La posizione è molto comoda. La pulizia impeccabile.

L'assenza di bidet. La stanza era "fredda" e non rispecchiava l'ambiente ricreato nelle foto. Gli spazi sono veramente piccoli. Il costo è veramente sproporzionato rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Ideal location for train journeys incl day trip to Siena. 2 mins from main food market and the breakfast cafe (which is lovely), only a further 10 minutes to central sites. Very clean facilities and friendly staff.

Noise from road (we knew that when booking but be aware)

Location is super central. Check in was smooth and we got unlimited complimentary water, which was a nice gesture.

A faint musky smell is prominent throughout the property. I assume this is to be expected in older buildings. All in all it was okay.

Ik zou van te voren iets meer informatie geven aan reizigers over het parkeren en het rijden in Florence. Daarnaast mocht je gratis drinken pakken maar mensen hadden dit al snel leeggehaald, misschien iets anders op verzinnen.

El trato de Mary fue fantástico. Un encanto. El hotel estaba muy bien situado y pese a estar súper céntrico no escuchamos ruido de la calle. Además nos gustó mucho el desayuno de la cafetería

Singurul avantaj, este aproape de centru.

Mirosea foarte rău a mucegai, după cum se poate observa și în imaginea atașată, acesta era prezent pe pereți. Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, foarte mult praf. Pereții necesită o reîmprospătare. Camerele nu mai sunt ca în pozele de prezentare. Fără aparat de cafea în cameră.

La struttura ha un'ottima posizione, la camera è abbastanza pulita.

L'accoglienza assolutamente poco cordiale fino ad essere maleducata. Appena arrivati alla richiesta se fosse pronta la camera ci ha aggredito verbalmente, insinuando che se avessimo voluto una camera prima delle 16 avremmo dovuto prenotare due notti. Struttura non adatta a chi ha una famiglia con bambini o disabili.

La stanza era veramente molto accogliente e bella, spaziosa, in uno stile rustico ma, al contempo, elegante. Molto pulita e con un posizionamento ideale. Non mancava il boiler e the, che per me sono un gran valore aggiunto. Un ringraziamento speciale alla host per essermi venuta incontro con un mio problema motorio!

L'aria condizionata emetteva un rumore molto forte e non sono riuscita a farlo cessare, ma sono inconvenienti che possono succedere

The location, the rooms, the staff are all incredible. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and I absolutely love the manager!

My only complaint is the shower. It’s extremely small and I barely fit in there. That’s literally My only problem with my stay.

La camera è molto bella ed il bagno spazioso. Le signore della reception gentilissime. Su richiesta sono stati sostituiti tutti gli asciugamani. Posizione ottima, a poco più di 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo.

Ripensarci solo la formula colazione, magari far rientrare nel ticket anche un succo, senza doverlo pagare da parte.

Rumore del condizionatore d'aria, non so se difettoso in camera mia. Il parcheggio consigliato Garage Sant'Antonino, molto gentili ma ci ha fatto pagare 70 euro per un giorno e mezzo...mi sembra esagerato.

Was nice room was spacious, location was great walking distance from the station.

Too many stairs to get to your room if you have large heavy luggage.

The rooms were reasonably clean, and the hotel's location in the city was convenient.

I would like to point out that there is no elevator, so hauling suitcases up the narrow, steep stairs to the third floor on a hot day was a challenge. The rooms are very, very small and inconvenient (there is nowhere to put your things). There are kettles in the rooms, and a coffee machine in the hallway on the ground floor.

Staff were kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

The room was on a very busy street and the street and AC were loud. We were grateful that the hotel provided ear plugs in order to sleep.

Arrivati in struttura alle 18:00, entriamo in camera dove i gradi percepiti erano circa 40. Provo a mettermi in contatto con la struttura ma nessuna risposta. Accendiamo il condizionatore sperando, al nostro rientro, di trovare un clima più accettabile. Nulla. Non abbiamo chiuso occhio, tengo a precisare che a Firenze c’è bollino rosso per le temperature altissime di questi giorni. Il giorno seguente, vista la visita con sedazione, non avrei dovuto assumere liquidi dalla sera prima, è stato straziante con quel caldo. Ad oggi la struttura ancora non ci ha risposto. Sarebbe bastato anche un ventilatore. Vergognatevi. È disumano quello che avete fatto vivere!

Emplacement au centre, calme, chambre confortable et propre (grand lit, bureau et un siège reposan), climatisée... La salle de bain propre et bien équipés dont séche cheveux et sèche linge.. Quant au personnel,l, agréable, à l'écoute et très "helpful". J'avais un problème internet sur mon portable et Maria a tout fait pour le regler en contactant l'opérateur téléphone de mon pays. Je la salue!

This is not a hotel, even though it says hotel, we were given a third floor without an elevator, it didn't say there was no elevator, the linens were dirty and smelled bad, after several calls because they didn't answer us at 11:00 PM, they changed our linens, the refrigerator wasn't cooling and they told us we could use the refrigerator in the lobby, very poor service

We didn't appreciate the service, the elevators that don't exist, the dirt, the refrigerator, and the water pressure that doesn't exist in the shower.

