The room and en-suite bathroom are large, perfectly appointed, as quiet as anyone could wish for, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was sumptuous. Our hostess was very friendly.

No Reception as such but we were met by Simone and shown to our room. It was a very hot day and the room was shady. Large downstairs room with a view over the garden. Tastefully decorated in a modern style, clean and comfortable. We arrived by train and ‘Street Lodge’ was chosen for its proximity to the station. It was about a 15 minute walk to the centre, but plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. We had an early start so didn’t partake of breakfast but Simone kindly provided us with tea for a morning cuppa. We only stayed the one night but would have happily stayed longer.

Quite close to the Railway station and decent restaurants nearby. The room itself was simple but spotless. The owner was lovely and the breakfast good. It was nice to have a kitchen available too.

Not a big issue but having breakfast next door was a bit strange, however the breakfast itself was good.

Een mooie locatie midden in de stad waar de fietsen veilig binnen stonden. Je hoorde geen stadsgeluiden .Alles was zeer schoon met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Lovely large room and bathroom. Close to the station.

Schön großes Zimmer mit Schrankwand. Kleine Kaffee/Teeküche mit kleiner Terrasse darf genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, in einer ruhigen, gemütlichen Umgebung mit hübschem Ambiente. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch.

Wir fanden es schade, dass wir keinen Platz in der Garage hatten. Aber zum Glück fanden wir eine Lücke in der Straße.

Hartelijke ontvangst. Stijlvolle, grote kamer. Locatie op 5 min van station en dicht bij centrum, 's nachts rustig. Lekker ontbijt. Mogelijkheid buiten te zitten, ook koelkastje etc aanwezig

Really friendly host, very clean property, apartment cleaned every day, close to the train station, Aldi supermarket and bars nearby.

The bedroom is on the first floor accessible from steep stairs, we were not able to bring the heavier suitcase up due to safety reasons.

Fijne B&B vlak bij station en museum. Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon. Ontbijt was goed.

Vlakbij het station van Luik, dus ideaal voor wie met de trein komt. Toch dicht bij het centrum en bij bushaltes en een halte van de nieuw aangelegde tram. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en attent en wil het de gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk maken. Het ontbijt was lekker, met koffie of thee, brood, croissants, pannenkoeken of wentelteefjes. Verder hesp, kaas, confituur, choco, yoghurt, koekjes en mandarijntjes. Eieren kunnen ook geserveerd worden, met of zonder bacon.

Alles was in orde.

Great location. Easy access with an elevator. Rooms spacious and clean. Beautiful view of garden. Welcoming host with great communication prior to arrival!

The street was quieter than expected

The three rooms which we booked were spread over two adjacent properties ; not a big issue though

Sød og imødekommende værtinde i Sabine. Pænt og rummelig værelse. God beliggenhed tæt ved Liège-Guillemins stationen og ca. 15 min gang fra domkirkepladsen i centrum.

Uitstekend ontbijt, enorm behulpzame gastvrouw, zeer gezellige aankleding (beetje 70s /art deco/modern), zeer rustige kamer, veilig met sloten, rustige straat met goedkoop parkeren. Ideale plek om Luik te verkennen

Excellent emplacement, accueil chaleureux, chambre confortable et très bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Service flexible, serviable, excellente communication. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Sehr nette Gastgebern, schnelle Beantwortung und tolles Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Bahnhof und gut, um zu Fuß Liège zu erkunden. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig und in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht.

Très bon moment. L appartement est soigné, décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. Seul bémol, pas de volets et.la chaleur.

The owner, Sabine, is a really helpful person, she will take care of you on every single detail. The place is nice and very quiet, perfect for a good rest. The breakfast was simply amazing and Sabine made it herself.

Sabine hat uns sehr verwöhnt mit dem wunderbaren Frühstück. Wir haben den Garten ganz für uns gehabt, da wir das Zimmer mit Bad (EG) und das Appartement gebucht hatten. Man sitzt dort herrlich und Sabine hat es wunderbar geschafft kleine Ruheorte dort anzulegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich und sauber. Betten wunderbar. Für die Ameisen in unserem Bad (EG) kann sie nichts … Das Parken an der Straße ist relativ kostengünstig (Wochenende frei) und mit entsprechenden Kleingeld (glaube es waren ca 6,- /24 Std.) einfach zu organisieren.

Wir hatten leider einen einzigen schmalen Kleiderschrank der auch nicht stabil stand… Da im Appartement nur Geschirr für zwei Personen vorhanden war habe wir uns in Absprache mit Sabine etwas zusätzlich aus dem Frühstücksraum geborgt, was kein Problem für sie war. Leider ist die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr mager…. Wir haben daher nichts gekocht und uns in der Umgebung versorgt…. Da gibt es Tipps von Sabine…

J’ai tout aimé. L’accueil, c’est proche de la gare mais au calme. L’appart avec cuisine était beau propre décoré avec goût. L’impression d’être dans une petite maison avec jardin.

Chambre de caractère superbement décorée! Agréable et confortable, dans le centre ville mais pas de bruit avoisinant. Sdb nickel et neuve. La dame très accueillante et super petit dej cosy. Je recommande!

Le logement est très bien situé, dans le centre de Liège. L'accueil est parfait. La chambre joliment décorée et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est complet et option sans gluten. C'était vraiment parfait !

It's recommended to have a mirror in the house. The host, Sabine, thoughtfully provided a portable mirror in the room right away, which was a wonderful gesture. It would also be helpful to have a few more hangers for clothes and towels in the bathroom.

Comfortable room, with a lot of convenience (eg kitchen with nespresso machine and fridge). Beds and bathroom are clean and pleasant. Location close to station yet in walking distance of centre is a big plus!

Nice & spacious room and bathroom. Located on the ground floor, so we had a terrace. It was very hot when we were there, the room stayed cool, even without AC. Very friendly host, very good breakfast! Walkable distance to the train station.

Location, modern design, spacious room

Sabine was a lovely host, very accommodating and helpful. The property being less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station was ideal for us and we were also able to walk into the centre. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep with narrow treads which we found a little awkward. A mirror in the bedroom would be beneficial. Overall though, a very pleasant overnight stay. As we needed to leave early in the morning for our train we were not able to experience breakfast!

The host was incredibly friendly! Spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, great shower. At a few minutes walk from the station, which was perfect for me since I had to take a train in the morning. Overall an amazing experience.

Excellent breakfast

Wonderful stay with my 10month old baby in the orange Suite. It was a little quiet house just for us. We slept very well and had a quiet night even on New Year’s Eve. Sabine was a very nice host and helped us out whenever we needed it. Breakfast was also very good! I can highly recommend to stay here.

Lovely balcony at the back, quiet location and really lovely room with a very comfortable bed! Great access and lovely hostess.

I would have liked breakfast as an option, but there was a fabulous patisserie across the road and a great coffee place round the corner so no real issue

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean, the bed is comfortable. The owner is a very kind person. 5 minutes on foot from the train station. All recommendations.

Great location, very calm and clean, pleasant outside space. Very cosy and homey feel and quite well equipped.

The living room couch was quite difficult to use extended and felt a bit wobbly. When booking, wasn't clear that the terrace is a part of a shared garden, so no privacy.

Quiet, clean, spacious room with big and confortable bathroom. Fridge, water boiler. Garden access is certainly very nice when weatehr is good. Nice staff, easy arrangements.

Very nice B&B close to the Liège Guillemins station. Spacious room, nicely decorated, new large bathroom. Kitchen and Terrasse for joint use. Urban setting, many brasseries around.
