La ubicación es perfecta para visitar los principales sitios de interés. Muy cerca del centro. El personal es muy atento. Desde la ventana de nuestra habitación se veía la Mezquita azul.

El tamaño de la habitación está bien, aunque para tres o cuatro personas es muy pequeña. El baño es pequeño y el agua de la ducha no funcionaba muy bien. Hubo algún problema con el aire acondicionado, pero nada importante. El desayuno nos pareció excesivo. Creo que es un desperdicio de comida.

Hotel Spectra is a charming and welcoming place in the heart of Sultanahmet. The location is exceptional — right next to the Hippodrome, with Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern only a few minutes’ walk away. It’s perfect for exploring Istanbul’s historical center without needing public transport. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although not very large, they offer everything needed for a pleasant stay, including good beds, daily cleaning, and a quiet atmosphere despite the central area. The breakfast is simple but tasty, served in a cozy dining area with a lovely view over the square. Fresh bread, cheese, olives, eggs, and tea provide a good start to the day, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Overall, Hotel Spectra offers great value thanks to its unbeatable location, warm hospitality, and comfortable rooms — an excellent choice for a stay in Sultanahmet.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was pleasant and well organized.

Yasin was very friendly and chirpy chap. Very understanding, helped us with bookings etc. Excellent location. Rooms cleaned throughly. Most friendly staff from cleaning lady to kitchen staff and reception. Very happy with Yasins service. Also upgraded our room we stayed three nights in economy room and then flew out to the south and then back again I asked if we could switch to the other side of the floor when we returned they said they had upgraded us for the night. This is the fourth time ive stayed at hotel spectra. Each time ive had outstanding service

WE HAD SOME TAXI PROBLEMS ON THE HOTEL WAY. WHEN THEY KNEW IT, THEY MADE US A LOVELY GESTURE AND GIVE US WIDE FAMILY ROOM DESPITE WE PAID FOR ECONOMIC ROOM. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND NECESSARY FACILITIES.THE STAFF WAS LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WERE TREATED VERY GENTLY AND RESPECTFUL. WE REALLY FELT THAT, WE ARE TWO COUNTRIES BUT ONE NATION. THE LOCATION ALSO WAS PERFECT JUST BY THE SULTANAHMED MOSQUE AND NEAR THE TRAM STATION. THANK YOU REALLY FOR EVERYTHING🙌😊

It was an excellent experience at the hotel. The staff was so friendly that it felt like I was visiting some relatives. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room to a bigger room without charges.

I don’t think there was anything that I can think a negative thing based on value for money.

A wonderful little hotel close to all the attractions. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

You cannot beat this location when staying in Istanbul! You are literally right outside on one of the corner of the Hippodrome facing the Blue Mosque. Staff were friendly enough and room was very nice.

One of the shower heads was broken and did not work. Breakfast was not so good, I have certainly had much better when previously staying somewhere else in Istanbul. This was a minor thing for us as we do not eat much anyway in the morning.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic location a few minutes form the Blue Mosque.

Room was simple but elegant. (Loved the beautiful carpet!) Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Location was superb--directly across from the hippodrome, yet remarkably quiet. And having an on-site ground-floor cafe was a plus.

Breakfast was prepared and served by the cafe staff. It was satisfactory, but I would have preferred a breakfast buffet where I could choose my own items. Would also have liked to be able to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. I believe there is one, but it was not operational at the time of my visit.

Micul dejun decent, bun, dar cafeaua mediocra, deși în spatele barului era un aparat profesional. Aș dori să sugerez echiparea cu un aparat la dispoziția clienților, ca în orice alt hotel de 3 stele, nu o cafetieră domestică. Asta ar,...dar... stop ca nu sunt platit sa dau staturi.. gata

Exceptional location and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is situated just across the courtyard from the Blue Mosque, making it the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. A real highlight was enjoying evening drinks and breakfast each day with beautiful views of the Blue Mosque — such a memorable experience.

宿の主人はとても温かな方です。出発するとき、朝食をとる時間がなかったのですが、テイクアウトのカップでカフェラテをいれて持たせてくれました。ブルーモスクの前にあって観光には非常に便利、部屋も風情があります。シャワーの湯量も充分。次にイスタンブールに滞在する際はぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Toplocatie en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Kamer niet zo groot maar erg netjes. Vanuit onze kamer hadden we een schitterend uitzicht op de blauwe moskee.

