방과 침대는 좀 작았지만, 매우 깨끗했고 위치가 좋았어요. 저렴한 가격을 감안하면 방과 침대 크기도 불평할 정도는 아니었습니다. 주방도 깨끗했어요. 호스트와 만날 기회가 없는 셀프 체크인 시스템이었지만, 호스트의 응답이 매우 빨라 불편하지 않았어요.

주방은 있는데 식사 공간이 따로 없어 아쉬웠어요.

This is my second stay here, and it was just as positive as the first. I even got the same room. It was a bit warm this time, but the fan does the job. The location is wonderful—right in the city center with historic sights just around the corner. Sabina is a fantastic host who really looks after everyone. The shared bathrooms aren't a problem at all, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. A huge plus for the coffee machine! Overall, I highly recommend it :)

It was easy to find. Getting into both the house and the pension was easy. And the little welcome gift in the room was nice. It was just super clean and there was a nice kitchen with a Nespresso machine. So I'll come again. And the landlady, Sabine, kept asking if everything was ok. I'd love to come again

Idéalement situé, très propre et d’un design simple mais soigné. Une communication aisée avec Sabrina. Tout est extrêmement bien pensé et organisé.

La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo, la habitación espaciosa, instalaciones limpias, cocina habilitada para poder servirse café u otras cosas, no tuve que salir para tomar desayuno, simplemente compraba mis cosas y tomaba desayuno ahí mismo, tenían una canasta con unas botellas de vino, agua y galletas de consumo gratuito, quedé muy conforme con mi estancia, si vuelvo a Lisboa sin dudar me volvería a hospedar aquí

Located in the heart of the tourist district, decent kitchen.

Noise and light 24/7 right outside, no air conditioning so windows had to be open, common areas small and not very usable.

The location and the staff

Just want everyone to be aware that this has no AC. I was expecting AC in the rooms but was shocked to see that there was not any AC. Also the window which I would open to let in air had three bright lights so it was impossible to do during the nighttime to get sleep. I recommend putting ACs in the room, especially during the summertime since it can get up to 50°C. The location was great and the hosts were really nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room is perfect for one person. The kitchen and bathroom were always spotless. The location is perfect, too—everything is within walking distance. You step outside and have countless dining options, and you’re right next to the shopping street. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

El lugar 10/10, limpio, un lugar chulo y además muy cerca de muchos puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Volvería a quedarme en dicho lugar si vuelvo a Lisboa

Great safe tourist location! Perfect jumping off point for many sites and bus lines. A multitude of cafes, bakeries and shops right out the front door. Room was spacious and spotless. Bed was comfy, towels were very nice, kitchen was well stocked even though I only used the kettle. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise. Was very grateful for AC since there was a heat wave and also the street is very noisy if you leave the window open. (Trash pick-up at 2 AM on Sat) Great hot water!

The shared bathroom was close but very small. Had to shimmy onto the toilet. Would be very difficult for a very large person. Also the shower was small with no place to set your soap or shampoo.

L'appartement était parfait pour un petit séjour à moindre frais. Le logement est situé au centre et très proche de la mer. Le réseau de bus à proximité vous permettra de visiter de façon optimale Lisbonne.

Great location. I liked the freebies (2 bottles of wine), 2 water bottles, 3 Mars bars, buscuits, free coffe & chocs in the kitchen area. The fan was handy. The noice outside wasn't too bad - I guess Saturday night was most noisy but it didn't bother me as I went out.

The only fault was flushing the toilet! I was able to do it on my first and last night but not inbetween! It would be good if they had a small sign there saying: 'pull forward the orange lever on the left ... don't touch the green one' (or vice verca).

방문이 안잠김 호스트에게 고장났다고 연락했으나 끝까지 아무런 조치를 받지 못했음. 메세지를 보내면 대답도 엄청 느림 외출하거나 밤에 잘 때 외부인이 들어올까봐 너무 불편하고 두려웠음 담날 직원에게 다시 문고장에 대해 얘기했으나 모르척하고 지나감. 문 열쇠를 찾으니 부엌 쪽에서 열쇠를 찾으라며 위치를 알려줘서 가보니 열쇠 꾸러미가 마구 섞여 있었음 저 안에서 고장난 내 방문 열쇠를 힘들게 겨우 찾음 정말 너무 불편하고 완전 비추!!!!!!!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more from the experience. And the hosts made it so incredibly easy. I’d gladly stay again!

