Hotel necessita de uma boa manutenção. Café da manhã sofrível. Tínhamos de sair às 7:30. Não havia frutas nem suco. E a cozinha só abria as 8:00.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026A localização era boa: encontra-se em uma rua com restaurantes, próximo de farmácia e pequenos mercados. Fica a mais ou menos 20 minutos andando da Praça Jemaa el-Fna.
O quarto era pequeno, a descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem, o ar condicionado não resfriava bem, a TV dispunha apenas de canais locais.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026What I Liked The hotel staff are the true credit of the property. The room cleaning staff were excellent, maintaining high standards throughout my stay. The breakfast staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a pleasant start to each day. The reception team were also friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and efficient with no waiting time. The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its location. It offers an exceptional setting and is a major reason to choose this property. Overall, the staff's friendliness, dedication, and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay enjoyable and left a very positive impression.
Areas for Improvement The hotel would greatly benefit from a significant refurbishment and modernization program. Many areas of the property appear dated, and the furniture in both guest rooms and public spaces shows noticeable signs of wear. Investing in new furnishings and updating the facilities would substantially improve the overall guest experience. The breakfast offering would also benefit from improvements in presentation and layout. While the food selection was satisfactory, the buffet presentation did not reflect the standards typically expected in the hospitality industry. During my stay, food items were placed directly on tables rather than being displayed in a structured buffet using appropriate GN containers, buffet displays, and professional catering furniture. A more attractive and organized presentation would enhance both the visual appeal and the overall dining experience. Given its outstanding location and dedicated staff, the hotel has excellent potential. With targeted investments in refurbishment, furniture renewal, and food & beverage presentation, it could offer a guest experience that fully matches the quality of its surroundings.

Salle de bain d’une autre époque. Douchette qui fuie. Chasse d’eau qui fuie. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le personnel tente de vous donner une chambre en mauvais état et bruyante (côté rue). Insistez pour avoir une chambre correcte.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir changer de chambre il était impossible de régler la climatisation. Les douchettes fuyaient et le siphon de la douche était bouché. Le réceptionniste veut absolument se débarrasser de ses chambres les plus nulles.

The shower/toilet is the tiniest i have ever seen. My feet dropped off the edge of the bed, not big enough for a tall person ! Although there is a safe inside the cupboard you have to pay extra to be able to use it ,if not management are not responsible for any lost valuables !! breakfast was too basic for 60 dirhams

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Très bien placé. Équipement satisfaisant (lit, douche, serviette, TV avec chaîne françaises, WiFI). Petite piscine, personnel aimable. Petit magasin interne ce qui permet d’acheter dès l’arrivée qques produits : douches, dentifrice, souvenirs etc…. Personnel de chambre appliqué. Ce n’est sans doute pas le cas pour toutes les chambres, mais pour celle-ci il n’y avait pas de bruit.
On regrettera 2 choses : - cuvette des WC avec traces jaunes alors qu’il suffit de nettoyer avec un peu de javel ou mieux de vinaigre blanc ; - une présentation du petit déjeuner d’une grande tristesse ; il suffirait d’égayer avec des plats et des ustensiles un peu plus jolis, de mettre un peu de melon et de pastèque, un peu de variété dans les gâteaux, des œufs brouillés etc… en faisant payer un peu plus cher pour équilibrer les coûts.

La posizione sicuramente sicura per i turisti ti impedisce però di vivere la vera Marrakech, sono ovviamente scelte personali, ma se non fosse stato l'albergo di partenza del mio tour avrei preferito un Riad centrale.
Colazione scarsa sia in termini di differenza di alimenti che di quantità vere e proprie, il secondo giorno siamo rimasti digiuni perché l'hotel era sold out e non è stato in grado di gestire le quantità. Anche il bagno lascia a desiderare, non tanto per l'ovvia assenza del bidet, ma soprattutto perché non era presente nessun ripiano d'appoggio da poter usare.

Very noisy room from the street and also other rooms. Room did not feel clean and bathroom desperately needs renovation. When having a shower, shower curtain doesn't properly cover shower and the toilet was soaking wet after. Not a pleasant stay.
