Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Konumu, şehir merkezine ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlı. Otelin hemen önünden tramvay geçiyor ve yaklaşık 5-6 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde metro istasyonu bulunuyor. Otele giriş yaptığımızda çarşaf ve yastıkların temiz olduğunu gördük. Oda biraz küçük olsa da gününü dışarıda geçirip yalnızca konaklama amacıyla oteli kullanacak kişiler için fazlasıyla yeterli. Genel olarak ulaşım kolaylığı ve temizlik açısından memnun kaldık.
Banyodaki giderlerle ilgili ciddi bir sorun vardı. Hem duşakabinde hem de lavaboda giderler suyu çok yavaş tahliye ediyordu. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdik. Resepsiyon görevlisi yardımcı olmaya ve oda değişikliği konusunda çözüm bulmaya çalıştı ancak otelin tamamen dolu olması nedeniyle oda değişikliği yapılamadı. Bu nedenle bir gece daha aynı odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Sorunun çözülememiş olması konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La bañera grande, las camas bastante cómodas y cuenta con televisión y ventilador, que agradecimos mucho ya que cuando fuimos había ola de calor y hubiera sido complicado dormir bien. Aunque estés dos noches te cambian todas las toallas y limpian la habitación. Tiene caja fuerte.
Todo fue estupendo. Nada que mejorar.

Upon arrival, the room was very dirty: there was hardened toothpaste in the sink and on the faucet, as well as toothpaste splatters on the nearby walls and mirrors. The glasses provided in the bathroom had large traces of toothpaste from previous guests at the bottom. There was mold on the shower curtain and tracks, and the fittings were patched up with tape and bandages. The mattresses were so worn out that it felt like sleeping on the wooden board serving as the bed base. The double-glazed windows were ruined, no longer providing any thermal or sound insulation. Mold had fused with the window units. There were black, dusty deposits on the hairdryer and its cord. Traces of urine from previous guests had not been cleaned up before our arrival. We reported this to the staff, but nothing was done to improve the situation. They ask for a €50 security deposit, even though everything is scratched, patched up, glued together, and shoddily repaired.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Quando siamo arrivate lo scarico del bagno era rotto e dopo averlo segnalato ci è stato detto che in 5 minuti sarebbe arrivato qualcuno a sistemarlo, 2 ore dopo non era ancora arrivato nessuno e ci è stato ripetuto che l'avrebbero sistemato a breve. Il giorno dopo, con il bagno ancora rotto e nessuna notizia da parte del personale, abbiamo sollecitato e alla sera abbiamo finalmente trovato il bagno a posto. Inoltre, quando abbiamo segnalato il problema, il receptionist lì presente sembrava quasi scocciato e non si è nemmeno scusato per l'inconveniente.

Unfortunately, there was no ventilation system, making the room very hot, and there was an unpleasant smell upon arrival. In the bathroom, the shower leaked and flooded the entire floor every time. Additionally, the glass panel on the bathtub felt loose, which made me feel unsafe while using it.

Єдиний нюанс що в нашому номері не працював фен (або ми не розібралися як його увімкнути...)

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Byli jsme jen jednu noc, tak jsme více méně hledali levnější nocleh se snídaní pro 4 lidi. Tento hotel má dobrou dostupnost na MHD včetně metra. Pokoje byly prostorné, bylo zde dostatek úložných prostorů.
Chtělo by to více pokoje uklízet, sedačka byla celá posypaná drobky, takže, abych na ni mohl sedět, přehodil jsem přes ní prostěradlo. Pokoj byl pod střechou, bylo zde velké horko, není zde klimatizace. Byly zde pouze dva hlučné (stolní a stojanový) ventilátory, které už také něco pamatují. Na snídani pečivo nebylo příliš čerstvé. Pro 4 lidi zde byl pouze malinkatý umakartový sprchový kout. Bylo zde minimum zásuvek, takže byl problém si i nabít mobilní telefon.