The room I had was great, it had a window out to see the Main Street, and it was located central of Lisbons best attractions which made it easy to get everywhere. The room was beautiful and had good set up, along with some water and welcoming snacks as well. Washrooms were nice and clean as well, there were cleaners coming in everyday. They had a coffee machine and a fridge. The customer service was superb, I would get replies right away through WhatsApp and there was always care and consideration for my concerns.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with seeing a small cockroach in my room around my second last day of my stay. It really threw me off and I felt uncomfortable in my room but Sabina was so fast to reply and help with my concerns. She let me know it is normal given the hot weather as I saw one on the stairs as I was coming into the building as well, but she let me know the cleaners apply bug repellent in the rooms when cleaned. From what I saw, rooms were only cleaned once the stay was over but washrooms were cleaned everyday. We arranged for my room to be cleaned and to have bug repellent applied that day while I was out due to my concerns. However, upon coming back to the room, nothing seemed different at all. The bed wasn’t touched, towels weren’t replaced, I could see that the tables and floors were exactly the same untouched, yet the cleaner claimed she had come in and cleaned the floors and applied bug repellent. I was already wary and I’d expected to have had the room cleaned completely after the complaint. Sabina was very kind and understanding, she spoke with the cleaner for future reference. She had offered for me to stay in another room which had been completely cleaned and was now empty. Which I ended up agreeing to. The room was still nice, however the window led out to concrete walls so your view depends on the room you get. However, I was just happy I was able to have a solution after the issue with my original room. I was only there for one more night before my stay had ended so I didn’t mind too much.

The location is amazing. No-contact check in and check out which was convenient when you have late plane schedules.

I can’t say it’s so cheap for the facility. You never know which size bedroom you will get out of the pictures shown on the ad. Mine was quite small with broken blinds so I had to be exposed to the light outside and sunlights constantly, also facing the windows of the building right opposite. Toilet lever was broken as well. There’s no amenities so you need to bring yours. No air conditioning in each room, just very old fan in your room and no proper ventilation.

I have been trying for more than two weeks to obtain a receipt for my payment. After repeatedly asking for it, they sent me an invoice with the wrong amount and date. I then had to explain to them the difference between an invoice and a payment confirmation, i.e. a receipt. I find the whole business really unserious and unprofessional. The only contact person, "Sabine", says that she is in contact with the accounting department, but cannot tell me when I will receive my receipt. The whole situation is very frustrating because I really need the receipt as soon as possible.

Esta vez había gente muy ruidosa en el establecimiento. Y no estaba del todo limpio. Sin embargo, lo volvería a elegir!!

So far very convenient area to stay.. Close to all sightseeing areas or the Connection.

In the Night it is Lauf and in the early morning cleaning Cars, delivery Trucks etc.making noise.

The Staff who was online was nice.

Staff online only, no desk. The result was that the other clients were making parties at night and as the walls were very thin it was impossible to sleep. We had to find another hotel (double reservation!) immediately and move to the other hotel the next day.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral, Gastgeber gut per Mail zu erreichen.

Manche Kleinigkeiten im Bad reparaturbedürftig, die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und nachts ist es laut, mindestens bis 1 Uhr, am Wochenende bis in die Morgenstunden. Auch von den anderen Zimmern hört man recht viel (bzw kommt wohl auf die anderen Gäste an).

It was very clean, guests were quiet most of the time, had a good comfortable sleep. It was great to have a kitchen available and the little treats in the room were an exceptionally nice touch!

It was exceptional compared to the price.

The room and all shared common areas are very clean. Checked and cleaned by staff everyday. Location is great, so near the markets so I perepared my own food, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook, and all the appliances worked without any issues. There were nice in-room treats like wine and cookies, and they constantly replenished the bottles of water in the kitchen.

All is good. I might be too noisy for the travelers like to stay in quite places but its because it's very central location near the restaurants. But it didn't bother me. Plus, once the window is closed, the noise is greatly reduced.

Miejsce z którego jest blisko do głównych atrakcji miasta. Blisko mini Auchan. Niedaleko uliczki ze sklepami z pamiątkami i ciuchami, butami. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele - ciepłe powitanie i pożegnanie na what's up. Dostałam zdjęcie drzwi wejściowych co bardzo pomogło w ich znalezieniu. Polecam dla kobiety podróżującej samej - w obiekcie znajduje się 10 pokoi ze wspólną kuchnia i łazienkami i może to dawać poczucie większego bezpieczeństwa niż wracanie do pustego apartamentu. Uprzedzam, że okolica nie jest cicha w szczycie sezonu - dookoła są restauracje że stolikami na zewnątrz. Czułam się bezpiecznie wracając wieczorem.

Skrzypiące podłogi - słychać wieczorem wracających gości z innych pokoi co może być uciążliwe dla osób z lekki sen.

