La qualité des équipements, la table basse était gondolée par l eau des précédents occupants, le congélateur plein de givre , les taches sur le sol. Les toilettes bougent L ascensceur qui est très très petit au point qu une personne en surpoids ne peut faire demi tour dedans.

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view of the duomo from the balcony, which is also only a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a fantastic steak restaurant next door that offer classic Florentine steak. Everything about this apartment is amazing, I would go back in a heartbeat

Ceiling is a little low where the bed is located, I’m am quite tall and hit my head once during the stay but don’t let this put you off, it’s easily avoided

Great location - we were able to walk straight from the train into our hotel room. Then all the attractions were a small walk away. Very clean and very modern property - the place felt brand new and was flawless. The room had these large windows that made the whole room sunny and bright. When you closed them, the room became very dark Staff were very kind with our requests - had our room ready before we even arrived. They were also very generous with amenities.

Nice and spacious with great facilities and view. Was walking distance to everything and plenty of restaurants close by, not far from the train station either

Has a tiny elevator for one person with luggage or two people that’s a lot slower than taking the 4 flights to the room

+ Sehr gute Lage (10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella) + Dom und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. + Sehr ruhig innerhalb des Gebäudes. + Sehr praktisch eingerichtetes Studio mit ausreichend Stauraum. + Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile + Schönes Bad mit grosszügiger Dusche + Sehr bequemes Bett (auf der Galerie) + Supermarkt (PAM) und Bäckerei gleich in der Nähe. Prima für Selbstverpflegung. + Hilfsbereiter und sehr gut erreichbarer Host (auch spätabends). + Kleiner im Treppenhaus eingebauter Lift. Reicht für 1 Person mit einem mittleren Koffer. In einem Historischen Gebäude wohl eher eine Seltenheit. Deshalb ein grosses Plus.

- Galerie: Aufgrund der Dachschräge - Vorsicht auf den letzten 1-2 oberen Treppenstufen, dass man sich nicht am Dachbalken stösst. Das finde ich jedoch keinen echten Mangel.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Man konnte so auch mal kochen. Die Größe des Apartments ist richtig gut, wie auch die Lage, sodass man sich gerne zurückgezogen hat, wenn die Hitze in Florenz auf dem Höhepunkt war.

Das Sofa ist ziemlich durchgesessen und sieht auch nicht mehr so sauber aus. Unterm Sofa waren viele Snacks wie Salzstangen von den vorherigen Gästen, die man bei einer normalen Reinigung schnell eingesaugt hätte.

A beautifully designed, modern and spacious apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a very convenient location for exploring Florence.

The lift was very small, particularly when travelling with luggage, and it stopped operating during certain hours, which was a little inconvenient.

Buena ubicación, la persona que nos recibió fue amable y servicial, estaba limpio y con implementos necesarios de aseo. Muy clara la comunicación y disponibles ante cualquier duda.

En la regadera había vidrio pero no tenía puerta, esto hacía que se lavara el baño. El sofá cama un poco incómodo, algunas veces se sentía hundido y sonaba bastante.

Very good location, nice facilities, very clean and neat, house coffee was a plus, good and timely information received for check-in and out, very friendly and helpful staff.

Lift is very small in case you need one, we did not use it as there are only 3 floors and we enjoyed the stairs:)

Bonito apartamento, muy cerquita del Duomo. Con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Hay un lento y pequeño ascensor para subir las maletas o 2 personas como mucho. Los apartamentos están en el tercer piso. Pero para nosotros no fue un inconveniente.

La cocina viene bien equipada pero me faltaron unas servilletas y unas bayetas. Ya que si cocinas y ensucias platos, vasos, sartenes...tengas donde escurrirlo.

