Causa sistema di condizionamento guasto, di cui non avevamo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, la camera non ha corrisposto esattamente alle aspettative.

Mamma con 3 figli di 16,14 e 8 anni, abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg a Barcellona. Il palazzo è molto grazioso e abbiamo fatto il check in comodamente online cosi da accedere al palazzo e alla camera tramite codice e app. La camera è molto comoda, pulita, graziosa. Bagno privato con doccia grande. Cucina e living room in comune. Zona silenziosa e ben collegata con i mezzi. Sicuramente la consiglierò. La struttura ha Wi-Fi e risponde celermente alle richieste.

Spotlessly clean, stylish furnishings, very comfy beds. Shared areas were fantastic. We had a balcony room and it was great - very quiet and beautiful views.

Would have been great to have a TV in the bedroom.

廁所沒有抽風機 門很重 每次開門都需要很用力拉門或推門 所以洗澡後廁所空氣不流通會有異味,需要自己將門擋住讓空氣進入才能乾燥淋浴區 房間內沒有垃圾桶 垃圾要自己找袋子裝好後丟到廚房的垃圾桶裡 但垃圾桶一直都保持很乾淨 服務人員清潔效率很高

La chambre est superbe, bien conçue pour les petits espaces.les enfants étaient ravis de dormir en "cabane". Une cuisine commune a disposition avec café , confortable pour les matins ou votre famille dort encore et que vous voulez une boisson chaude ! Une clim a été installée , au vu de la chaleur , c'était extra. Communication au TOP 👌 Metro et bus a proximité.

Le prix reste malgré tout très cher pour la chambre ....mais Barcelone est chère en règle générale !

היו לנו נמלים בחדר שעלו גם על המיטות ומברשות השיניים. הערנו ולא עזר. בנוסף, המזגן לא עבד ,שמו לנו מזגן חלופי מרעיש בלילה שחסם חצי מהחדר ולא הייתה לנו מרפסת כמובטח בהזמנה. על הכל הערתי עוד בשהות דרך תכתובת ולא השתנה כלום...חבל..היינו שמחים לתת פידבק חיובי יותר! לא הייתה תמורה לכסף

Perfecte locatie middenin het centrum. Prima kamer met kleine maar schone douche. Fijn dat je de koelkast en ijskast kon gebruiken en dat je in de ochtend gratis koffie mocht pakken.

Om de airco te gebruiken moest je de slang naar buiten plaatsen waardoor er warme (buiten) lucht en lawaai naar binnen kwam. En de mobiele airco maakte zelf ook nogal wat lawaai, zeker als je licht slaapt. Maar als je een goeie slaper bent is dat geen probleem.

整體本來還可以，但在夏天沒冷氣簡直是徹底的噩夢。 老實說，這間住宿在正常情況下可能還行，但是在巴塞隆納酷熱的夏天裡沒有冷氣，簡直是徹底的折磨。房間悶熱到根本無法入睡，甚至待在裡面都讓人受不了。 更糟糕的是，管理方的態度令人極度失望。他們兩次承諾會來修理卻直接放鳥，隨後人間蒸發。Booking.com 客服的處理態度也半斤八兩，只會兩手一攤、毫無實質幫助。 如果是夏天要來，為了健康和睡眠，千萬別訂這間，也別對 Booking 的售後保障抱任何期待。

Mooie kamer, mooie keuken met veel keukenspullen. Ruim bed.

Bij aankomst deed de airco het niet. Gelijk aangeven. Het was te heet met m’n vieren op de kamer in de zomer. Volgende dag kon de airco niet gemaakt worden, wat kan. Dit alles is buiten onze schuld of verantwoordelijkheid en toch moesten we deze nacht volledig betalen. Dan is 230€ erg veel voor een verschrikkelijke nacht. En niet juist/redelijk dat we hier niet (een deel) voor gecompenseerd zijn.

Unfortunately because of the heat there was an additional standalone air-conditioning unit placed in the room. It was a bit noisy but overall didn't really interfere with our stay.

Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Ein gut ausgestattete Kaffeeküche, gemütlich. Die Lage ist super. Wenige Gehminuten zur La Rambla.

Surprise par le bloc clim et le ventilo mais pas du tout gênant

Geboekt inclusief handdoeken, maar die worden bij een meerdaags verblijf niet gewisseld (alleen tegen meerkosten?).

Hôtel très bien situé, proche d'une station de métro et de gare. proche également du centre tout en étant dynamique et calme à la fois. idéal pour famille. très bel hôtel, belle décoration. cuisine à partager avec les autres hôtes, côté partage fort apprécié. place dans le frigo par chambre+ congélateur, super! jolie chambre moderne, climatisation. très réactifs par message.

