Apa rece in piscina,am avut rezervate diua camere identice la una din ele erau fructe pe masa de bun veni la alta nu......dupa ce am intrebat la receptie au rezolvat problema desi nu era mare pacat numai ca gestul este dezamagitor,departe de atractiile turistice....8km,pretul pe camera nu era afisat la receptie si cand am intrebat nu au vrut sa spuna au spus ca este cel platit pe site,dar inainte de a intreba auzisem la celalat ghiseu cand a intrebat un domn si i sa spus 4500 lire,si eu am achitat pe site 5500 lire....pretul se pare ca este facut in functie de gradul de ocupare si cine intreaba.....turist sau Turc deoarece am vazut ca se poarta pe peste tot ca preturile sa fie diferite intre Turci si alte nationalitati.

From the moment we arrived, everything was at a very high level. The staff were professional, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. 📍 The location is perfect — very convenient for exploring Cappadocia and enjoying everything the area has to offer. 🍳 The breakfast was outstanding! A great variety of fresh, delicious and beautifully presented food. Every morning was a real pleasure. 🏊 The swimming pool was excellent — clean, comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. 🧖 The sauna was another highlight. A wonderful place to relax and recharge after exploring Cappadocia. 🛏️ The room was simply perfect — 10/10!

La atención del personal. Pésima.para ser in hotel de 5 estrellas Pésima atención. Nadie nos ayudó con las maletas. Había muy poco personal y ese poco atendia pésimo.

It met my expectations for a hotel in this category. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing I disliked, just something to keep in mind: the hotel is about 10 minutes from Göreme, so without a car you'll need a taxi/Uber. It was not an issue for me, as they're quick and easy to get, but expect to pay around €10 per ride.

Stay was perfect, we enjoyed and relax there, specially at the chk-in time staff name ERAY help us alot and deal very politely

Bella struttura dotata di un ottima spa e due belle piscine (interna ed esterna). Personale amichevole , efficiente e cortese anche se non tutti parlano un buon inglese. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Acqua in bottiglia offerta in camera con capsule caffè e tè. Prodotti pulizia / igiene forniti , bagni davvero grandi e letti molto comodi . Costa di più della media degli hotel della zona ma offre tanti servizi ed è un hotel di ottimo livello .

Biz ailecek bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. İlk andan itibaren personelin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Odalar oldukça temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Otelin genel temizliği de gerçekten çok iyiydi. Huzurlu ve keyifli bir gece geçirdik. Her şey için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz! Wij hebben hier als gezin verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kamers waren schoon en netjes. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en komen graag nog eens terug. Zeker een aanrader!

Very nice room. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

It’s brand new and super clean. The front desk staff were the most helpful and friendliest people ever. We’d request them to book us a taxi multiple times a day and within minutes our ride would arrive. Room service was also great. It’s not at a walkable distance from the touristy areas so you’ll need a taxi whenever you want to go there but that’s what we loved the most. We could spend the entire day at the busy tourist sites and then come back via a short taxi ride to the calm and serene location of the hotel. The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool wasn’t bad.

Nothing to dislike about it. The pool water was a bit cold but that could just be me since I have a low tolerance for cold water.

It was a breath of fresh air! having been taken to a Caves Hotel on our tour where due to feeling claustrophobic we were unable to stay, we opted to select our own Cappadocia hotel somewhere enroute to the airport . We loved finding the comfortable bed, the spacious room which allowed plenty of space for our luggage, the dining table in our room for room service (which was wonderful) and the indoor swimming pool (although the hair covering seems excessive, it is a rule).

Everything was perfect, we would have preferred to use the outdoor pool but it was not open at this time.

We loved the size of the room & the beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

Its location close to the high way makes it a natural stop over between Cappadocia and our destination Ankara. Spacious room, many sport facilities( swimming pool, Turkish bath sauna. Super breakfast and a high quality dinner buffet. Friendly welcome by service driven personel..a problem with our airco was taken care of immediately.

The room was ( too) hot when we arrived. It took some time before the airco made it agreeable. On the plastic is used to protect the matrasses. That is unpleasant and does not fit with the high quality experience of this hotel.