Die über 100 Bilder der Unterkunft sind clever gewählt, dass man denkt man würde zwei Etagen bekommen und eine Couch haben. Unser Zimmer ähnelte eher einem Hotelzimmer mit kleiner Küchenleiste. Schade, da wir aufgrund der Wohnmöglichkeiten entschieden hatten. Nach überprüfen unserer Ausstattung wurde uns auch ein Sofa angezeigt, was es nicht gab. Das Bad muss kurz vor der Ankunft erst im Stress geputzt wurden sein, da der Boden noch nass war und feuchte Haare zusammengefegt mitten auf dem Boden lagen. Nach der Überwindung erster Enttäuschung, war es trotzdem etwas gemütlich bis wir feststellten, dass das Spülmittel abgelaufen war oder hoch chemisch war und man damit auf gar keinen Fall abwaschen möchte. Auch damit abgefunden und Nachschub besorgt, gab es dann leider einen Stromausfall, für den die Betreiber nichts konnten, der aber miserabel kommuniziert wurde. Nach zwei Stunden kam der Manager um uns alle in die Apartments zu lassen, ohne Strom. Die obere Tür musste aufgebrochen werden, da der Inhaber der Anlage es nicht für nötig befunden hat mit dem einzigen Schlüssel für die Flurtür vorbeizukommen. Zur Kommunikation lässt sich noch sagen, dass die Rezeption zwar alle routinemäßigen Nachrichten übermittelt aber sobald es individuelle Probleme gibt, einfach nicht reagiert wird. Bevor wir anreisten erhielten wir noch eine unseriöse Nachricht mit Zahlungsanforderung und auf die Nachfrage hin, ob mit unserer Buchung alles passt und wir dem nicht nachgehen werden, wurde uns nach einer knappen Woche erst geantwortet.

L'emplacement du logement, sa propreté et sa facilité d'accès. C'est un studio spacieux et bien rénové. Très agréable pour un court séjour.

Vaisselle limitée. Congélateur pas dégivré, on s'en est occupé nous-mêmes. Torchon de cuisine inexistant même dans la réserve d'équipements.

Very clean with bathroom supplies and coffee provided. Very close to everything and noise free.

The elevator was very small and uncomfortable, it sounded as if it was not going to make it. The terrace was very small and filled with hanging clothes, the room didn't have a door so there's no privacy for the guests staying at the apartment. The air conditioning was hard to control as it has a locked feature and the light was very uncomfortable, one night was incredibly hot and it didn't work properly.

Location very close to the main train station. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are nearby. The building is historical but magically they managed to install a lift in the staircase. While it is extremely valuable for luggage which was essential for us, it is rather unique in its tiny size and slow speed. Marco gave us a very detailed and helpful instructions for finding the place and the check-in. It is important to follow the instruction in order that Google maps can direct you to the right place.

Exceptional care is needed when selecting the room in Booking.com as the rooms vary a lot specially with regard to the view.

Achei tudo ok. Lugar foi fácil de achar. Cobraram 6 Euros por dia de viagem de taxa.

Se for embora de ônibus, o local fica a quase 1h de distância. É barato e fácil ir de ônibus até o local onde pega o ônibus, mas considere o tempo de deslocamento. Única coisa que não gostei é que o chuveiro só ficou morno e não esquentava totalmente.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Las indicaciones para llegar y recoger las llaves fueron sencillas, todo fué fácil El apartamento estaba bien equipado. En la misma calle hay supermercados y restaurantes. El ascensor es muy pequeño pero util para subir con las maletas. Nuestro avión salio por la noche y nos dejaron guardar las maletas.

Todo estuvo bien.

The location was amazing, so close to the train station, great restaurants, laundromat, Central Markets, and basically everything. The apartment was spacious and modern, had great air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable.

It was missing just a couple of little things that I’m sure the management will sort out. Nothing that stopped us having a great stay, just some small things like a tea towel and dish drainer for the kitchen, but as I said nothing that stopped us having an awesome stay.

Unterkunft war sehr gut alles sehr gut organisiert das Apartament ist schön gross 2 Stöckig sauber und sehr gut gelegen man konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen. Sehr gut gelegen .

Was uns nicht gefallen hat der Lift war zu klein ,langsam man passte nicht mal rein, da wir im 3 stick waren mussten laufen.

No se parece nada a las fotos de web. De hecho daba a otro edificio. Y por las noches y a primera hora de la mañana había mucho ruido de la calle.

La vue de l'appartement suffirait en elle même ... Le logement bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel dans le centre historique, à deux pas ! Il est propre et bien pensé. Pratique pour l'arrivée autonome et la possibilité de laisser les bagages dans la consigne en partant pour profiter encore un peu de la ville.

Pas grand chose, une étagère supplémentaire dans la salle de bain pour les femmes qui ont souvent beaucoup de produits, Un torchon dans la cuisine et des produits de première nécessité comme de l'huile ou du sucre dans la cuisine pour les locataires qui restent peu de nuits et souhaitent utiliser la cuisine. Des détails qui nous empêcheront pas de revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Florence.