Het ontbijt kan beter, wat meer keuze brood en ontbijtgranen zou welkom zijn, zeker als je er meerdere dagen verblijft. Het hotel is klein en heeft nergens een zithoek.

Located in the center of Istanbul. The included breakfast was excellent. It had a wide variety of dishes, both hot and cold. Everything tasted great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

While the room was not very big, the location easily justifies this.

The location is beyond words. It's excellent. The staff is very good, friendly and welcoming. Metin is exceptional and made us feel very welcome.

Rooms are a bit small. But it is compensated for by the great location. Probably the best in Suttanahmet.

スルタンアフメットモスクの目の前、窓からモスクの尖塔やオベリスクが毎朝、毎晩楽しめます。 特に夜は淡い桃色の明かりで照らされとても幻想的です。 部屋は改装されたばかりで、快適です。特にシャワー室はしっかり囲まれており、他の同程度のホテルに比べ回りが水びたしにならず助かります。 洗面台も大きく顔洗う時ゆったりできます。 電気ポット、エアコンあります。 朝食も品数豊富でミニサイズのスイーツも美味しいです。 エレベーターあり、荷物あっても楽です。 1階がレストランでその奥にレセプションがあります。 参考ですが、ガラタ橋等ある港側の両替は1万円で２７６０円と一番率の良いところありました。 ひどいところは２２００円というのがありました。グランドバザールの近くですが。

まだ、改装中の部屋があり、部屋にいると工事の音がすることありました。今だけだと思いますが。

ロケーションが良いため致し方ないが部屋もバス・トイレも狭い。とても感じの良い受付スタッフの方がいた一方、無愛想でサービスを期待出来ない方もいた。

The location is superb, right upon the square, and ideal for sightseeing and also sampling local cuisine. The breakfast was lovely, especially the Omelette. The room was very good, the shower was a little on the small side, but none the less worked perfectly. .

The pillows were too deep, a more shallow pillow would have been better.

The location is fabulous - the Hippodrome is out your front door, yet you feel a bit away from the more intense tourist area. The staff are wonderful - so welcoming and helpful. They helped make my stay special. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast - set me up well for days of exploring. My room was small - but consistent with what you expect in Istanbul. It was well appointed and very clean.

Hotel Spectra is in the heart of Sultanahmet area. Pros: We got a room where we could see Blue mosque from our room and view it from my bed, what more can i ask for in this trip. We had breakfast included in our booking; Food was good and the buffet was good enough to start the day. Room was cleaned every day whether we ask for it or not. The lady even folded our clothes and arranged it, that's a real bonus. I couldn't ask for more. The receptionist ( we had met with 2-3 people) was super helpful and they arranged Bosphorus tours which is a highlight of our tour. They helped us navigate local Turkish restaurants and with menu as well.

Cons: Room was bit tight for 4 people, but we came to room only to sleep so it didn't affect us at all Breakfast menu kept repeating every day, so kids werent happy on the last day. Luckily pan cakes helped them. Don't worry about the cons, something i gave as feedback for hotel. This shouldn't stop you from booking this hotel, i would definitely come back here when am back in Istanbul and will definitely recommend for anyone travelling here Thank you for making our stay memorable.

У нас был всего лишь один день между рейсами, но он запомнился надолго и во многом благодаря невероятной доброжелательности персонала отеля! Отдельно хочу выразить огромную благодарность Метину — он оказался настоящим ангелом-хранителем для моей мамы: всегда был рядом, помогал во всём, оставался со мной на связи и держал в курсе каждой мелочи. Такое внимание и забота — это бесценно! Сам отель тоже потрясающий: расположен прямо в центре, номера очень уютные и красивые, атмосфера невероятно комфортная. Но главное — это люди. Метин останется в нашем сердце надолго, ведь именно благодаря таким сотрудникам отдых превращается в настоящее чудо.

I liked everything; The Hotel's location is ideal The food is delicious and varied. The room is clean, tidy and contains everything mentioned in the description. The hotel is located in a safe and quite area with no noise at night. The Internet service is excellent. Most important, the hotel's staff are extremely respectful, cooperative and kind. My stay was relatively long -13 days- during which I felt as if I were in my home in Istanbul, surrounded by my family. Special thanks to Metin, Hasan, Yasin and to the rest of the hotel staff
