l'emplacement de cer etablissement est idéale,à coté de la rue vivante qui s'appelle Takssim. Proche de tout les moyens de transport. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très gentille. il n'hésite pas à tout demande d'équipement important tel que fer à repasser ou autre. La chambre est propre, correcte pour le prix. ON a senti qu'on on était en plein mileir de la vie turc.

Located in Cihangir, a lovely neighbourhood of narrow streets, cafes, small boutique shops etc, but also close to Taksim and Istiklal Caddesi. The apartment I stayed in (suite on the top floor) was superb - large, comfortable, fully-equipped, spotlessly clean, and quiet - even had a large terrace with a view over the city. For what I paid, great value for money. Host was also very friendly and quick in replying to queries.

The good: The location was unbeatable, close to everything and very well connected. The bad: From the very beginning, I had an issue with the apartment. I booked it with the intention of occasionally having local friends over for dinner or coffee — not to have them stay overnight. However, once the booking was made, I was informed that no visitors of any kind were allowed. This was not stated anywhere in the property’s rules. I accepted the policy after contacting Booking.com, who told me that this did not necessarily have to be explicitly stated in the accommodation rules. That said, there were many other problems. The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, and the staircase is quite difficult, especially with luggage. The terrace door was broken, so you never knew whether it was properly closed or locked. The terrace was also practically unusable: there was no awning or shade and barely any furniture, just a small table and two completely worn-out chairs. The kitchen is almost completely unequipped. There is very little to cook with, and the stovetop burners barely work. They take a very long time to heat up and never get particularly hot. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable. But perhaps the worst part is the television, which is placed in a corner in such a way that you cannot watch it properly. The bathroom was fine and the washing machine worked very well. However, the drying rack was broken, so I had to improvise and find ways to hang my clothes, which was particularly inconvenient as my stay was for 15 days. The shower barely produced any hot water. For a property advertised as an apartment/aparthotel, it was extremely poorly equipped. They did not even provide a single roll of toilet paper, and there were absolutely no basic hygiene or cleaning products. Not even a packet of salt for cooking. The bedroom door was broken, the bed was broken, and the apartment was generally quite dirty.

Pessima stanza, vecchia, al 5 piano senza ascensore, con sopra un soppalco dal quale venivano rimosso di ogni paio di quelli di sopra. La TV presenta ma senza il segnale, molto probabilmente per il fatto che si sentiva tutto di quelle due stanze del piano quindi per non disturbare. Isolamento fonico inesistente. Acqua calda veniva per 20 secondi bene poi a filo sottile per mancanza di pressione. Condizionatore vecchio, con prezzi cadenti ma funzionante. L'asse del water traballante, cabina doccia piccolissima e pavimento scivoloso, claustrofobica. Casa forte presente ma inutilizzabile. Luce davanti porta nel corridoio rotta.

La posizione era ottima, era la stanza al primo piano verso la strada. Stanza abbastanza pulita.

Rumore e azzufamenti in piena notte. Letti della nostra stanza molto scomodi.

Location is the best which also walk distance from Taksim metro station. The apartment is clean, good WIFI, free to use washing machine + dryer and I got room in the 1st floor. Kindly note that there is no lift inside the building. Everything as I expected. The host also communicative and responsive. A recommended place to stay

Beware, it's a scam. This hotel advertises suite with a view, a terrace, a kitchen, and a couple of beds. But when you arrive, they offer you a tiny, basic room with absolutely nothing in it, or contact booking for a refund. I have no idea why they haven't been kicked off the platform for scamming yet, but I will do everything I can to make sure they are.

Мы были здесь 4 ночи. За все это время у нас ни разу не меняли белье и полотенца, не выносили мусор. Плесень черная в душевой кабине. Понятно почему в номере мы не раз встречали тараканов. Наш вылет задержали на несколько часов и мы не успевали прибыть в гостиницу до 21:00, сообщили, предупредили об этом. Но мы не нашли никакого понимания от администратора гостиницы, он попросил нас доплатить за поздний заезд 20 евро. Впервые за многие годы путешествий я встречаю такое отношение. Очень жаль, но в это место мы больше не вернемся и не посоветуем никому.

The hotel owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He promptly addressed all our requests and assisted us even in matters beyond his direct responsibilities. The location is excellent for tourists, with easy access to major attractions and amenities. However, for those traveling with children or visiting for medical purposes, I would recommend considering a quieter area, as Taksim can be quite busy and noisy, particularly during the nights.

