The location was great, and the staff became like family.

Wasn’t the best hotel we stayed in. The pool is very deep, so not very good for small kids. We had no curtains on a big window in our room, so was lots of light coming through it. They didn’t lean the room after the first night and wanted to fine us because we put the towels on the floor.

Location is good. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and short walk form the day and night markets.

Éramos dos habitaciones, una de ellas sin alcachofa en la ducha, hemos ido a pedirlo y no nos han dado solución. Ambas habitaciones, las tazas del we se movía, al igual que el grifo del lavabo. Sábanas regulares de limpieza. El personal del hotel era pasivo y sin actitud. El último día antes de hacer el check out que era las 12h, volvimos a la habitación para darnos una ducha por el calor sofocante y el avión que teníamos que coger después, y nos encontramos que no había luz ni agua, nos comentaron que era por una avería, pero ha estado más de 1h sin haber, pensamos que era por hacer un ahorro. Piscina con agua amarillenta.

Room matched pictures from online site. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Customers service were provided right away when needed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, two separated room for shower & toliet. Didn't use the pool, appeared to be clean. No big parking space for cars, but not a problem. Street parking worked.

The property was clean and in a great location walking distance to the centre of town, river and had lots of restaurants close by. Hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional, they were attentive to our requests (including packed breakfast one morning). Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

It's a nice cozy hotel with basic things available for staying. Clean bedsheets hot water in a shower and comfortable beds. The hotel is located far from the pub street which allows good night sleep. The hotel personnel is very polite and try to accommodate customers needs. We asked for airport pick up for extra money as well- good service.

There is only one old iron available for the entire hotel, so pack clothes accordingly)))

Great spot, no complaints. Very comfortable and clean. Good location near the night market for delicious cheap eats.

If you’re alone and want to meet people this is not for that. If you are happy by yourself or a couple this is great.

Room was spacious. Air con was quiet.

The bed is squeaky. the edges of the bed was dangerous and we got some cuts on our legs while walking in the room. The door is slightly smaller than the door frame so people can actually look into the room if they want to.

Great location and very nicely designed and decorated hotel. The staff were all lovely. Super comfortable bed and furniture in the room. Pool was a lovely afternoon escape from the heat.

The 4 days we were there our room was not refreshed. We even asked for this at reception on our 3rd day and they took down our room number but still it was not done. Another small thing was that there was no cushions on the sub loungers by the pool which would have made it much more comfortable.

Availability, location, room was spacious. We even had a swimming pool at our disposal.

Not to clean, some repairs needed, sheet was teared.

The staff was great and really friendly and kind, even though there was a sllight language barrier. Room was really big compared to other hotels and got everything we needed. Even though the breakfast was simple they did everything they could to offer me other food (I got allergies). Location was quite good for our first stay in Siem Reap.

Breakfast is very simple - few options, the majority of them were Cambodian breakfast like noodles and rice. Water in the pool was freezing cold! Also the sunbeds near pool weren´t really comfortable. Window in our room was facing other wall - so there was only a bit of light in the room. AC was a bit loud during night. TV was not working.

The Room was like on the pictures and everything was very clean. The Staff of the Hotel was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. It was the nicest staff during my whole Trip in Thailand, Vietnam and Laos.

Staff are so lovely! Always going the extra mile to help you. I unfortunately became ill during my stay and they helped with locating a doctor and brought hot tea to my room. Forever grateful for their kindness.

Such amazing staff that are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! Sarom and Tinat made us feel so welcome and we loved getting to know them during our stay! Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay - they bought us ice and water and checked in with us to see how I was, so a big thank you to them for looking after us so we’ll! The beds were really comfy and the rooms were luxurious and spacious. The room had a fridge, safe and great shower. The pool was kept clean and was nice and refreshing in the Siem Reap heat. It was in a really good location, close walking distance to the centre of Siem Reap. We loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The room was nice and the staff were amazing! They made for us earlier check in and let us leave the bags after we checked out and let us take the shower after we picked up bags. It helps us a lot :) big thanks to their team!

Manager and staff always ready to help close to 24Hrs. Manager went the extra mile of suggesting the best tour driver. This boutique hotel gave premium service, the rooms were big, and its location is very accessible!

The hotel is close to the center

The pool was smaller than expected. The room wasn't very clean and when we arrived the switch hanging out of the wall. One of the days, they even forgot to clean our room.

The hotel is not too big and peaceful. Rooms are beautiful and all the people form the staff are lovely and professional.

Safety box was broken

The place is cozy, quiet and clean. The staff is super friendly. Location is convenient. We extended our stay in SR because how great the place was.