Manque d'équipements dans la cuisine partagée (essuies de vaisselle, essuies tout, couteaux, grands couteaux, poubelles fort petites pour le nombre de chambres) parfois difficile de laisser propre après notre passage si pas d'equiments nécessaire. Dommage que le service de changement des serviettes et ménage ne soit pas fait tous les jours. une seule petite poubelle dans la salle de bain pour une famille de 4 c'est peu. cette information n'est pas notifiée dans la réservation. c'est un service supplémentaire payant. Check-in on line et ouverture de la porte de la chambre avec application. pratique mais du coup peu de personnel pour vous aider au besoin et l'application est unique. donc vous êtes le seul à pouvoir posséder l'accès à la chambre sur votre téléphone... pas facile quand les hôtes d'une même chambre se sépare pour la journée. À la fin du séjour vous devez emporter votre poubelle et l'apporter selon le message à l'endroit "prévu à cet effet" mais nous ne savons pas où celui-ci se trouve, aucune information à ce sujet. Très belles bibliothèques à plusieurs endroits, peut-être ajouter quelques jeux de société pour pousser à la rencontre avec d'autres voyageurs ?

Pratique pour aller voyager à Barcelone, propre, pratique aussi pour manger sur place

Beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup de bruits le matin, on entend les valises, les pas, selon l'emplacement où on est (près de la cuisine commune). Pas accès à un balai (ou mal informé ?) pour nettoyer correctement la chambre au cours du séjour.

Katalunya meydanına oldukça yakındı. Katedrale 2.5 km kadar uzaktaydı. Mutfak imkanları gayet iyiydi.

Lo spazio comune è molto utile perché la cucina è più provvista di quanto pensassi, con abbastanza tazze posate bicchiere e apparecchi funzionanti (lavastoviglie, macchinetta caffè, bollitore, microonde, frigo)

L’app usata per aprire la camera a volte si blocca e non è molto comoda da usare , per il resto tutto ok!

La posizione è la comodità negli spostamenti. L accoglienza è i confort.

Muito conforto, atendimento e solução de dúvidas sempre ágil, com uma infra-estrutura com quartos amplos e bem equipados, ar-condicionado (primordial no verão europeu) além de cozinha e armazenamento por quartos de mantimento nas geladeiras bem organizado. O melhor de tudo é a localização. Central e pudemos fazer todos os passeios a pé, sem necessidade de usar outros metros de transporte. Com muitos restaurantes, mercados próximos tivemos uma estadia muito boa!

Não consigo pensar em algo, acho que fomos muito bem atendidos desde a reserva.

Posizione eccezionale: vicino al centro e mezzi pubblici (metro e bus) a portata di mano. Si può raggiungere tutto tranquillamente a piedi. Hotel moderno con camere ben arredate e pulite. Letti molto grandi e confortevoli. Ottimo il wifi gratuito.

Calling this a "boutique hostel" almost feels like an oxymoron because it doesn't have a typical hostel atmosphere at all. It feels much more like a modern boutique hotel with self-service accommodations. Location The location is outstanding. It's centrally located in Barcelona and within walking distance of just about everything. It's especially convenient if you're arriving on the Aerobús, as it's very close to Plaça de Catalunya. The entrance to the hostel is literally behind the bus stop, making arrival incredibly easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Zenith if you arrive before your room is ready—it's a great place to grab a meal while you wait. Check-In I recommend confirming directly with the property when your room will actually be ready, as that may differ from when they send your access information. We had a small miscommunication regarding timing, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. As advertised, there is no front desk or staffed reception. Everything is self-service, so make sure you download all the access information before you arrive. Once you receive it, the process is simple. Building & Room Access To enter the building, you'll use a code provided by the property. Your room is accessed through a mobile app, which worked flawlessly for us. I would suggest setting everything up before arriving so you're not trying to figure it out in the heat or late at night. Building The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a clean, air-conditioned, and inviting entrance. Best of all—there's an elevator! We stayed on what they called the first floor, which for those of us from the U.S. is actually the third floor. Common Areas & Facilities The common area is beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed. There is: A spacious dining/lounge area where you can eat or work on your laptop. A shared kitchen with coffee and small appliances for reheating food.

A Few Things to Be Aware Of: Ants We did notice a few small ants in the room. The room itself was impeccably clean, so this seems more like a building issue than a housekeeping issue. Just don't leave food out, and avoid throwing food scraps into the room's trash can because the ants will find them. Instead, use the larger trash bins in the shared kitchen. This wasn't a major problem during our stay, but it's worth mentioning. Trash Policy One thing I found unusual is that guests are expected to remove their own trash before checking out. That's not something I typically expect from a hostel or hotel. The property also requires a €200 security deposit, which I assume helps cover situations where guests don't follow checkout procedures or cause damage. Since there isn't any staff on-site, this policy probably helps protect the property. Bathroom Privacy The bathroom layout offers limited privacy. The sink and mirror are separated from the toilet and shower by a door, but the toilet and shower share the same enclosed space. That means if someone is showering, another person can't comfortably use the toilet at the same time. This wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something families or groups should know before booking.

