Reviewed Aug 18, 2026High standard apartment, extremely comfortable, cleaned every day if it is requested. The cleaning lady was super friendly and kind, also increadibly tidy and thoughtful. She let us use the apartment even before check-in time. Amazing location approx 30 meters far from one of the best beaches with plenty of restaurants and shops. Many thanks, we had a fantastic experience!

Das Schlafsofa war leider nicht bequem. Parkplatzsituation schwierig, wofür der Besitzer aber nichts kann.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We had the top apartment. It was very new, well equipped and super clean. It had all the kitchen equipment you would require. Clearly the owners put lots of love and thought into the house. There were complementary parasols and diving goggles/snorkels, which is a very nice touch. The apartment is a 2 min walk from the beach and great restaurants. The venetian harbor is a nice ~10 min walk. We would definitely come back here

Και τις δύο φορές δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε τον ιδιοκτήτη ώστε να μας δώσει οδηγίες να μπούμε Την πρώτη φορά θεώρησε μας είπε πως ήταν για την επόμενη μέρα η κράτηση και αυτή τη φορά κατέληξε να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας στις 19:00 το απόγευμα από το μεσημέρι που είχαμε κλείσει το κατάλυμα ώστε να μας δώσει οδηγίες Πάραυτα δεν προσφέρθηκε να κάνει τίποτα για να διορθώσει το λάθος και δεν είπε καν στην καθαριστήρια να μας αφήσει λίγο παραπάνω από την ώρα του check out με αποτέλεσμα να την ακούμε από το δωμάτιο να φωνάζει για να βγούμε λίγο μετά την ώρα του check out .

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Naprawdę trudno wyobrazić sobie lepsze miejsce z takim stosunkiem jakości do ceny! ❤️ Logistycznie położone świetnie - 10 minut piechotą z dworca w Chanii i 2 minuty na plażę i promenadę - sprzed bramy widać morze 😎 W obiekcie jest ULTRACZYSTO! Począwszy od łóżek, przez ogólny porządek, po łazienkę. Nie ma się absolutnie do czego przyczepić. Pokój jest nowocześnie i gustownie urządzony, ma bardzo wygodne (twarde) łóżka, Smart TV, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, potrzebne sztućce i ręczniki. Kontakt z właścicielem nienaganny, proces meldunkowy - tak samo. W pokoju czytelny przewodnik po okolicy, a nawet rabaty do zaprzyjaźnionych lokali. Bardzo istotna jest klimatyzacja - wybitnie cicha i wydajna - na lato "must have", a o tej porze roku można nią swobodnie podgrzać i w żadnym wypadku nie przeszkadza w funkcjonowaniu, nawet w nocy. Ponadto w pokoju znajduje się też jonizator powietrza, który dodatkowo poprawia komfort pobytu. W miesiącach letnich na pewno przydaje się zacieniona część wspólna, w której znajdują się meble do odpoczynku, a przy bramie wejściowej jest także prysznic, co... umożliwia spłukanie się od razu po przyjściu z plaży. Świetny pomysł!
Obiekt jest tak usytuowany, że okna są malutkie i wychodzą na zacienioną część wspólną budynku, na wysokości wzroku współmieszkańców. Jeśli ktoś nie chce, by zaglądano mu do pokoju, jest skazany na opuszczone przez cały czas rolety w oknach. Ten element sprawia także, że w pokoju jest ciemno i co latem jest zaletą - chłodno, a o tej porze roku jest po prostu zimno. Jak jednak wspomniałem - można się skutecznie dogrzewać klimatyzatorem ☺️ Nie rozumiem też kwestii wyłącznie zimnej wody w łazienkowym kranie. Pod prysznicem jest ciepła woda, a w kranie - wyłącznie zimna. Zapewne to jakaś drobna awaria, akurat podczas mojego pobytu.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Was für ein Juwel! Eine wunderschöne ruhige Oase inmitten des Geschehens. Die gesamte Anlage ist neu renoviert und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ich hatte das Appartement unterm Dach und war total begeistert von der neuen Ausstattung des Appartements und der Terrasse welche beides wirklich geschmackvoll und absolut hochwertig eingerichtet ist. Die Klimaanlage war super einzustellen und das Bett total gemütlich, WLAN funktionierte Super. Theo als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage liegt keine 100 Meter von den schönen Stränden und der Gastronomie entfernt. Bis in die Altstadt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, also wirklich alles perfekt.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Bardzo miła obsługa! Pozwolono nam wejść do apartamentu przed godziną zameldowania i dodatkowo zostawić bagaże po opuszczeniu pokoju (mieliśmy późny lot). Wykończenie na wysokim poziomie, wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu, super patio/dziedziniec, gdzie znajdowała się przestrzeń do relaksu, fotele, sofa, stolik kawowy, rośliny, nastrojowe oświetlenie. Prysznic zewnętrzny, przydatny po powrocie z plaży do której mieliśmy ok 100m, możłiwość wynajęcia samochodu i wiele innych. Blisko na stare miasto, do dworca autobusowego, świetna lokalizacja.
Wszystko było ok. Brak zastrzeżeń. Gdyby wszystkie obiekty tak wyglądały, byłoby super.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Superb, excepțional. La 5 minute de plaja Nea Chora, o plaja foarte frumoasa cu nisip fin. Locația este noua, baie mare cu dus modern, bucătărie cu toate , toate ustensilele necesare și de foarte bună calitate. Totul este absolut nou, terasa mare cu umbrele. Ne-au făcut curățenie zilnic, periodic schimbat prosoapele și lenjeria și bonus am primit capsule de cafea în fiecare dimineață. Recomandam cu mare încredere și bucurie!!!
Poate mai e nevoie de un dulap dar oricum exista spatii de depozitare suficiente și nu se simte prea mult lipsa lui.

