There is a small pool that looks clean. We never used it, but its there. Around a 10-20 min walk to the beach, depending on which you go to. AC works as expected. They had a fan and a fridge in the room as well.

The hotel doesnt serve breakfast, which is fine, but the staff just shrugs when i ask them for any recommendations for breakfast places nearby. Which is kind of a big deal, that breakfast is a huge hassle. We ended up walking the streets in the heat one morning trying to find a place, and another morning we paid an expensive Grab food delivery. Hotel staff (just one lady) knows no english what so ever, and the translation apps between vietnamese and english are poor so communicating is difficult. Literally every step the upstairs neighbors took sounded like a bass drum. We were lucky with moderately quiet guests, but i can imagine someone being less lucky than us. Only windows we had were the double doors into the hotel room, which guests sometimes walk by. So we had to choose between no daylight or no privacy. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, from the underside of the water basin in the bathroom faucet. Overall the room was significantly more dirty than all our other hotel rooms. All other places we have been to were spotless, so this room was still acceptable, but it was still dirtier.

This place is amazing! The family who run it are so sweet, kind and helpful. There is a lovely little boy in the family who brightened all of my days. The setting is incredible, so peaceful by the beautiful river and only 5 mins walking to the best part of the beach! They went out of their way to help me and gave me the best welcome to Vietnam. It really felt like home and I recommend it highly, especially to solo female travellers like me who want to feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation. The cost is excellent also, such good value for money, you can tell they run their homestay from a place of deep care and enjoyment.

Distance par rapport à la ville. Un peu vétuste Attention de ne pas laisser de nourriture dans la chambre sinon fourmis … et cafards s’invitent rapidement.. utiliser le petit frigo.

Very comfortable large room, great wifi, air conditioner, cable tv, nice pool, easy walk to the beach. The host is an amazing lady: attentive, kind and will prepare you a delicious breakfast. 100% recommend this place.

Everything was above expectations

Quiet, charming neighborhood close to beach, river, many restaurants and a pharmacy. The woman who operates the home was very friendly and helpful.

Really nice place, the family who runs the place is lovely and very hospitable. The room was huge and clean with big balcony. The swimming pool is also great and it's 10 mins walk from the beach. I can highly recommend it. WiFi was also great, I need strong WiFi for my work, it worked perfectly.

Absolutely no English communication. Book it and be happy.

Ensuite bathroom is quite open in the room so when you go for No.2, aroma lingers in your entire room.

The property was as described, pretty good for the price.

There's not much around. We had to walk a bit to find a restaurant.

No English but they are super helpful, the translator and smile was enough to get understood Location : front to the river (super quiet, you can sleep until 12pm easy!) and 10min walk to the restaurant and night life Équipement perfect and new 2 windows inside the room to be sure you can have fresh and renew air

great view of the river, fields, town and mountains. I was here in low season. Terrible weather but the room was a comfortable refuge and the price was amazing. don't miss the "french connection " wine bar round the corner

balcony door wouldn't lock

Really great Homestay, we loved it. We had a lot of space in our room, comfortable beds and they have a swimming pool which we used a couple of times. They helped us renting a Motorbike, so that it was no problem to get to the old quarter.

Beautiful house, huge room, very clean, the pool was very nice. The family is amazing, very kind people. We stayed for 3 nights and would stay again

Great location, very clean and beautifully presented Homestay. Good size rooms and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

Despite the language barriers, the family were hospitable and friendly. The homestay is not far from the beach and the balcony has a nice view of the river. You can rent bikes here for a low price and they have free water refills in the kitchen.

The shower drain and fridge had bad odour.

Very dirty bathroom.i stayed two nights but second night cancelled my booking so not to pay booking Com fees ... Avoid if want a nice holiday

My stay at the homestay was absolutely delightful! The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, while the proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. The breakfast served was delicious and hearty, setting a perfect tone for each day. The host, a very kind and gracious lady, made our stay even more memorable with her warm hospitality. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the balcony offered a stunning view. With amenities like AC and a well-appointed bathroom, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. I highly recommend this homestay for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Nothing to complain about

The lovely hostfamily welcomes you with open hearts and a big smile, so that the language barrier is no problem at all. It‘s located in a quiet street close to the beach and Hoi An. They serve really nice breakfast and made us feel really comfortable. It‘s great value for money! It’s a great place if you want to spent some days at the beach and just need a place to sleep at night.

The room was clean and super spacious. The host family was so friendly and helpful! They had bicycles which helped alot during our stay because we could ride to the beach and to the ancient town easily! Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and an own outdoor space. It's located in a nice neighborhood on the river and in walking distance to the beach. There are a few shops to buy water nearby and also a beautiful restaurant/ coffee shop in the opposite. It's a simple but great place to stay.

Family is so friendly and tries to help you in every way possible to make your stay great. Bicycle and Scooter rental for a cheap price and the location (5min walking distance from the beach) is perfect. I will be back again 😊

Amazing value for money and such a lovely host family. Breakfast was delicious everyday and included coffee, fresh juice and a meal off their menu (pancakes/Bahn mi/pho/noodles) Rooms are huge and spacious, balcony has awesome view.

only downside is you can’t get around without getting a bike. push bikes are free to use and easy to get everywhere as long as it’s not raining. grab is also an option but gets expensive quickly in hoi an.

The host friendly, helpful. They gave me a bike to borrow without paying. Then I bought a watermelon to give them. Then the oma cooked sticky rice and green bean for me. 😂 its lovely!

The location is a little far from Hoi An Center but near the Tan Thanh beach.
