La gente es muy buena onda. Todos te ayudan, Ahlem, Rama y la otra chica que atiende (cuyo nombre se me fue) me solucionaron todas las dudas que tuve. Las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas, tiene de todo

快適に過ごせるホテルでした。お部屋は清潔で、ベッドも寝心地がよく、ゆっくり休むことができました。スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。トイレやシャワーもきちんと掃除されていました。キッチンも使いやすかったです。クレジットカードが使えるランドリーがあったのも良かったです。立地も便利で、観光や移動にもとても便利でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

The hostel is in a really great location. There are shops just a 2–3 minute walk away, and both Tetuán and Urquinaona metro stations are within a 5-minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once, I got into a small situation, and Nico helped me out without any hassle. Every nation needs a socially sensitive leader! Nico for president! 🇪🇸

You should put more effort into keeping the facilities clean (bathrooms, rooms, everything). For the money I paid, I expected the hostel to be at least clean (I stayed in much cheaper hostels that were super clean, although they also had shared bathrooms).

Foi o melhor hostel que eu já fiquei, eu adorei todos os funcionários Inclusive preferi trocar um dia de turismo pela cidade para ficar no hostel com o pessoal, foi tudo incrível ❤️

very social, easy to make friends as a solo traveler. The area is so central and walkable to most attractions. The rooms are clean, comfy.

the Hostel was in a good position, close to the beach an close to the subway. The staff was young, kind, polite and they had a full program of initiatives to make you enjoy the city anc mett new people.

if your room was on the second floor you had to get to the first floor to shower, but that's how the structure is organized, not a real issue.

Had a good time and stay, all staff was so friendly and welcoming, specially Ali, who helps a lot to people to get connected with each other. There was free dinner every day creating a friendly environment in the kitchen.

Toilet cabinets were too small but they don’t have much they can do about that I guess. Sometimes there was strong smell in the hallways.

Achei o acolhimento muito bom, a funcionária argentina maravilhosa, de um ótimo astral, os demais também. Gostei também da localização e, nos espaços comuns vi as pessoas interagindo e não estavam no celular.

Achei que a estadia valeu a pena, fiquei lá em uma reserva de última hora e, dos 13 dias que passei na cidade, foi o melhor dos 3 hosteis que me hospedei.

La struttura è vicino a diversi mezzi di trasporto, in una zona tranquilla. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La struttura è moderna e accogliente. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile, menzione speciale a Nico che ha fatto in modo di trovarci degli asciugamani quando sembrava fossero completamente terminati. L’ostello organizza diverse attività, c’è un gruppo whatsapp dove rimanere aggiornati

I bagni con le docce non avevano un vero e proprio impianto di ventilazione, quindi si creava molta cappa. C’era un solo asciuga capelli nel bagno delle ragazze.

Gostei muito das programações que são feitas no hotel! Esse foi definitivamente o ponto forte! Passeios durante o dia e saídas para festas durante a noite!

Não gosto da ideia de não ter um quarto feminino ou de pelo menos o hotel tentar colocar o máximo de mulheres possíveis dentro de um quarto. Hoje em dia isso é fundamental. Foi a minha primeira experiência em um quarto misto e nunca mais terei outra. Dividi quarto com muitos outros homens e acho que acaba por não ser confortável! Um quarto feminino hoje em dia è necessidade e segurança

I did not stay at Black Swan Hostel because when we arrived, we were told that our group could not stay in the room as booked. We cancelled before the payment had actually been received by the hostel, and I was informed at reception that the money had not yet been deducted. Despite this, the manager, Remen, refused to refund the amount. When I tried to resolve the situation, I was told to leave the property or the police would be called. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional, especially since we had not stayed at the hostel and the cancellation had already been made. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the refusal to return money for a stay we never used. I would strongly recommend that future guests make sure they fully understand the cancellation and payment conditions before booking.

La buena atención del personal. Es increíble que su gerente esté tan comprometido con el servicio destacó a laya, lucas, Gabriel y niko. A la vez recalco la honradez ya que se me había extraviado mi casaca y en recepción la guardaron y me la entregaron. Hacen un gran trabajo.

Türkler için çok şanslı bir otel çünkü Türk çalışan ve kalan Türk insanlar var. Ücretsiz Akşam yemeği olanağı yemekten sonra ücretsiz içki ve sosyal ortam açısından harika bir yer. Konum olarakta her yere çok yakın, temiz ve güvenilir mutlaka burada kalın.

The location is incredible. Very central yet quiet. Beautiful neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and staff is so lovely! They went far and beyond to help out. Free dinners every night and plenty of activities!

