Traditional but contemporary. Lovely, clean facilities. Beautiful rooms. Attentive staff. Amazing location, close to many sights. Delicious breakfast. Private and quiet. Perfect for couples. Great value for money. Gorgeous rooftop.

One of the rooms had a separate toilet from the shower and sink. The way it was positioned I personally found unhygienic as you had to walk around to wash your hands. Also the door for this toilet was hard to open. I also personally think that a small fridge in each room would be great to store drinks.

Cliente régulière du riad Solange, j’ai toujours énormément de plaisir à revenir dans cet établissement pour mes séjours à Marrakech. Seule ou avec mon compagnon, je choisis la chambre du bas qui est spacieuse, calme et soigneusement équipée avec son secrétaire très pratique pour écrire ou travailler. L’équipe a veillé à renouveler chaque jour les capsules de café et les sachets de thé mis à disposition dans la chambre. Nous avons également apprécié la climatisation et le ventilateur en fin de journée, cependant malgré les fortes chaleurs lors de notre séjour, nous avons pu dormir sans. Nous avons également pu profiter de la très belle végétation sur la terrasse. Séjourner au Riad Solange c’est l’assurance d’être chouchouté et de trouver un espace paisible et intimiste au cœur de la médina 🔆. Pensée pour Youssif, le veilleur de nuit, qui a nous a préparé un excellent petit déjeuner copieux le jour de notre départ, en raison de notre vol très tôt le matin 😊. Une adresse incontournable à Marrakech, ne cherchez plus ailleurs !

Staff were incredible from arrival to departure. The Riad is super modern without being soulless. Its really clean, stylish and designed really well. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in any hotel. Its a really calm oasis after being out in the streets of Marrakesh. The roof top is a nice shared space. Good communication over email + booking.com. Airport transfer was a really nice touch and made our arrival very smooth. Air conditioning in the room worked really well. Lunch prepared by the Riad was unbelievably good, restaurant quality.

Riad jest bardzo stylowo urządzony. Jest czyściutko i cicho. Personel jest prawie niewidoczny, ale zawsze obecny, kiedy jest potrzebny. Faissal potrafił błyskawicznie zorganizować wszystko, czego potrzebowałam: prywatnego kierowcę na dłuższe wyjazdy, taxi, polecić adresy gdzie kupić rękodzieło, zarezerwować wizytę w SPA, kolację w riadzie, odebrać przesyłkę na moje nazwisko....i wiele więcej. Czułam się wyjątkowo zaopiekowana. Polecam też wyjątkową kuchnię Fatimy. Pyszne , świeżutkie i zawsze pieknie serwowane posiłki. Śniadania i kolacje najlepsze w mieście 👌 Herbatę miętową można bylo zamówić nawet o północy. Dziękuję Youssif 😉 Wyjątkowe miejsce, które tworzą wyjątkowi ludzie.! Zauważyłam, że równie wyjatkowi są podróżnicy, którzy wybierają ten riad.

Very stylish property with cozy rooms and a nice quiet rooftop terrace. The hosts were very kind and helpful with bags and arrangements for transport.

Just a little small - this might have been an issue if we were staying more than one night, but we were very comfortable in the short term.

The riad is a wonderfully peaceful place to relax. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, so you immediately feel at home. We’d especially like to highlight the incredibly kind and attentive staff—so warm, thoughtful, and always striving to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. Since we had to leave very early the next morning, they even prepared a take-out breakfast for us—truly great and thoughtful service! All in all, a thoroughly successful stay. We felt very well taken care of and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Endroit très calme et de bon goût. La qualité des chambres donnent un vrai confort et des bonnes nuits de sommeil. La qualité du petit déjeuner et l’attention des gens qui y travaillent est à souligner.

Il y a eu des petits enjeux au niveau de la pression d’eau pour la douche mais c’est minimal comparé au reste du séjour.

Le Riad est magnifique ! Le personnel très aimable ! Merci à Faissal pour son hospitalité naturel et sa gentillesse ! Merci à Solange pr ses conseils avisés et le lieu qu’elle a créé où règne une belle harmonie !

Homemade breakfast, very sweet and kind manager, the location was exquisite and the riad is the most beautiful place on earth.

The riad was beautiful, with a great stuff, everybody was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great. The location is safe and comfortable for tourists.