La ubicación es Excepcional! En pleno centro, a pasos de estación Rossio, y de la plaza del comercio. La habitación impecable, cómoda y los baños tamnién estaban limpios y bien equipados. Recomendable 100%

Très bon emplacement, très central. J'avais un peu peur du bruit avec la proximité des restaurants mais le calme et chaque soir revenu à une heure correcte. Informations claires pour accéder à l'établissement. Très bonne réactivité aux messages. Procédures de check-in et check-out bien rodées. J'ai apprécié votre attention : présents laissés à mon intention dans la chambre. L'organisation du logement est bien pensé : chambres, salles de bain et toilettes.

Quelques difficultés pour régler la température de la douche : temps de latence important avant de constater une modification de la température. Une deux deux douches ne disposait pas de savon dans la cabine, ce qui est dommage. Des serviettes seraient utiles dans les toilettes, ce qui éviterait de l'eau sur le sol.

너무너무 시끄러워 잠을 잘 수 없었다. 밤 22시 넘어서까지 밖에 앉아있는 식당 손님, 그 후 새벽1시 엄청난 소리를 내는 쓰레기차, 새벽5시에도 또;;; 그리고 나무바닥이고 방음이 되지 않아 작은 소리도 엄청 크게 들리고, 공용욕실의 불편을 알았디. 들어간지 5분, 10만 되어도 노크하고;; 리스본의 여행이 그렇게 좋지 않은 이유가 되었다. 가격적으로는 헙리적이라 생각한다. 이런게 싫었음 돈을 더 냈어야 한다고 생각 해 앞으로 숙박예약을 신중히 햐야겠다 싶다

Honestly, I was really impressed by these hosts and their personal approach to my as a guest. These people are honest, accommodating, fantastic problem solvers. I stayed at two of their properties and both had little snacks and comfort things to make my stay sweeter.

La cocina y todo lo que habia disponible para el uso común. La ubicación es excelente y la habitación luminosa siempre que te toque una habitación con ventana a la calle porque los ventanales son amplios. (aunque un poco ruidosa a la noche pero no sigue el ruido hasta tan tarde)

Tuve un problema de que estaban remodelando y no estaba terminado el trabajo, por lo que habia materiales y gente de construcción en el lugar, como no estaba bien mi habitacion luego me la cambiaron. La verdad que la comunicación era fluida y me respondieron todo el tiempo. Destaco eso. Pero sobre los lugares nuevos que agregaron: los baños eran incomodos, super pequeños y no tenias ni un espacio para dejar tus ropa y tus cosas mientras te bañabas. La cama era comoda pero era muy pequeña, yo estoy acostumbrada a camas más grandes, yo estaba bien pero si sos un poco mas grande de cuerpo ya es incomodo. Una vez terminado supongo que habrá quedado lindo, aunque el baño insisto, es pequeñito.

De locatie was uitstekend midden in het historische stadscentrum. De communicatie met de host ook uitstekend.

Matras erg hard en misschien beter een tweepersoonsbed neerzetten. De kamer waar ik sliep was er ruim genoeg voor. Toilet, wastafel en douche klein en opelkaar. Wel altijd keurig schoon en alles aangevuld.

The location was outstanding, close to the Baixa-Chiado metro station and the main pedestrian street Rua Augusta. It was walking distance to practically everything in the heart of downtown Lisbon. I also liked having access to the kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, as well as having coffee provided. The complimentary snacks and drinks in my room, with water, cookies, two bottles of wine, etc. were a wonderful addition. The host, Sabina, was also great and very responsive; she patiently answered several questions I had about transportation.

The more spacious bathroom assigned to my room, number 1, had no water during my first two nights of lodging, so I had to use numbers 3 and 4. I was unable to figure out how to take a shower in bathrooms 3 and 4 without getting water on my hair and all over the floor. I don’t like to get my hair wet, so these ver small showers were a problem for me.

Situation géographique centrale, logement et chambre très propre c'est comme neuf, échange parfait avec l'équipe sur chat pour organiser le check in check out, je recommande vraiment

El departamento es muy bonito mi habitación daba a la calle y es increíble porque tenía balcón. Es ruidoso pero las ventanas aíslan bien!, me dejaron una canasta espectacular con un montón de cositas ricas , no había placard pero sí percheros. Me dieron toallas! .

Estaban aún en obra, no había wi fi, y había mucha gente trabajando haciendo ruido y dando vueltas por los departamentos, eso fue incómodo.

交通位子非常方便，走路三分鐘就是凱旋門。 而且雖然是在鬧區，但因為是在巷子內，所以並不會特別吵。 除此之外，在我住了一天之後，Sabina還主動幫我更換的更大的房間，讓我非常驚喜

房內的隔音效果不好，所以當有人進出、或有動靜的時候都可以聽得到