Die Lage ist super und auch die Ausstattung mit Küche ist sehr angenehm und schön. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist auch sehr nett

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, v.a. wenn man das Zimmer direkt bei der Küche hat, ist das eher störend. Ebenso musste ich knapp 1h warten bis der Check-in geklappt hat, hier wäre eine bessere Kommunikation erwünscht gewesen.

Sijainti ja huoneet loistavat. Passeig de Gracia asema on vain 5 min kävelymatkan päässä, josta pääsi kätevästi aamulla aikaisin R2N junalla F1 radalle. Myös keskustan turistikohteet kävelymatkan tai lyhyen bussimatkan etäisyydellä. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja tilaa oli hyvin. Meillä ei ollut mitään ongelmia JUSTIN apin käytössä, huoneeseen päästiin joka kerta kunhan muisti laittaa BT päälle puhelimesta. Huoneissa jokaiselle sängylle oma lukittava kaappi mutta ei kassakaappia (en ainakaan löytänyt). Majoittauduimme viisi yötä, joten huonesiivousta ei ehtinyt vielä kaipaamaan.

Saapumispäivänä tuli Booking.com kautta viesti, jossa pyydettiin check-in tietoja. Koska olin jo matkalla ja tiedot jo toimittanut, aiheutti tämä viesti epäselvyyttä. Asia saatiin selvitettyä WhatsApp kautta mutta toivoisin että näihin viesteihin lisättäisiin tieto, että kyseessä on automaattinen muistutusviesti, jonka voi sivuuttaa, jos tiedot on jo annettu. Meillä aikuiset nukkuivat kerronsängyissä, koska kaideratkaisu ei ollut mielestäni tarpeeksi turvallinen lapsille. Pieni käytännön vinkki astianpesukooneisiin liittyen olisi lisätä käännettävä magneetti/lappu onko koneessa puhtaita/likaisia astioita.

There was no cupboard space for dry things in kitchen such as crisps or biscuits so we left on side in room then ants came.

Proximity to the center, very clean room and common areas, easy check-in and staff were very helpful even though it was just thru email.

The concept of the accommodation is great. Enough space for staff, balcony, very practical and new. Location is ideal.

We had 2x accident with opening an entrance door of the building (via interfon). Nevertheless, everything else was great.

La struttura è esattamente come nelle foto, tenuta benissimo, pulitissima. Tutto il palazzo è in ottime condizioni. La cucina in comune è dotata di tutto, con the e caffè a disposizione. Veramente un bellissimo posto, comodissimo per visitare la città.

Il voto complessivo sarebbe stato 10, ma devo fare un piccolo appunto sull’assistenza. Arrivati all’hostel non avevamo carta igienica in camera; ho quindi scritto in chat chiedendo se stessimo guardano nel posto sbagliato. Dalle 18 abbiamo ricevuto risposta il mattino dopo alle 10 passate. Ovviamente abbiamo comprato la carta igienica al market super comodo sotto la struttura, cosa che ho comunicato per dire che il problema era risolto. Mi aspettavo banalmente una scusa, invece no, non ho più avuto nessuna risposta. Al terzo giorno avevamo finito il gel/shampoo da doccia in dotazione, ma ce lo siamo comprati vista l’assistenza precedente. Sono veramente piccolezze, ma visto che non è una strutta così a basso costo, mi sarei aspettata semplicemente un minimo di empatia in più.

ホテル周辺の治安も良く、スーパーやメイン通りや、カタルーニャ広場、サグラダファミリア等へも徒歩圏内なので凄く良かったです。 部屋にも共有スペースも清楚が行き届き、凄く綺麗でした。食器、電子レンジ、ケトル、冷蔵庫があるのが便利でした。

エントランスの扉のテンキーがたまにエラーになる事がありました。 部屋にも、共有スペースにもテレビが無いのが残念でした。

Le self check-in n'as pas fonctionné car l'hotel n'as pas pris en compte l'indicatif du numéro de tel alors que j'ai envoyé 2 mails a ce sujet pour les rendre attentif et je les ai eu au tel 3 fois et j'ai redonné le tel avec indicatif du pays. Si personne n'était disponible ce jour la nous serions resté devant la porte.

consiglio solo di fare molta attenzione alla chiave digitale che viene consegnata digitalmente tramite un app, ci è stata fornita con una durata inferiore al nostro soggiorno e siamo rimasti chiusi fuori, ma chiamando il n delle emergenze dopo una mezz’ora siamo riusciti ad accedere, controllate sempre bene che la chiave copra la vostra totale permanenza!

Camera pulita e moderna, gli spazi comuni erano bellissimi e davvero ben tenuti. Ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative!
