Sehr komfortable Zimmer. Zentral gelegen und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich gut und bietet eine große Auswahl.

아침식사도 좋았지만 다만 아시안인들을 배려한 음식이 부족했다.

Best hotel to stay when you’re in Nevşehir town.

The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. We found the pool to be quite clean, this can be both due to the efforts of the staff and the few people around at the time we used it. The only minus was cigarette smell that came from the vents one night; most probably because of another customer. I hope the hotel finds ways to handle such improper people.

Convenient location. Right next to shopping mall. The spa area is so gorgeous, especially the hamam area. Breakfast spread was extensive.

We were given a room on first floor. Have to keep the curtains closed as it faces the shopping mall on ground level. will definitely be better if we were given a nicer room on a higher floor with a better view.

Oh dear... nice looking hotel. With absolutely no soul or atmosphere. Have never come across such ignorant or incompetent hotel staff! I thought the turkish knew hospitality?? This lot certainly dont. The ONLY member of staff worth note is the guy in the 13th floor in thw restaurant who is excellent. The management need to go learn a few things from him on what genuine service is! Silly rule about wearing a cap in the pool. Dont bother (they dont check and just want to sell you an overpriced one) There is an abundance of hotels in the area.. i certainly wouldnt stay here again out of choice.

Some of Staffs are not polite. When you try to speak them . They speak to you in very high stars. They need to be smile face and polite.

Good hotel, about a 15 min drive to Goreme

The rooms 28m2 are vwry clean, kingsize comfortabe bedl and the bathroom with shower and bath. The breakdast is great continental and international halal. The spa, and hamam are for free for the guests. The swimmingpool was for me a bit to cold. Its great to walk from the lobby directly inside the shoppingmall .The rexeptionist lady and the lady of the restaurant Fatma offered a genuine hospitality. My thanks for the ladies.

The staff were so kind. We had dinner at their restaurant also. The food was really amazing. Our waiter Karim was so nice and made us feel at home.

The 2 rooms were given on 2 different floors, despite plenty of available rooms, we had to request specifically to be located on the same floor. At this level, it should be done without asking.

worst breakfast. No variety of food even no choice of fresh juices. Chef can’t make quality omelettes and even fried eggs. Green salad leaves were even not clean it’s not a 5star hotel standard breakfast. No vast choice of food but good for turkish local peoples.

Ms Zoha at reception was very helpful & professional. I highly recommend her.

Literally loved almost everything. One of the very best places I have stayed at. Extremely clean, the most comfortable bed. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very helpful and kind staff. Location is good. Close to most everything. Loved the spa, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The breakfast buffet is quite a lwt down for a 5 star hotel. Not much range or variety and for 400 lira it is quite pricey.

The first day we arrived our room was not ready it was after 3 pm When we went to our room after using toilet it was overflowing with water thus problem never resolved until 3am they decided to change it it was too late They should have changed it on 6th October when I call them for the issue.

This place isn't necessarily bad, but for the rank it has and the facilities it boasts, it falls short where it matters: in the quality of service. The hotel is located right next to a large shopping mall, that has a food court with local cuisine and many shops. The hotel also has a spa floor, with indoor pool, a gym, wet and dry sauna and a hammam! The facility is clean and the room had a nice view of the plains.

Foreigners beware: the staff does not know English (they make an effort, but anything involving more than yes/no response will be met with a defeated look), and are not coordinated with each other. I tried to communicate with different members of the staff on different occasions, each time it took effort and repetition to convey my message. In one occasion, a senior member of the staff registered me to a hot-air-balloon (with substantial cost), while ensuring me that I will be joining the rest of my group. In effect, I was attached to a different group (this confusion almost cost me the trip), with any attempt to resolve this issue with another staff member only resulted with repeated "I don't know" responses. I tried to resolve the issue with the original staff member after, but he just shrugged me away. The breakfast might seem luxurious, but in fact is very limited and repetitive after a couple of days - the chef does not seem interested in changing any dish on the menu, which mostly is comprised of canned products, pastry and eggs (done is only one way).

Decent, clean and comfortable rooms with great facilities (pool, gym, sauna etc). Friendly staff with great service. Good price for the location. Good wifi signal.

They had issues with the card machines at both the Starbucks and the restaurant but not at reception. Staff kept saying it's the machines' fault, but it was obvious they didn't know how to use it but the staff at the reception knew how to operate them. They need more training. I reported this to the reception.
