Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Localização excelente, bairro tranquilo e seguro para caminhar durante o dia e noite, e todos os itens básicos disponíveis e limpos.
O aquecedor deixa desejar pois fica localizado na sala e nao esquenta o suficiente o apartamento todo. Banheira e pia um pouco enferrujados.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024The apartment is big and well equipped. Everything was super clean. We were allow to drop off our bags earlier than check in time, which was super nice. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. She tried to accommodate to our needs. The location is excellent, very close to metro, coffee shops, supermarkets and many touristic attractions. Ah! The water pressure in the shower is AMAZING! It was a real pleasure to take showers in the apartment. WiFi work great in the days I needed to work from there. I would pick this place again in the future for sure!
Not related to the apartment but the building: They were some metal banging noises every early morning and randomly during the day, which I think is related to the apartment windows facing the garage exit. If you are a light sleeper it can be an issue.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2023First of all, the location was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The water was nice and overall it was all super comfortable and nice. Also, Kattia was very patient and allowed me to pay with Wise, which took a bit to wire the money to her, so I thank her a lot for that. She answered all my questions and was very nice, too. The staff was also great. My boyfriend and I really really loved it and would definitely stay there again!
