Salzburg luxury residence

It was a cosy apartment, enough space for a family of four, well decorated with modern style. Area nearby very quiet and peaceful atmosphere .

It is a bit distant from city center. Missing a laundry machine if you stay for 4 nights became a problem ( although we knew it), also wifi service with bad coverage!!!

Broken sofa, & sofa bed. Reported to hosts. Ut no response & see it mentioned in the past reviews. Our family didn’t have much room to sleep & my 6’2” tall adult son was on a very small uncomfortable twin bed. Considered looking somewhere to stay, but had already spent too much money on this place. Would only recommend for 2 adults, or 2 couples for the 2 queen beds, but only 1 private bedroom & the other bed is oddly in the living room/kitchen area with no privacy. There is no outdoor terrace area as mentioned in listing, just backyard that’s used for their kids. Heard kids crying noises upstairs & running. Way too far from town, at least a 15 minute bus ride after walking about 4 blocks to the bus stop. Not near any shops, restaurants, groceries, etc.

It is a great place !! Very spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable! We loved it ! And the kids too!

The apartment was huge and modern. The host is very friendly.

location is good. it is spacious. it was easy to find and own parking is good

It did not have washing machine even though it was mentioned in the listing. Main Electric hobb was broken and a single electric cooker was provided instead. sofabed was broken and did not open. pillows and duvets need changing. they are in poor condition. lcok key for the bedroom was not provided which is weird.

Comfortable apartment with all amenities. Easy to get to the centar on foot or by taxi. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend. Nice stay in Salzburg.

We stayed for one night and overall I liked the apartment. The furniture was new and in good condition. The check-in process was very well explained and we had no difficulties entering the apartment. Apart from that, we stayed as five people and it was very comfortable. I’m not sure about the rules, but it even felt like more people could have stayed comfortably.

We did experience a small issue regarding parking. Even though we parked in front of the house, we received a parking penalty. It is not about the house owner, to be honest it was about us :) as we will now have to pay an unnecessary 30 EUR fine, so be careful Lastly, I think the location might feel a bit far from the city center if you don’t have a car, but this really depends on personal preference.

Amazing location, walkable to city center Motzart house etc. Very cozy apartment with 4 beds , large bathroom and separate toilet. Overall a great experience. Carry your own coffee and tea :)

Room was very clean and very spacious. Excellent facilities and great location. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants. Parking was available for hire car.

There was no washing machine.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat eine neue gemütliche Einrichtung und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Eine Parkfläche steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung, fehlt eigentlich nur noch die Lademöglichkeit für das Auto. Zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß ca. 2 km bzw. 20 bis 30 Minuten.

Alles war sehr gut.

Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer ist Top, Schlafzimmer durchschnittlich, nichts besonderes. Bad schön gross.

KEIN WLAN!!! Geht überhaupt nicht, liebe Gastgeber!!! Parkmöglichkeit für mein grosses Fahrzeug nicht vorhanden, 30€ Busse eingefangen!!! Die Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, mussten mit Tüchern „Wassersperre“ errichten, damit das Wasser nicht ins Bad läuft! Geht auch überhaupt nicht!!!

Pár napos tartózkodásra ideális, gyalog könnyen elérhető az óváros. Csendes, nyugodt környék.

Das Apartment ist groß, sauber und sehr gemütlich. In nur etwa 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß Supermärkte, Restaurants und eine Bäckerei. Die Altstadt ist rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Pretty cool apartment, very spacious and good facilities on a very quiet street, not far from a supermarket and some restaurants. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Just be aware that it is pretty far from Zalsburg center (about 25 min walk) so you should plan for a car. We were touring in the surrounding area with a car so it was perfect for us.

A second bedroom would have good for extra privacy. A little bit far out of town, walking distance is 20 to 30 minutes.

Locul este deosebit de frumos, cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Foarte spațios, bine compartimentat, bucătăria e de reviste de design interior. Parcarea a fost chiar langa casă, intr-o zona superbă de case, aproape de centru si de restaurante excelente (Vicini Cavalli). Felicitări proprietarilor, cand revenim la Salzburg vom veni tot aici. Mulțumim pentru tot ajutorul, ne-am simțit ca acasă, cu oameni dragi!

Everything is nice

This was a lovely property. New interior and quite spacious. We were a group of 5. Enough room for all of us although one bathroom and 4 girls had its challenges… 😂 comfy beds - was a little hot (summer) with the bedding - a cotton top sheet would be nice as the duvet was quite hot to sleep with… convenient location for us - host was very accommodating and helpful with our questions. Nice restaurant suggestions. A spot for a car if needed. 😀 Compared to accomodation prices throughout the rest of our trip this was quite expensive but my fault for not doing more research. Overall an excellent place to stay.. 😀

The apartment was under ground (basement level) very poor to non existing internet connection, they need a router there. Basic not luxury, closet in bedroon half broken, one bathroom for 4 people, no attention to detail, about a 20-30 min. Walk to the center. So not so close but definately walking distance,

It truly is a luxury residence with heated floors and very comfortable mattresses. Everything was perfect and as written in the description. The owner was quick to respond and was clear about what he expected upon check in and check out.

Waaauuu what a beautiful apartment. Big enormous living room and bathroom. Very modern and everything new. Has everything you need for your stay and feels like you are at home. Just 4-5 stops by bus from city center. Free private parking available. Heating works perfect and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in good location

Just needed a few extras like few more large mugs and a corkscrew. Other than that all good.

The place is at the basement but very well renovated and clean. Well equipped as well. Actually place is a per advised pictures. Beds are comfortable and the owners is also responsive and helpful.

The location is quite a far walk away from most attractions as it’s located near a residential district. If you have a car then it’s no issue as you can park at the resident. Being in the basement means if you are travelling with young kids and big luggage you will need to carry them down the straits.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with no expense spared on the fit-out. Quality appliances and modern bathroom. Very large lounge with 2nd bed and large sofa. Great kitchen with dining area. Very clean and modern.

It has only one bedroom but it had a very comfortable king size bed. Wifi connection was patchy.

Very spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable. We are traveling as a family of 5 and had plenty of room. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer. Would highly recommend.

Nothing

It was very big and nice. Everything was new. A very big Bad and very extensive leaving Room and Kitchen. The people leaving in the House were very nice. It was super confortable and enjoyable.

The only negative thing: the appartament was build in the "Keller" of the House, that means I could smell the humidity and the windows are at floor level.

The suite is modern, luxurious and for us was a home away from home. The shower was amazing and heated up almost instantly, the in floor heating was also a great added experience. The property boasts a full kitchen for those who choose to stay longer and wish to prepare their meals themselves. The beds were so comfortable, honestly the best sleep I have had in some time. The location is great within walking distance to all of Salzburg‘s major Tourist attractions, minutes away from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

The only real gripe we had was there is no bath tub, my wife enjoys unwinding in a hot bath. It is a small thing and did not take away from what was a short wonderful getaway.
