The stairway in the building is very narrow and may be troublesome if you have big suitcases.
Centrally located. The staff were very helpful in all areas. I will definitely stay again if I visit the city in the future. The property was spacious and very clean.
I liked everything about the property.
Is is a 10. Very spacious, clean and well located property. Exceptional WiFi. The super friendly host is always happy to help. I felt very lucky :-)
The apartment is very cozy and has much more furniture & equipment than necessary. The hosts were very nice. Everything was clean.
Only the neighborhood could be nicer, since it is rather dirty and feels unsafe at night.
Location convenient to access Midi station, apartment clean, spacious (maybe even too big for one person) and well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, even better than expected from the pictures. Bed was also comfortable and host was nice.
Not the best neighborhood, very quiet at night with not a lot of shops open away from station.
Friendly host. Large apartment. Good wifi. Well-prepared kitchen. Very good mattress. 5 minutes to the train station.
I would like to write that the district is dirty, but in Brussels all districts are like that, so I have no questions about the apartment.
The proximity to the bus station for the airport connection The size of the apartment The city center is 25 minute walking distance and there is also a metro connection at Gare du Midi
The communication with the host was a little bit difficult for the check-in, it would be better to have mentioned the name/number of the apartment / family to contact for the keys. Or to have very clear check-in info. The neighborhood seems quiet, but there is a lot of trash in the streets, up to the Gare du Midi, you must ignore it