Honestly its a bit too social. Its a personal preference but you couldn’t get peace even in the dorm. Its like the guests expected everyone to be partying every night like them. So I barely got any sleep as someone always loudly opened the door and turned on the lights even at 2 in the morning. The toilets are only on the second floor. So pray you don’t need to use them while you are in the kitchen which is -1 level.

Easily one of the best experiences in a hostel that I’ve had so far, the whole experience was 10/10. The hostel feels really alive, and the staff members really help make it feel that way. There’s lots of activities organized so if you’re a solo traveler it’s perfect to meet people, like going to the beach, pub crawls, pre-game with free sangria, walking tours, salsa classes, and more stuff. Made friends with all of them which really shows their kindness, so thanks to Luis, Nico, Jotaro, Edita and Eva for making it feel that way! They also do free diners every night. They are at 8pm which was a little bit too early for me but the ones I joined were really fun. Lots of people join them so it’s also a good opportunity to meet other travelers. Location is also super good. You’re basically a half an hour walk away from most of the interesting stuff, and theres metro stations an bus stations around. Casa batllo, milà, Sagrada Família, cathedral, etc, I didn’t have to take public transport for the most part. There’s good wifi, I worked remotely the whole week and had no problems. Hostel is also really clean, rooms, floors, kitchen, etc are cleaned daily which is great. Rooms have really good AC if that interests you. Beds have curtains as well which is good for privacy. Also great that it has other services, like cheap washing machine and drying, they sell padlocks for the lockers, among other things.

The location is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the free dinners. The staff are really nice and welcoming too

The property was clean, SAFE & welcoming! The receptionists Laia, Ahlem, Nico and Ali are all so friendly, understanding, respectful, and patient! The receptionists try their hardest to accommodate your stay and truly make your experience enjoyable! The property has amazing SOCIAL events to create memories with amazing travelers all alike! I truly enjoyed my time! I brought my own bath towel but there are bath towels for purchase. I recommend to bring a lock and key to store your luggage in the room. The dinner is yummy and free! I stayed for 6 nights in an all girls room and there are no regrets!

I loved it all! Just bring your own hand sanitizer and keep yourself clean. You are sharing rooms with other girlies and dudes.

Es muy orientado a jóvenes-fiesta. No es para descansar sino para socializar.

Quarto amplo, com ar condicionado e camas confortavéis, cortina para privacidade.

Os banheiros eram muito apertados, para uma pessoa passar a outra tem que sair.

Emplacement, belle décoration, lave vaisselle dans la cuisine, espace propre en général (si les guests le sont aussi évidemment), sanitaires en quantité, espace bagage.

Auberge assez bruyante, matelas plus en très grande forme, pas de plafond aux lits du haut donc lumière dans les yeux dès qu'on allume la lampe.

The staff were amazing, and there were so many fun activities throughout the day that you could join. They also offered free dinners and drinks every evening, which was such a pleasant surprise! It was an incredible experience, and the staff did a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where it was easy to meet other travelers. The activities were the perfect mix of sightseeing, social events, and fun vacation shenanigans. I would absolutely recommend this hostel to any solo traveler!!

Great value for money, good location, cleaned regularly, AC working well in the rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of activities organized by the hostel to join if you travel alone and fancy company.

I liked everything

There are so many activities every day and you can join if you want. It’s a really good way to explore the city with other people! And the staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, they’re all willing to help. And you can leave your luggage there if you arrive earlier. Don’t need to pay extra.

Some of the people here are really loud, even at night. So if you need to, please bring earplugs. It’s not the hostel's fault. It’s just that some people lack empathy and don't care that others might need to rest.

Great activities. Lovely people. Special thanks to Furkan and Ismail, they gave me tips for the city and helped me a lot. One of the highlights of my stay was having them as a guide.

I had an amazing stay at Black Swan Hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hostel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. A special thank you to the two staff members who organized and joined us for a night out with a small group of fellow travelers. They created such a fun and friendly atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to connect and enjoy the evening. We had an unforgettable time, shared great conversations, visited some fantastic spots, and made wonderful memories together. Their enthusiasm and kindness really went above and beyond what you would normally expect from hostel staff. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located hostel with an outstanding team that genuinely cares about its guests, Black Swan Hostel is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again!

J'avais apprécié l'ambiance internationale un brin digne du film "l'Auberge espagnole" de Cédric Klapisch, tourné en grande partie à Barcelone... J'avais vu des gens du monde entier et j'avais pu parler d'autres langues...

I was welcomed by Nico who was super warm, helpful and welcoming. The energy was great, everyone were in great spirits and very welcoming. A great place to stay if you are traveling alone, as they offer many activities and free dinners (!) AND the opportunity to socialize if you wish to.
