少しだけですが難波駅まで歩く点ですが、歩くのに慣れているなら問題ありません。暑さを除けば。

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The apartment was quite big and had a large walk in cupboard that you can store your luggage. The location of the apartment for people who enjoy walking is ok, otherwise it is a good 20-30 minute walk to Dontoburi and main shopping tourist site.
The apartment wasn't a expensive stay but I did expect better as it was in Japan ( this is my 3rd time in Osaka) on the cleanses of the stay. When we arrived the whole apartment really smell of stale cigarettes and the floor had some sticky parts on some areas. The sofa/chair was very small and I found hair stuck on it and bunch of hair on the floor. The kitchen isn't very equipped and really unorganized, it had some utensils and the plates and drinking glasses were all plastic and one of the drawers in the kitchen was very dirty with black bits inside.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Vyšli nám vstříct s early checkinem (ale platily jsme to), je tam kuchyňka a opravdu dvě ložnice, byt je prostorný a má i pračku. Lokace je skvělá, kousek od Dotonburi a přitom v rámci lidí klidnější část (to se netýká hluku z dopravy). Kousek na metra a nádraží pěšky. Ideální na prozkoumávání Osaky.
Hluk - jste hned vedle dálnice, reálně je opravdu hodně slyšet a když nechcete mít v noci puštěnou klimatizaci, ale jen otevřít okno, je to náročný.

Very small with no place to put your things, you had to go over the bed to open the balcony door and dry the clothes. Nothing to hang towels in the bathroom or after to dry them. Barely any cooking utensils - can cook basic things. There is only one plastic knife. A bit far from public transportation after a full day of walking, 18 min from Namba station is a lot.

7박8일 머무르는데 수건을 한세트만 주시는건 좀 아쉬웠어요. 중간에 3일마다 수건교체도 해준다고 한것같은데 수건교체가 안된것같구요.. 물론 수건이야 근처 라이프마트에서 사면 되지만... 1박2일 이상 숙박 고객에게는 최소 수건을 2세트는 주시는게 좋을것같아요. 세탁해서 쓰려면요.

Even though it’s in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after long days of exploring. It is close to everything. Just a short walk to Namba station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Doguyasuji, Donki, multiple train stations which made getting around super convenient.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026The room was clean, and has enough space for 4 people. Shower was spacious. Hallway that connects the 2 room was small and a bit claustrophobic, but is manageable. Has washer only. Have to hang dry the clothes. Hangers for drying is provided. They provided each guest with house slipper, which was nice. The main room has a full size bed, a closet, a small dinner table and 2 chairs, a kitchenette with cookware and plates/utensils. The other bedroom was smaller with a full size bed, a night stand and small space to keep your luggage. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price. I would stay again.
The hallway was narrow and a bit claustrophobic. Second bedroom was small and right next to freeway, so was kind of loud at night when trying to sleep.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Being a solo traveler and experiencing a leg fracture accident is not an easy situation to face. However, I was truly amazed by the service provided by the receptionist and housekeeping staff at this hotel. They were extremely helpful, especially one staff member whom I would like to mention by name, Otomo. He was very patient and assisted me with everything I needed, step by step, throughout my stay. Thanks to his help, my fear and anxiety were significantly reduced, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am. The hotel truly needs to give recognition or a reward to staff members like him for the very lovely and helpful service he provided during my stay. Highly recommended.
The hotel’s location is quite far from the subway station, but aside from that, it is all good and recommended.

We tried to check in, however they had no one onsite, which was fine in and of itself as they mentioned that we could contact them via phone and email 24/7 for assistance. However we reached out to them several times as their iPad check in was not working and received no response. All phone numbers were disconnected, even the next day, and we received no reply to our email. We ended up having to find a new hotel that evening to stay in and for the rest of our Osaka trip, which was very disappointing and has left us out of pocket for the entire stay there. We have requested a refund, however have still received no response. Seems like a scam, would completely avoid!

Leider trügen die Bilder hier auf Booking sehr. Die Unterkunft ist in leider schon sehr abgenutzt und sehr minderwertig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung aber ich würde nicht noch mal herkommen. Es gibt auch nur einen Self-Check in und Check Out. Hat eher einen Ferienwohnungs- bzw. AirBnb- Charakter.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location was amazing for getting to and from the airport! Made it super easy to get to Nara and Kyoto as well. Instructions were all clear. Everything was small but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet in spite of the freeway. Air conditioned beautifully.
Pillows weren't great and bed was smaller than I'm used to but that's a nitpick.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was good. It was a bit weird seeing no people whatsoever. The facillities were good and it was clean.
From arrival to departure we didn't see a single other person in the hotel which was a bit weird.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Great location near Namba Station and Shitennoji Temple. Very clean, check-in procedures were easy to follow, and the double twin room was relatively comfortable for 2 young adults. Extra toiletries in the lobby was a huge plus. Family Mart and cheap coin laundry only a 2 minute walk away. Quiet neighborhood, very little noise. Gas stovetop, microwave, full size fridge, cooking utensils, washer. Will book again.
Some areas of the room needed a deep dusting.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Save your money do not book here! Very dirty and noisy ! Also very old in an area that is not close to station like they mentioned. Very much fake advertising. Pillow and bed very dusty allergy flared up we had to leave the property and could not stay there! Pee stains on the floor

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Mostly great. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was about a 15 minute walk from Namba station and a family mart just around the corner.
A great stay in Osaka if you’re ok with walking a short distance to the train and main streets unfortunately the apartment smelt like stale smoke when I arrived like someone had been smoking inside but other than that it was great