L'entrée se fait en autonomie La chambre est bien décorée, assez design et épurée, c'est moderne Très bonne literie Bonne situation géographique : très proche des restaurants et plage. Le centre ville de la Canée est également accessible à pied (15min)
Le stationnement reste difficile dans les rues. La salle de bain est assez petite et minimaliste côté lavabo (pas beaucoup de place) mais fait le job Rien de grave : des fournis sont présentés, nous en "avons ramenées" dans des vêtements

It was an en-suite room not an apartment so no seating area & no chairs in the room There was a piece of the wall with a wooden vent/opening from next door that lit up at night and you could hear the bathroom toilet flushing etc

Reviewed Oct 5, 2024The location, the balcony, the interior. Everything. It’s like one minute walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes walking to the old town. I cannot think of a better place to explore the city.There are numerous of great tasting restaurants with very reasonable prices nearby. We had the best pork rib, lamb streak, and even an authentic Crepe ever! There is even a great gym in around 6 minutes walking. The interior is also spotless. You could find everything you could possibly need inside the room, from cozy mattress to duper clean kitchenwares. The balcony is also an super cozy place to indulge in. Would definitely come back!

The layout could have made the twin beds further apart.

Also there were instructions/maps provided about the city - places to visit, transportation, restaurants and ect. It was really helpful and thoughtful. The property had everything you would need for the stay, even make-up wipes and a towel for cleaning make-up. We came with a car, but we found a parking space on the street not to far away.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2024Perfect location almost on the sandy beach and only a short walk into the Old Town, in addition there are many beachfront restaurants nearby, Apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, Theo and Anastasia are so lovely and helpful, we managed to park in the road outside if you plan to hire a car. Lovely sun terrace for sole use of our duplex apartment, perfect for sitting outside after a day on the beach to cool down and enjoy a cold glass of wine 😁🥂☀️Would throughly recommend this place to stay and amazing value for money, we are definitely going back!! 10 stars from us. 👏😁👏