Galerie, auf der die Betten stehen, unter den Balken nur 1,60 m hoch! Schrank ohne Fächer bzw. Zwischenböden. Das verbleibende Schrankteil ist mit zusätzlichen Bettdecken belegt. Gebäude liegt unmittelbar an erster öffentlich zu befahrenden Straße. Demzufolge bis spät in die Nacht Straßenlärm (u.a. Stadtbusse), der auch im 3. OG bei der engen Straßenschlucht keine Nachtruhe bei geöffnetem Fenster ermöglicht. Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig. Keine Kaffeemaschine o.ä. vorhanden.

It was a very spacious apartment close to the train station and lots of attractions.

L’allotjament està molt ben situat. Molt aprop de la parada del tranvia que ve i et porta de l’aeroport, de Santa Maria del Fiore, del mercat Central,…. La nostra habitació (504) situada a la part interior amb les vistes de Santa Maria del Fiore, era molt tranquil·la i confortable. El bany nou i amb una dutxa molt amplia. I el llit molt còmode.

Tot perfecte. Sols, per dir alguna cosa…. Una mica més d’estris de cuina i, que vam tenir un parell de mosquits voltejant per la nit. No sé si és habitual, però hagués anat bé un insecticida 😁. Però tant, res d’importants. Si hagués de tornar a Firenze, tornaré a Florentia Art Apartments.

Superb location. Easy to find and access. Super helpful and responsive host. Cute duplex apartment. Very good value.

Bedroom slightly cramped for two people but otherwise really comfortable and a great nights sleep.

The view is great, it's what you are paying for.

Nothing there to greet you, not even a bottle of water, only place I've ever stayed that didn't even give a bottle of water. They need to put an oven in as well. Place is fine but lacks care, wine glasses different types, felt cold and impersonal. There are no flowers as per the images, and the rood above the bed on the mezzanine is really low, it's really painful (literally).

Within easy walking distance of main train station and historic centre. From our apartment there was a wonderful view over the rooftops to the duomo and campanile. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a lovely ambience and good facilities. The apartment manager was friendly and helpful. Ahead of arrival we sent copies of our passports for registration and then he sent detailed directions to the apartment building and entry codes.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, cocina completa, habitación muy limpia.

Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle. Durante la única noche que nos alojamos hubo un camión de la basura durante una hora debajo de nuestra habitación y era imposible dormirse. La cama era cómoda pero casa vez que te novias hacía mucho ruido.

Ubicació perfecta, a 3 minuts del mercat de San Lorenzo i a 5 de l'Església. La plaça del Duomo també a tocar. Pizzeria boníssima (Matto matto) sota, també comerços. Apartament molt ben equipat, llit súpercomode i molt net. La dutxa, una meravella. Tal qual està a les fotos.

L'ascensor fa una mica de por, però funciona. 6 euros de taxa turística per persona i nit és un robo, però no depèn d'ells. Pel que fa a l'apartament, tot genial.

L'appartamento è nuovo, arredato con stile e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è strategica per la stazione, per il centro e per la Fortezza da Basso, sede di fiere. La zona è ben servita: a pochi metri si trovano ristoranti, banche, supermercati e anche negozi.

Pues si tenemos que poner algún pero es que cuando entramos en la habitación, la 501 olía mal. Aunque se veía q el apartamento estaba limpio, después de darle muchas vueltas nos dimos cuenta que el olor venía del aire acondicionado lo apagamos y se fue yendo. Creo q deberían revisar los filtros del aire

The apartment was beautiful it was clean and tidy, the view of the street was so nice you get to see the locals doing their day to day things and there are so many restaurants and supermarkets 2 mins walk away and the firenze SM novella train station is a 5 min walk away and the square and shops are all around it was such a lovely stay would 100% recommend I love it!!!!

Modern, has a lift!

The shower was either burning hot or freezing cold, there was no in between l. There was a huge accumulation of dust on the hanging rack ( I put my jacket here and it was covered in a huge cot of dust as well as making the dust all fall to the floor). Thick black mould on windows. The heater downstairs didn't work only the heat pump up top which meant the kids were overheating while we were cold downstairs
