Reviewed Mar 19, 2026La literie et la décoration de l’appartement sont très bien. Équipement de la cuisine satisfaisant pour cuisiner rapidement ou réchauffer quelque chose. Le quartier de Gueliz est très sympa avec le bémol du bruit de la circulation notamment la nuit. On a pu très facilement faire de petites courses pour le petit déjeuner et prendre des plats à emporter dans restaurants du quartier. Communication très fluide avec l’hôte et côté rassurant de savoir qu’il y a un gardien dans la barre d’immeuble. Appartement propre et bien rangé à l’arrivée sauf les plaids.
Ça manquait un peu de produits de type épicerie comme huile d’olive/ poivre / the pour les petits séjours. On aurait préféré que la couette soit couverte d’une housse par soucis d’hygiène et le lit bébé équipé d’un matelas. Nous avons plié des plaids (pareil pas mega hygiénique) pour que ça soit plus moelleux. Une grosse bassine /Mini baignoire aurait été pratique pour laver notre bébé mais l’hôte a fournit une chaise haute et un lit bébé en très bon état voire neuf ce qui a été très apprécié et pratique pour le séjour avec un bébé.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Konum Marakeş'in modern, çok daha temiz, daha az insan olan merkezi yerinde. Hemen karşısında 7/24 polisler bile olan güvenli bir yer. Hemen yanında McDonalds var. Güzel ve temiz lokantalar yakın. Turistik yerlere yakın (Marakeş zaten küçük)
Son gece Fas futbol takımı Afrika kupasını kazanınca saat sabahın 2'sine kadar araba korna sesleri gerçekten berbattı.

Close to the busy street with a big LED screen shining through the window but there is a blind for the night so it wasn’t a problem

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avions l'habitude de partir dans la Medina mais Gueliz est plus animé le soir, ce qui rend l'endroit un peu plus bruyant mais c'est supportable. L'appartement est spacieux, ideal pour 4 personnes. Literie agréable, cuisine bien équipée pour les personnes souhaitant manger dans l'appartement, vue agréable sur le bld Mohamed V et l'Atlas en arrière plan. Très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans hésitation.

Peu d'équipements et ustensiles de cuisine. Fenêtres et volets qui ne ferment pas entièrement. Des rideaux opaques seraient bien utiles dans les chambres.

The property was very run down. Had a host of problems. 1. A/C didn't work in the living room. Only the A/C in the bedroom worked. And that too had a broken switch which had to be manually pressed to turn it on. 2. Bathroom was not clean. The cleaners had left behind the mop and broom. 3. There was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. 4. Water didn't drain well in the shower. 5. Due to the apartment being close to a major intersection, there was a lot of noise at night making it difficult to sleep. 6. There was light pollution as well. Bright street lights and LCD screens from streets came into one of the bedroom with just a thin curtain and no blinders. With extremely difficult to sleep in the bright light. Overall, a very poor Accomodation. Really surprised how it was rated that high. I think it was artificially inflated.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025O Apartamento é muito bom. Super bem localizado. Confortável. Dois quartos grandes. Iluminado. Com sala grande e uma pequena varanda. Um banheiro com chuveiro e um lavabo com a privada e uma pia. O Apartamento é muito lindo, com materiais de primeira qualidade, mas precisa de manutenção efetiva em todos os cômodos, que vai deixar o ambiente perfeito para os hóspedes. Vou detalhar o que precisa ser feito. Embora precise de ajustes, achei que valeu muito a pena a hospedagem. O bairro é muito maravilhoso. Seguro e cheio de excelente restaurantes e com um Carrefour Gourmet a duas quadras do prédio.
A localização de georreferenciamento registrada no booking não está correta. O que provoca confusão nos táxis quando você está chegando pela primeira vez. O ideal é enfatizar que é o apartamento em cima da loja Zara da rua Imam Malik com Avenida Mohamed V, no bairro de Gueliz. Chegamos de madrugada e tivemos que ligar para o proprietário que teve que explicar ao motorista. Se o proprietário nos tivesse informado com antecedência não haveria problema. Sobre a manutenção do apartamento são coisas pontuais que precisam ser feitas para deixar a acomodação perfeita: 1. A cozinha é completa mas está precisando de manutenção. Tanto na geladeira (o congelador faz muito gelo e o refrigerador demora a gelar) quanto nas panelas (poucas, velhas e riscadas), precisa de um abridor de vinho e de um ralador. 2. Box do chuveiro: tivemos que limpar o ralo do banheiro que estava muito cheio de sujeira de outros hóspedes, que estava provocando inundação no box. 3. O ar condicionado do segundo quarto também precisa também de uma manutenção. O contato com o anfitrião não é tão simples. Ele demora a responder. Na saída não havia orientação onde deixar as chaves e o lixo.

Der Sicherheitsmann, der für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig ist, spricht kein Englisch. Zudem arbeitet er gefühlt absichtlich langsam. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe hat 30 Minuten gedauert und das nach Druck von mir. Der Wohnungvermieter selbst lässt sich nicht blicken und ist über Booking.com sehr sehr schlecht erreichbar. Hatten Glück, dass wir nur den Schlüssel gebraucht hatten und sonst keine Anfrage oder Probleme hatten. Denke, das wäre dann problematischer geworden bei dieser Kommunikation :(

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Great location! Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and one with a shower. Very happy with the accommodations.
We went out and bought a pot and frying pan for us to use since I had planned on doing some cooking. I didn’t like the one provided.

Very clean and it had all the amenities for self catering, which was very good as I was traveling with three hungry teens. Finally, we were able to check out later than usual as our flight was at night time, and this was highly appreciated.
A few maintenance issues such as the tank of the WC running non stop and, leaky ac vent in the ceiling outside the bathroom need tending to, and perhaps a more detailed explanation of how the ac could be switched on and off mar otherwise what would have been a faultless stay

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025There is no breakfast. WIFI was very good. One of the rooms Air Conditioning kept running on and there was no switch to turn it off. It is only one bathroom and one toilet. Very good balconies. It was bit difficult to find the guard who took a while to handover keys. He spent lot of time to translate our English answers into his language and then translate his questions into English
It could be better if a questionnaire in English is prepared and handed over to guard in advance rather than he wasting time.