City style Hotel. Easy parking if you're driving

My stay at the Cappadocia Marriott Hotel was overall comfortable, with polite and professional staff throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and the property itself is modern and well maintained. However, for travellers specifically looking for the authentic atmosphere and experience that Cappadocia is famous for, I personally felt the hotel was more of a standard city-style Marriott rather than a true “Cappadocia experience.” The location is more town-based and lacks the unique cave-hotel character and scenery many visitors may expect when visiting the region. There were also several disappointing operational issues during my stay. On a particularly cold day, there was no hot water available in the room, which significantly affected comfort. In addition, I attempted to use the spa facilities, however the sauna was cold and effectively unusable at the time. Overall, while the hotel may suit guests seeking a modern international-style property, I would personally choose one of Cappadocia’s traditional cave hotels for a future visit in order to experience the region more authentically.

Новий і сучасний готель, все гарне і комфортне. Класна косметика: гелі, шампуні, загалом є все: набори для гігієни, розчіски, тапочки, ганчірка для взуття і тд. Сніданки хороші. Парковка велика, всі чотири дні було, де припаркуватися, хоча одного дня половину парковки відділили для авто з якогось заходу, то було тіснувато. При заселенні безкоштовно у подарунок підвищили категорію номеру, це було дуже приємно!

Все сподобалося. Навіть коли вмикала кнопку, що не треба прибирати, то залишали пакт з водою та туалетним папером. Персонал дуже любʼязний

Clean very night hotel with good location. Will say it’s caters towards tour groups more. Room was very nice and very modern ,close the main towns and attractions of Cappadocia

Disappoint by lack of food choices: we stayed for our last night after long day traveling. Just wanted a nice meal but restaurant on ground floor was booked out for private event and their 2nd restaurant was a very chaotic buffet. We might have been just unlucky but we had to leave hotel to just get a nice meal. Heard another small group of ladies also complaining about it. Why say it caters towards tour groups more than individual. This was our only disappointment part of the stay.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Spa, hammam and the pool were very clean

Rooms were exceptional, congress facilities as well. Distance from centre is rather far.

Breakfast was pricely overrated.

Snídaně byly výborné, pokoje prostorné, všude čisto. Výborný bazén.

Nemožnost otevřít okno. Na chodbách byly nepříjemně cítit stavební materiály - budova je novostavba.

Clean, polite staff,good breakfast selection, good conference venue and catering.

Some staff struggled with English, no black tea sachets in room and Hôtel ran out of it. But manager quickly sorted it and sent me a fresh pot of Turkish coffee!

The staff were exceptionally helpful & kind to an older English speaking woman traveling alone. I missed having a “cave room “ experience but I enjoyed the clean large rooms with air conditioning, light, & wonderful modern large shower /bathroom 👍👍

I would like to share my experience at Marriott Cappadocia. The hotel is new, clean, and elegant, and in my opinion, one of the finest hotels in the area. The reception staff were very cooperative

I would like to highlight a few points: • The hotel’s location is a bit far from the city center. • Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a deposit. I paid 15,000 TRY by card for three rooms. Personally, I did not see much need for this request, as any additional charges are usually covered upon check-out. Nevertheless, I complied and made the payment. It has now been 10 days since I checked out, and the deposit has still not been refunded.

The rooms have been renovated. I experienced a small issue with my AC and the late night team solved it immediately. Every single person working there had a smile and were extremely helpful and friendly. I will def enjoy staying there again in the future.

Marriot kalitesi standart. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık. Ancak otele giriste talep edilen depozito sonra da onun iade surecindeki islemler hos degil.

Parfois quelques problèmes de communication et compréhension en anglais avec le personnel Le petit déjeuner à 20 euros très bon et frais mais très cher aussi.

El hotel es super nuevo, muy cómodo, bien diseñado y con buenas instalaciones. La zona de spa y gym está muy bien. Tienen una zona de haman, sauna sueca y turca. Muy práctico para ir con niños. Está a unos 15 min de Goreme y a unos 5 i 10 min de Uchisar Castle. Si podéis ir a ver el atardecer allí, es muy bonito.

La piscina exterior cierra a las 18. Siendo agosto, me parece un poco pronto.