We booked a room that wasn’t specified in Booking that it is on the ground floor. The owner explained that he contacted Booking a lot of times to change the description but they didn’t and I believe him. He tried to upgrade the room for one night. At first I was scared because I felt exposed to everybody since our room was the first thing you see when you enter the riad. However the owner reassured me that a riad does not function like a hotel and there is always someone there to oversee what’s happening. And it was really like he said so after the first night I felt completely safe.

We had such a great stay at Riad Solange. The biggest highlight for us was the staff — they were genuinely so helpful and welcoming the whole time. From before we arrived right through to check-out, they were always happy to help and made everything feel easy. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday during the trip, and the team really made an effort to help us make it special, which meant a lot. Nothing felt forced — just warm, thoughtful hospitality. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and very clean. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Marrakech. We also arranged massages in our room, which was such a relaxing touch and really added to the experience. A big thank you to Faizan & Yusuf and the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We’d definitely stay here again.

The Riad was absolutely beauitful; there were so many unique touches in the decor throughout. The rooftop was a bonus! It was the perfect place to have breakfast, and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff are incredibly attentive, and even arranged an airport transfer for me. The location is perfect! As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the area, with a lot of great options for food and an amazing Hamman/spa experience.

Right in the heart of the Medina, the staff go above and beyond and helped me plan excursions for my husbands 30th and all transportion from the airport too! Shout out to Faissal for being so helpful, breakfast was the cherry on top. 100% would come back again!

Het was een heel mooi en comfortabele accommodatie. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hielp met alles. Echt een mega aanrader!

Sientes la calidez, la calma y la amabilidad al instante. Las instalaciones están decoradas con muy buen gusto. Te sirven un desayuno increíblemente bueno y completo cocinado y servido en el momento. El personal es maravilloso, atentos y muy amables. La habitación impecable y una cama extra grande comodísima.

Me hubiera gustado que la parte de la terraza estuviera más cubierta, ya que daba mucho sol y en esta época hace mucho calor, para disfrutar del exterior a la sombra. También que la habitación número 1 fuera un poco más privada ya que está pegada al hall, cocina y entrada, lo que impide que abras las cortinas por completo si quieres privacidad.

abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni al Riad Solange e ci siamo trovati benissimo. lo staff è sempre stato gentile cortese e disponibile. la posizione è comodissima, si trova in centro e nonostante il caos della medina, nel riad e sulla terrazza non si sente alcun rumore, questo e lo stile del riad creano un'atmosfera pacifica, ottima dopo una giornata nel centro della città. inoltre date le poche camere la sensazione è quella di essere ospitati da una famiglia accogliente e disponibile. anche pranzo e colazione sono stati buonissimi! ci è dispiaciuto andare via, ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere più giorni

Le riad est vraiment très joli, très calme dans un quartier que j'affectionne à Marrakech, la personne qui nous a reçu a été aux petits soins vraiment très agréable et nous a prépare le petit déjeuner de départ dés 7h nous devions rendre notre voiture de location à 8h. Je recommande vivement ce joli Riad intime et charmant.

From the moment we entered the door, it was perfection. The ambience, the quiet, warm and friendly service. This is an absolute gem in Marrakesh. A quiet sanctuary from the Medina and Kasbah.

Nous sommes des habitués de l’établissement et pour ce troisième séjour nous avons choisi de revenir quelques nuits dans la chambre au 1er étage donnant sur la cour intérieure, nous l’aimons beaucoup et apprécions la vue, son calme et son ambiance intimiste. Comme pour les autres chambres nous avons apprécié les capsules de café et sachets de thé mis à disposition et renouvelés chaque jour, les quelques mots laissés sur une carte par la propriétaire Hélène. La saison étant désormais plus fraîche nous avons également eu le bonheur de profiter du feu de cheminée au petit déjeuner le matin et le soir une fois la journée terminée. Nous avons également apprécié l’extrême gentillesse de Youssef qui a préparé des infusions maison plusieurs jours durant pour mon compagnon souffrant d’un mal de gorge. J’ai également aimé le fait de pouvoir retrouver les produits d’ambiance utilisés au riad - huile à brûler - parfait pour se remémorer les souvenirs de son séjour une fois rentrés chez soi ☺️. Nous avons hâte de prévoir notre prochain séjour dans quelques mois.

