Aspiring View Apartments - Modern & Stylish 3-BRM, 3-BTH - 2 Min Walk to Lake & Town

The floor plan is excellent with 3 double rooms with ensuites. The location was perfect, couldn’t be better. Parking was great too. The staff and communication throughout was excellent.

A lovely new apartment very close (one block) from town. Small but we thought through layout, the apartment was comfortable for group. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. It's also well stocked, we cooked breakfasts and one dinner at home. Recommended

This was in a great location that was an easy walk into the city centre. Was quiet and private and had all the facilities we needed to base ourselves from. Especially liked the view every morning looking out onto the lake and mountains. Fantastic house that would highly recommend.

There is a problem with the dishwasher and dryer. Dishwasher tablet cover is not opening during washing(dishes remain dirty) Dryer keeps coming up with full warning and turning off dryer. I did empty the lint container and that made no difference. The dish washing liquid bottle was empty when we arrived. I purchased a bottle and toilet paper, as the quality of toilet paper was not what I would expect in an apartment marketed as luxury apartment. The rubbish bins outside were full on arrival and still are. We were out late Thursday and up early on Friday and missed putting them out. I guess the other apartment also missed putting them out.

Fantastic location, very close to town. We loved being able to walk in for dinner and breakfast.

Wānaka is absolutely spectacular the house was amazing all the facilities you could want - very spacious and great views of the lake and mountains

The bedroom doors were really heavy - understand that this might be for fire safety reasons, however our youngest did struggle to open them at times

Room only have i stand for 1 piece of luggage. For couple who bring 2 luggages, u have a problem as the luggage has to be laid out on the floor. It is not practical to place all the clothes in the cardboard provided.

GREAT LOCATION to access , so easy to find apartment got 2 floor 1st 2 bed room with 2 toilet , 2nd 1 bed room and living room free parking in front of the house at night the sky to clear you can watch from living room on Day time view outside direct to lake outstanding and remarkable walkable distance to every where

nothing serious , just becareful when kid open the window on living room , there are only glass cover, just look danger but for real it look strong enough to hold weight to push to look at the view . around the house less light than expected.

Gorgeous views, close to town, facilities are amazing, kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed and more! Amazing.

I usually don’t give a 10/10 rating, but this stay was amazing. From the start to the end, everything was faultless. The best part is the view - it is absolutely mesmerising. We spent so much time just looking out at the mountains and the lake. The apartment was very clean, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. If you are going to Wanaka, stay here. You won't regret it. We had a wonderful time!

The location is great as it is near town and you can walk to the lake. The property is clean and the kitchen has everything you need to do some cooking.

The attached bathroom on the 2nd floor is quite small and there is no space on the sink counter to put toiletries.

We really enjoyed the view from the living room and the location was just amazing. A walk to the lake, eateries, supermarket and that tree too. 😃😃

There’s really nothing to not like about the place apart from having to leave… I didn’t like having to leave. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Nothing!!! There was not 1 thing that was an issue. And if there was, the lovely lady who manages the building is absolutely incredible, she looks after you so well. So you’re in good hands!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for us all, beds were comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed. It is also so close to town which is a bonus.

We had an amazing stay at Shana’s place in Wanaka! The house is incredibly well-equipped — three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and shower, which is perfect for a big family like ours. The lake view is absolutely stunning — I was impressed every single time I opened the curtain. It was such a joy to sit and dine in front of that view! The whole house is spotless and feels like a hotel — everything is clean, organised, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s tucked just off the road, so it’s peaceful and feels very safe. Location-wise, it’s super convenient — only a 1-minute drive to New World supermarket and close to all the restaurants (within 4 minutes). Also just 20 minutes to the free uphill ski shuttle, which was a huge plus for us. Thank you, Shana, for making our Wanaka trip so memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice apartment with great location. It’s new, clean and decorated very well. The living room is facing Lake Wānaka with spectacular view. The location is great. It’s close to everywhere. Parking is easy for large cars.

New, modern, very comfortable and extremely well appointed, this apartment has spectacular views over the lake and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Our host, Sherril, was easy to communicate with, proactive with letting us know key details and was available if we needed any other assistance.
