Great location, most things we wanted to see and do were walking distance! Super friendly and helpful owner. Room is clean and tidy and has everything you need!

Nothing at all

Excelente ubicación y amabilidad por parte del personal, cuando llegas se ve un poco extraño por qué literal está entre las callecitas de la ciudad, pero es un buen lugar

We had everything we needed. The room was clean. There is an AC, a refrigerator and a little desk. Also some space to put away your luggage. Upstairs there is a little terrace where you can smoke or just hang out. Also a washing machine and enough space to dry your clothes. The host was really nice, kind and also very helpful (good tips regarding SIM-cards and tours). Although the Walking Street is just 1 minute away you could here barely any music at night Would definetly come again :)

Very clean. Good location. Owner is so friendly and helpful and just a WhatsApp away if you need anything. Felt very homely which was nice after travelling for so long. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying there. The location is great, very close to Bui Vien, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The room is also very good, brand new and with air conditioning. The owner treated us very well and was always very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The owner of the homestay was an absolute Gem!! We were not meant to arrive until 9am but our bus absolutely sped through from Da Lat and we got in at 5:30am instead. I noticed the owner was online on what's app at that time so I decided to chance texting him and he graciously came and met us and let us straight into our room a whole 8 hours before check in. He was a lifesaver! He also then let us store our bags from checkout until 10pm too which allowed us to explore the city without huge backpacks. The room was perfect for one night and about a 1 minute walk from the big party street although you could not hear the noise from the room! Thank you so much!!

Cuong the manager was courteous and helpful and showed good people skills. The room was small and the toilet very small-!overall it is good value for those who want to see bu vien street central post office saigon opera house-it is near many attractions. .

Bu vuen street has music until 5 in the morning,-I didnt sleep for 2 weeks!-until 5 in the morning!-I can't complain-my own fault-it is a very busy street and I should have realised .One or two guests complained about noise as they proceeded to make noise if they felt like it !bizarre! Anyway the cleaning was OK and there is a balcony and you can wash your clothes for free-i thank Cuong again as he was patient on what's app with instructions.

Simple accomodation, but everything was perfect, we received what we expected. It's close to everything, perfect location. Cuong, the apartman manager was very kind and helpful. We've arrived earlier then calculated, he came within minutes to open the apartman (there isn't reception). We asked to leave our luggages till evening and a possibility to have a shower also in evening on the day we left to airport, he allowed. Thanks Cuong!

Ck the host is just amazing, always ready to go an extra mile to help. There's a rooftop where you can go smoke and do + hang your laundry for free. Room small but so cozy and very neat and chill vibe. I loved it

Very close to bars with loud music. With earplugs tho, I had 0 problems sleeping.

The receptionist is so good and kind to us. The hotel is in walking street, the best place of HCM. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Property owner is very accomodating, very clean property and safe place. It is in the center of the red light district.

Clean a cozy room. There is a plenty of room for your personal stuff and clothes, hairdryer, fridge. Close to many shops, restaurants and walking distance to city center. Owner si very nice and helpful. The only thing you have to consider is that accomodation is near the street with the bars so you can hear some noise. BUT we are quite light sleepers and we didn’t have a problem with falling asleep so for us was fine. I think we would stay again.

It's a bit tricky to find and no sign with the name of the place or anything. The room and especially the bed was really small but alright.