Obwohl viel zu tun war, sind sehr gut und herzlich behandelt worden.

Struttura in posizione centralissima, staff davvero cordiale e disponibile, la camera ha tutto, affacciava sulla via molto trafficata, ma c'era un'ottima aria condizionata, perciò non è stato un problema. La colazione, poi, non era in struttura, ma presso una pasticceria storica di Firenze a 1 minuto a piedi, davvero squisita!

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko starego miasta. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji oraz lokalny market. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo miła obsługa, nie było problemu z pozostawieniem bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Voucher na śniadanie do pobliskiej kawiarni na pyszna kawę i crossanta.

Nad ranem słychać gwar z ulicy. Trzeba się liczyć z tym że to bardzo blisko starego miasta tętniącego życiem. Po zamknięciu okiennic jest ok.

Great location, walkable to the main sites, close to local shopping and the central market. The manager was very nice and accommodating. The room was basic but it had A/C and sufficient amenities. The building is very old and there is no curb appeal, but it was very clean and comfortable. Water, coffee, tea and soft drinks were complimentary

There is no elevator. Not a problem if you are young and strong. The manager on site did help us get our heavy bags up to the first floor and luckily that is where our room was located.

Le scale non sono adatte a tutti

L'aria condizionata non si è spenta di notte nonostante l'avessi spenta dal telecomando, ho dovuto metterla a 26° ma la ventola ha disturbato costantemente. Non ci sono istruzioni scritte, né per il l'aria condizionata né per il WiFi. La colazione è organizzata in una pasticceria a 300 metri, ma per la differenza di prezzo per la stanza con colazione compresa si può andare altrove e spendere molto meglio il proprio denaro: ho avuto un cappuccino ed un croissant.

Camera spaziosa e letti molto comodi. Posizione ottima per girare il centro di Firenze a piedi.

La pulizia delle parti comuni potrebbe essere migliorata. Rapporto qualità prezzo, considerata la colazione fuori struttura, non proprio equilibrato.

Merci à Maria et l’équipe pour leur accueil et gentillesse, l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Florence. Belle superficie de chambre comparée aux autres propositions.

Attention au bruit de la climatisation de la chambre. Nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le fait de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur mais il faut savoir que ce sera juste un café et un croissant

Le bruit de la perceuse a 8h30 du matin et la mauvaise insonorisation.

Zentral gelegen und Personal war freundlich und das ist alles. Das Hotel hat sehr stark nach abfluss gestunken, aber für die eine Nacht könnten wir es aushalten. Es ist für den Preis Verhältnis sehr Teuer.

Außer das zentral gelegen ist, hat mir gar nicht gefallen.

Il prezzo assolutamente eccessivo, la camera piccola, circa 12 mq, e posta al terzo piano di una scala ripida e antica senza ascensore! La colazione al bar vicino, solo cappuccino e un cornetto, senza che fosse specificato sul sito di Booking!!!

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel, il est dans une pâtisserie à 300m ,il y une forte odeur d égouts dans les couloirs .Bruits venant de la route des chambres de devant.

Ubicación excelente. Cerca de centro y buenos sitios para comer con calidades diferentes. Nuestra habitación daba a interior por lo que había un buen silencio para descansar. Buena habitación y amenidades suficientes. Renovación de agua de beber todos los días.

Quizas mejorable la limpieza de suelo de la habitación y polvo en general, pero por destacar algo.

Posizione ottima nel centro storico di Firenze e vicinissima alla Stazione ferroviaria. Stanza dotata di ogni comfort con materassi di buona qualità. Il bar dove si fa la colazione è vicino alla struttura.

Rapporto qualità prezzo. Non proprio economico.

Posizione ottima. Silenziosa per essere in pieno centro.

Colazione maaagra. Non era in sede ma in un bar lī vicino. Avevo a disposizione un voucher per caffè e una brioche. Un consiglio non richiesto: fatelo sapere ai vostri futuri ospiti/ clienti. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Das Zimmer war leider zur Straße und dadurch etwas laut...

Minden tökéletes volt, nagyon kedves személyzet.

La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. La signora alla reception, anche se presente solo dalle 9 alle 16 è stata gentile. All'arrivo mi ha fatto lasciare il bagaglio e me lo ha fatto trovare in stanza.

La stanza era al terzo piano senza ascensore con una scala un po' faticosa, specie con la valigia. Nelle scale c'era un forte cattivo odore proveniente dalla fogna. In verità anche in strada si sentiva lo stesso cattivo odore. Per il prezzo pagato anche la colazione, solo un caffe o te e un cornetto/pasta, da consumare in un bar fuori dalla struttura è poco. I prodotti però erano di buona qualità.

Que no me avisarán del estacionamiento ya que es extra y en uno con el que tienen convenio, para que me saliera 40 el día. En el que está junto al hotel es mucho más caro aún
