Propre et bien équipé sauf les couteaux .

Manque d information au sujet que les places au niveau des rues sont payantes via une application .Car il n y a pas d horodateurs. 100 euros d amendes pour 2 nuits passées.

There was no place for free parking although when I booked I was told there is free parking on the property. The were indeed enough places but I had to pay beause I was told the Council didn t aprove parking on the property.

Lage des Apartments.

La struttura mi ha fatto sentire a casa, ha tutto quello di cui si necessita per le brevi permanenze! Ha le fermate dei bus sotto casa che in 6 minuti portano ad un parcheggio P+R da 4,9 euro al giorno (24 ore) e la linea metro U4 che porta al centro di Vienna! Ha vicino alimentari e anche una farmacia! Insomma, ha reso la nostra permanenza a Vienna FAVOLOSA!! Consigliatissimo!

Più che altro consigli per la struttura: Qualche padella va cambiata. Servono prodotti anche per l’igiene del bagno. Serve una scopa ed una paletta. Assicurarsi che lo scaldino elettrico (di nuova generazione) sia impostato a 80 gradi, altrimenti la prima sera si rischia di dover attendere tra una doccia ed una altra sé si è in più di due!

Quando una struttura ti fa sentire a casa, prende ottimi voti e non aggiungi altro alle considerazioni su cosa mi è piaciuto di essa! La struttura è ben rifinita e ha tutto quello di cui avete bisogno per soggiornare i giorni che servono per visitare Vienna ( manca la lavatrice, ma dubito che veniate pochi giorni per fare un bucato, in caso contrario dovrete usare o il lavandino oppure una lavanderia della città). Qualcosa che mancava ci è stata messa subito a disposizione! Nelle vicinanze c’è tutto quello che serve, dalla Farmacia al negozi di alimentari! Un consiglio: se venite in auto ( visto che la sosta in strada costa 3,6 euro all’ora e non può andare oltre le due ore), ma anche se non venite in auto, utilizzate i mezzi pubblici che sono eccezionali! Non molto distante c’è un parcheggio P+R da 4,6 euro al giorno ( 24 ore), collegato al terminal dei bus e alla metro U4. Il bus ( linea 50A e 450) in 6 minuti vi porta sotto casa, e la metro U4 al centro di Vienna!

Un consiglio per la struttura: fate trovare anche prodotti per la pulizia del bagno e accessori per spazzare il pavimento ( una scopa ed una paletta vanno più che bene), necessari anche per la permanenza di pochi giorni! Assicuratevi di far trovare lo scaldino elettrico ( di nuova generazione) alla temperatura più alta, altrimenti qualcuno rischia di dover attendere prima di fare la doccia successiva! Per noi italiani che amiamo la pasta andrebbe aggiunta una colapasta, ma ci siamo arrangiati! Infine una padella va cambiata, il rivestimento si è deteriorato!

Od momentu rezerwacji bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem. Parking na ulicy ale bezpośrednio przy budynku, nie ma problemu z wolnym miejscem. Ładne wnętrze.

Piękny apartament . Czystki , świetna lokalizacja i dojazd do centrum . Dobry kontakt z właścicielem odnośnie odebrania kluczy .

Kein Parkplatz , obwohl Platz dafür da wäre

Neues Apartment Nr. 1 im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Im Innenhof gibt es einen eigenen Entspannungsbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen für das Apartment. Geräumige Wohnung. Großes Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlten kleine Löffel. Ruhige und friedliche Umgebung. Nebenan befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Obwohl zuvor mitgeteilt worden war, dass der Parkplatz genutzt werden könne, war er nicht verfügbar. Der Parkplatz an der Straße steht nur am Wochenende kostenlos zur Verfügung. In der Küche riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione molto comoda uscendo dall’autostrada , gli appartamenti sono ben ristrutturati in stile moderno, la cucina ben attrezzata ,letto abbastanza comodo tranne il cuscino . L’host molto disponibile e chiara nelle istruzioni per l’accesso autonomo .La prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato ci sono state lasciate anche delle cialde di caffè che abbiamo apprezzato molto , la seconda volta no 😅.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci sia l’aria condizionata ,faceva davvero caldo eravamo in 4 e c’era un solo ventilatore , oltretutto la finestra in camera nel appartamento nr 5 non si apriva quindi è stata una notte da incubo , abbiamo lasciato altre finestre aperte per far passare l’aria ma sono entrate degli insetti giganti perché mancavano le zanzariere , quindi non siamo stati molto contenti e per questo abbiamo riposato male .Non c’è parcheggio privato ma si può facilmente trovare in strada .