I wish I could return to stay here again - from the moment of my arrival, Faissal and the staff at Riad Solange went above and beyond, and were kind, informative, and so generous with their time. It is a gorgeous hotel (the fragrance is beautiful) in a great location (15 minute walk to Jemaa el Fna if you don't get lost) and it felt like a real haven in the Kasbah, away from the bustle of the medina. The breakfast was delicious, and I felt so lucky to be able to enjoy it on the roof in the morning sunshine. At the end of the day, I would sit on the roof to enjoy the sunsets and to listen to the call to prayer floating over the city. I have recommended this hotel to several people since my departure and I'm already thinking about when I can return - I would not stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The little touch of the welcome note was such a lovely treat.

The handle to my door broke but it was quickly repaired. Other than that, everything was super.

Ce troisième séjour au Riad Solange nous a donné la possibilité de tester la dernière chambre donnant sur la terrasse tout en haut, un petit cocon douillet où les oiseaux sont votre seule compagnie pour vous réveiller le matin venu. Calme et détente assurés durant votre séjour. Le riad est toujours aussi bien entretenu, les prestations sont toujours de qualité. Nous avons retrouvé cette atmosphère maison d’hôtes qui nous avait tant plu, cette sensation de revenir chez des amis et la possibilité d’y faire de nouvelles rencontres. Peu de lieux peuvent prétendre en faire autant. Nous revenons régulièrement pour la beauté du lieu mais aussi pour son personnel exceptionnel - la propriétaire est une personnalité solaire, si vous avez la chance de séjourner en sa présence profitez-en pour échanger quelques mots. Adresse hautement recommandée par de fidèles habitués ☺️

Pobyt w hotelu był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe - od cudownych śniadań na dachu z pięknym widokiem, po troskliwą i uśmiechniętą obsługę, która zawsze była gotowa pomóc. W całym hotelu unosił się przepiękny zapach, a czystość była na najwyższym poziomie. Do tego świetna lokalizacja sprawiła, że pobyt był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Zdecydowanie polecam!

L'atllotjament està molt net, còmode, el lloc és molt maco i molt ben ambientat en la cultura marroquí i l'habitació era molt espaiosa. En general tot molt bé. La ubicació també estava molt bé. Si que és una mica dificil de trobar però està a només a 10 minuts del centre de la ciutat (la plaça de la Medina)

Quan ens vam voler dutxar l'aigua calenta es va acabar molt ràpid i un dels dos ens vam haver de dutxar amb aigua freda

Great hospitality and top service. I had a variety of requests - yoga classes, massage and pick up. Everything was possible, well communicated and superb quality! My yoga teacher Lucy was very accommodating and professional 🙏. It is a place to recommend and come back to.

A stylish, small riad with pleasant, helpful staff. Great rooftop for having breakfast or an evening drink. Breakfast was tasty and healthy; eggs done your way, local breads and spreads. Convenient location and quiet.

Das Standardzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein. Man kann kaum seinen Koffer öffnen. Zudem ist es im Riad sehr hellhörig.

The staff, specifically Faisal, were amazing. Always available to help us and to suggest best things / providers to take. The breakfast was delicious, namely the home made yogurt that I asked for more on both nights. Everything was clean and all bathroom products smelled really nice - and you can buy them if you like it too.

Loved everything about this Rhiad and would recommend to everyone. Organise a taxi through the owners so you know where to head to. It seemed like a busy part of Marrakesh but was tucked away so we had a really peaceful and quiet stay. The best was out of this world, I haven't had a sleep like it! Also the breakfast was the best we'd had during our Moroccan travels, everything was home made and the peanut butter was incredible. Thank you for such a good stay! We'd love to come back.

La décoration est magnifique. La literie est incroyable, on a dormi comme des bébés. Petit déjeuner et souper délicieux. Et un personnel au petit soins pleins de bons conseils.

Le Riad se trouve dans le sud de la médina et un peu « loin » à pied des choses à visiter du Nord (20 minutes du Souk, 26 minutes de la Medersa Ben Youssef et 30 minutes du musée de la photographie). Cependant si vous aimez bien marcher ou que vous faites un autre Riad dans le nord, ce n’est pas un problème.