Frühstück hatte ich nicht dazu gebucht, kann man aber auf Wunsch spontan um 13 Eur im Frühstücksraum bekommen, was ich einmal gemacht habe - auch sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, es gibt aber eine super öffentliche Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Rezeption 24h besetzt. Es ist immer jemand da. Frühstück vielfältig und frisch. Auch auf allfällige Nachfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Lage des Hotels an Hauptmagistrale - direkte Anbindung an ÖV. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und ein sauberes Bad.
Die Matratzen waren relativ hart und dünn. Habe kaum eine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Leider keine Klimatisierung im Zimmer.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Dobrze ,ze zwiększono asortyment śniadania /jajecznica/. Bardzo dobra kawa. Lokalizacja świetna. Tramwaj i autobus spod hotelu do samego centrum. Dojazd lub spacerek do linii metra U-3 a potem gdzie się chce w każdą stronę Wiednia.
Klimat się zmienia. Można by pomyśleć o klimatyzacji. Wiatrak nie zawsze daje radę w upalne dni.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr offen und Mann kann jederzeit rein und rausgehen Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Badetücher und Bettwäsche würden regelmäßig gewechselt. Ich war eine Wo Ende Juni in Wien,, die Hitze war so extrem, aber das Zimmer war schattig und war sehr angenehm zum Schlafen. Ich empfehle es jedem, für das kleine Budget oder kurze Aufenthalt einfach TOP!!!

Так, готель не новий, але все працювало добре, проблем не було, це гарне співвідношення ціни та якості, для відпустки на декілька днів те що треба за помірну ціну. Вже зупинялась тут раніше і знову обрала цей варіант.
Потребує вже трохи освіжити меблі. Кондиціонеру не було, але був вентилятор в було комфортно навіть в ці спекотні дні.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Le personnel était très sympathique. Quartier très accessible en transport que ce soit tram ou métro (30 min du centre). Certe les chambres sont vieillottes mais c’était très propre. Bon rapport qualité prix pour vienne
La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Petit bémol de notre côté nous avions un bus de nuit et avons donc demandé (quelques jours après la réservation) d’annuler une nuit ce qui a été refusé par l’établissement alors que tous les autres (3) à qui nous l’avons demandé (dans des villes différentes) l’ont accepté. C’est sûrement ce petit détail qui fera que nous ne reviendrons pas

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Очень удобно и быстро добрались из аэропорта. Расположение отличное, рядом магазины и кафе. Приехали сильно раньше заселения, но номер был уже готов и нас впустили раньше. Это было неожиданно и очень классно. Номер просторный, чистый и уютный- в разы лучше, чем на фотографиях. Все необходимое в номере было, в том числе и вентилятор, который нас спас в жару 37 градусов. Персонал очень отзывчивый и вежливый, помогли разобраться с картой города, подсказали, как добраться до нужной локации. Завтрак для такой цены просто шикарный! Классический австрийский: яйца, омлет, овощи, мясная и сырная нарезка, свежие круассаны, йогурт, хлопья и так далее. Очень вкусный кофе. За такую цену просто прекрасно! Мы не ожидали такого комфорта и были удивлены.

В номере был бы не лишним холодильник с электрочайником. Жалюзи на окнах так же требуют ремонта, как и ванная комната.

Nu are frigider, nu are aer condiționat- a fost extrem de cald în cameră, dulapului îi lipsea o ușă, pereții erau scorojiți, era mucegai în baie, instalația din baie era defectată nici măcar toaleta nu funcționa și cel mai rău lucru am găsit gândaci în cameră. Oribil 😢

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Хорошая гостиница с удачным соотношением цены и качества. Номер был чистый, ванная комната в отличном состоянии. Wi-Fi работал стабильно, без перебоев. В здании есть лифт, что удобно при проживании с багажом. Очень понравился персонал на ресепшене — вежливые, отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать любую информацию. Также большим плюсом было то, что после чек-аута нам разрешили оставить багаж и спокойно погулять по городу до отправления поезда. Это сильно упростило планирование дня. Чисто, комфортно, хороший сервис.
Отсутствие электрического чайника в номере. Вместо этого был один общий уголок на первом этаже с микроволновкой, электрическим чайником для всех гостей.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026It's a very rustic hotel, with a soul. It is old, but absolutely charming, well kept and I love it. I'm always happy to return there when I'm in Vienna. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
One silly thing: it would have been nice to have a broader and darker drape in the room, because it is looking towards the east, and there was a lot of light in the morning. It would also help with the heat during the summer.

Furcsa szag volt a szobánkban és csótánnyal is találkoztunk.