We stayed in Apartment No. 5 and absolutely loved it. Everything appeared to be newly renovated, and the apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable. As we stayed over the weekend, we were able to park for free in the public parking spaces outside. I’m not sure what the parking situation is like on weekdays, but the property does not have its own private parking. There is a grocery store nearby, and the area was very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

More attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. We stayed with our two young children, and while walking barefoot, our son got a small piece of broken glass stuck in his foot. The cushions on the sofa were also stained and dirty, so the apartment definitely needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly. There was no air conditioning, but luckily there was a regular rotating fan, which really saved us. The bedroom window could not be opened, but we were told that it would be fixed soon.

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Czysto. Wygodne łóżka.

Nie podoba mi się parkowanie. Choć nie dotyczy bezpośrednio apartamentu, a całego Wiednia. Parkowanie na jednym miejscu parkingowym maksymalnie 2h... Nie można zostawić samochodu pod apartamentem na cały dzień.

Czyste i przestronne pomieszczenia. Łazienka i toaleta oddzielenie. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne. Przystanek autobusowy tuż obok. Sklep spożywczy również. Cicha,spokojna okolica.Parking bezpłatny przy ulicy.Bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce.Miejsce godne polecenia.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Appartamento valido: spazioso, pulito, dotato del necessario, zona tranquilla, si raggiunge il centro di Vienna con autobus e successivamente metro. I mezzi a Vienna sono eccezionali, puliti e soprattutto efficienti!

Clean and spacious. Cool during the summer heat.

Towels were like sandpaper, and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom and living room.

Owfull check in process, you must call Maria, she's not answering.. than you must contact through social media to get code... wtf?

L’appartement est spacieux. L’accès au transport en commun est facile et tout proche.

La fenêtre est bloquée sans réparation possible pendant notre séjour. L’indication de l’emplacement sur Google map est fausse. Nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour trouver l’appartement à notre arrivée

המיקום היה טוב, החדרים היו אסטטים מסודרים ונוחים.

היו 2 גלילי ניר טואלט ל2 אנשים ל6 ימים - לא מספיק וכדאי היה להחליף מגבות לפחות פעם אחת במהלך האירוח.

Clean, well equipped and easy check in.

A little out of the way of main Vienna but there are buses and tube station is a 20 minute walk away. Weird pillows and no AC.

Alles war super, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nice clean big apartment

It is very inconvenient when you traveling that you need to get cafe capsules and sugar from somewhere even if there is a cafe machine at the apartment. It wasn't too hard because there is a Hofer nearby but I the first morning it would be great to have 1-2 capsules there for start. Also I didn't like the communication of the host when there was a problem (just a small issue though).

Close to public transport. Comfortable beds. Lovely apartment.

Large outside stairs were difficult with luggage.

Просторі апартаменти зі всіма зручностями. Зручне місце розташування, поряд є паркувальні місця. Хороше співвідношення ціни та якості.

Апартаменти загалом були чисті, але у ванній кімнаті були мурахи

Spacious apartment

There were ants around the apartment and even in the bed. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee pods were given. For a one night stay it didn’t make sense for us to buy a new box. It’s a small detail but would have added to the overall customer experience.

Alles sauber, schön eingerichtet.

Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Wochenende gehts Gott sei Dank bei der Straße ohne was zu zahlen. Unter der Woche wirds teuer.

-Das Apartment ist neu eingerichtet und schön geräumig -Sauberkeit -Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich und verlässlich -Sehr bequemes Bett

-Bei meinem Aufenthalt hat es extrem nach Rauch in allen Räumen gerochen (für mich als Nicht-Raucherin wirklich grauenvoll)-für eine Nacht gerade so annehmbar wenn man nur dort schläft aber ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre dadurch unangenehm gewesen.

The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was BEAUTIFUL and warm. The spacing is great and you have everything you need... towels, blankets, pillows, hair dryer etc...

Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen der Haustür. Zu wenig Abstellfläche (zB Bad und Schlafzimmer)

War alles super. Geschäfte Tankstelle und E Ladesäule in Fußnähe erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil kein Parkplatz dabei aber ausreichend Parkplätze (Kurzparkzone) in der nähe

Very good location of the apartment. Convenient to leave Vienna, as the apartment is on the outskirts of the city. Large spaces, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom.

Гарна і затишна квартира. 2 автобусні зупинки відразу на вулиці, і близько трамвай до центру міста. Два супермаркети рядом. Для сім'ї 2 дорослих та 2 дітей супер. Кухня укомплектована.

Тихий район, зручно добиратися в центр міста, пару зупинок автобусом до торгового центру. Апартаменти були на першому поверсі, тому проблем з валізами не було. Чисто, зручно. Тепло, температуру батареї можна відкоригувати під себе. Гаряча вода в душі. Є найнеобхідніші столові прибори, посуд на кухні.

Інколи чути дверний дзвінок сусідів.