The location is great! Its just a few steps away from the main Taksim Square. Close to transportation hubs and taxi's are also available. Markets / nightshops are close by.

The provided sheets and bed linings could've been cleaner, this also applies to the bathroom, however this wasn't big of an issue. It would be great if the room had drinking water ready.

All was great with our stay here. Three of us stayed in the room and it covered everything we needed. The beds were suitably comfortable, the room was breezy, staff were friendly, everything worked well enough. Thank you!

Appartement très bien situé. Un peu en monté mais as dérangeant pour nous. Le lit était de bonne taille. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit balcon, bien exposé. Pas bruyant

Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner un minimum (pâtes, riz et..). Il serait bien de laisser à disposition du sel et du poivre. Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau de 2h l'après-midi mais juste une fois.

Its a hotel style building with strict access control on your apartment and undisclosed no visitor policy. Located steep downhill from Istiklal street. No privacy and freedom of an indipendent apartment.

The room has everything you would need, and it's only about 3 minutes walking from Istiklal Street. Detergent is available for the washing machine, and even though it has no drying funcion, Istanbul is windy enough for drying everything up in about a day. There's plenty to do around, and both bus and tram are only about 10min away walking. And the views from the terrace were breathtaking. The host, Ünder, was the EXTREMELY hospitable and helpful. He shared tea with us a couple times over some nice conversation at the reception. He also allowed us to keep the suitcases in the building after checking out and before heading to another location in Tuekey. But furthermore, after returning to Istanbul a few days after the stay, he allowed us to keep the suitcases there once again eventhough we didn't have a reservation anymore. He received us with more tea, of course! Not to mention all the helpful restaurant and transport recommendations he gave us. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were amazing. If the listed price fits your budget, you seriously cannot go wrong with this Hotel.

Our room was at the highest floor of the 5 or 6 stories building. If you have any difficulty with stairs, perhaps this is not your best bet. But you do get used to it. If this is something that concerns you, you may want to get in touch with the property to see if they can arrange a lower floor.

A great place to stay for 3 days. The room has everything you need for a short stay. It's clean, fairly quiet, and has a cozy balcony. Conveniently located, just 5 minutes from the main street. The staff is very friendly, always available and ready to help. I highly recommend it!

It's not critical, but some lighting could be added. One bulb wasn't working.

A very spacious, bright room. It has everything you need and more. The bathroom is spacious. The room is clean and quiet. The hotel owner was very responsive, allowed me to check in early and stay longer for an additional fee, and also helped arrange a return transfer. You feel safe in this hotel thanks to the responsive staff. I would choose this hotel again if I were in Istanbul.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect — right next to Taksim and Istiklal Street, everything is just a short walk away. The staff is outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We even got a free upgrade to a terrace room with an amazing view over Istanbul — absolutely worth it. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. A place you naturally want to come back to.

Great place to stay in Istanbul. The location is very convenient — right in the city center, close to Taksim, which makes getting around the city really easy. We had two rooms, and it was warm inside with working heating. There’s everything you need: a stove for cooking, a kettle, a wardrobe. The beds are decent and comfortable enough for a good rest. The highlight of this place is definitely the staff. The guy working there was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions. He genuinely tried to make our stay comfortable. Overall, we really liked this place and would happily stay here again.

Это было ужасно. Номер совсем не соответствовал ожиданиям и отзывам. Все очень старое, поломанное, в номере было ужасно холодно. На просьбу помочь поднять чемодан, нахамили. Я не могу тащить такие тяжести на третий этаж по здоровью. Когда мы попросили помочь прохожих, то тут же появился представитель и наорал на них и на нас, хотя до этого говорил, что его нет и помочь он нам не может. Номер обшарпаный, на второй день пришли чинить батарею, которая не работала. Но они нам не верили, пока не произошла авария в другом номере. Все раскрутили, залили. У нас было болото. Вид из окна на заброшенный дом. На нашей улице по всей видимости находился какой-то бордель. По вечерам там ходили очень интересные личности и девушки с грудью на ружу.

The apartment was big and the terrace was nice. It was also up to standard in terms of cleanliness. It was definitely worth the money. So all in all a good deal.

Some of the doors couldn't close and there wasn't any wine glasses. Also the suction from the stove just went into the cupboard above and led nowhere - so I don't know If I personally would cook in the apartment. There was also a huge conflict with some other guests one day in the stairway. I think it was one of the people working the place and the guests. Anyway they were screaming and shouting at each other - pretty crazy stuff haha.
