Probabil că va exista un proces de renovare pentru camere, per ansamblu sunt departe de categoria 4 stele. Cu toate acestea șederea a fost plăcută!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Sehr sauberes Buffet und freundliches Personal. Tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken, aber leider gab es sehr viele Wespen die ein essen unmöglich machten! Das Angebot der Speisen im Buffet war gut. Der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet!
Es wäre super, wenn man die wunderschöne Terrasse auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten nutzen könnte. Zum Beispiel zum Kaffee trinken am Nachmitttag oder ein Abendessen (Lieferservice) zu genießen.

Keine Gastronomie unter Tags, keine Hotelbar. Das ist schade, da im Umfeld auch kaum gastronomisches Angebot ist.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026As impressive and promising as it looks from the outside, it is ugly and disappointing from the inside. This impressive hotel, which boasts the nickname Schloss, was our biggest disappointment on our trip to Austria. We were given a tiny room facing the parking lot, with no view whatsoever. The room is not clean and the maintenance of the hotel's interior needs improvement. The biggest problem is in the evening, if you plan to have dinner you should know that the hotel does not have a restaurant. The reception will tell you that there are many restaurants nearby, don't believe it. There is no restaurant within a reasonable walking distance in the dark, and you have to travel by car or bus to eat. The journey is on narrow, dark and winding roads and there is a good chance that they will tell you that the kitchen is closed.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Locatia hotelului desi este mai departe de centru,este foarte frumoasa,linistita,cu aer curat fata de centru.O statie de autobuz se afla chiar la iesirea din hotel,iar de ajuns in centru ,se ajunge usor cu tranporul in comun.Camera un pic cam invechita,ar necesta shimbarea mobilierului dupa parerea mea,umblat putin la scarile din camera care sint si abrupte dar care scirtie ingrozitor,iar noaptea daca ai nevoie la toaleta,clar iti deranjezi partenerul/partenera.In rest curat ati in camera cit si pe holurile hotelurilor.Micul dejun bunut.
Dupa cum am mentionat ,camerele ar necesita o improspatare

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wat een ruime kamer onder het zitgedeelte en badkamer en een verdieping hoger het bed. Het is een oud gebouw maar ziet er wel prachtig uit met een mooi uitzicht over Wenen. Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm en zeer uitgebreid. Parkeren kan men voor het hotel en openbaar vervoer ligt binnen handbereik en binnen 30 minuten is men in de binnenstad.

Meine Frau und ich waren vor Ort, da waren die Temperaturen größer 30 Grad. Es war zwar ein Kühlschrank vorhanden, der ging aber nicht.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bett war wirklich gut zum schlafen ich habe keine Rückenprobleme bekommen da bin ich immer sehr Empfindlich. Frühstück war super und ausreichend und das Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit und immer schnell dabei wenn die Teller leer waren.
Leider wurde der Teppich nicht gesaugt und hatte Flecke im Frisch bezogenen Bett hat sich leider ein Haar verirrt. Bad war sauber in der Dusche ware kleine Mosaik steine ab.

A szobában az ágy egy galérián volt és mindig fel-le kellett mászni ha akartunk valamit. Éjszaka ez kicsit fárasztó volt, amikor WC-re kellett menni. Itt ott ráfér a felújítás!

The chance to enjoy any meal on the terrace with a wonderful view of Vienna. Fabulous, hearty, varied, and delicious breakfast. Soundproofed rooms. Cleanliness and attention to detail.
For a room with three sleeping spots, I would make the sofa more comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Locatia este minunata si ofera o priveliste frumoasa asupra Vienei. Micul dejun este in fiecare zi acelasi, insa compenseaza prin numarul mare de optiuni. Transportul public este accesibil (statia de autobuz este in fata hotelului).
Camerele parca sunt dintr-un film diferit. Mobilierul este vechi, peretii au urme pe ei iar canapeaua a fost destul de inconfortabila. Apa nu are presiune si curge cand fierbinte, cand rece.

Mancanza di aria condizionata che ha reso il soggiorno abbastanza complesso nel sonno, ma va anche detto che vi era un caldo anomalo per Vienna. Posizione bellissima con vista sulla città e staff davvero gentile e accogliente. Ampio parcheggio

Hotel był w trakcie remontu, a część wyposażenia nadal sprawiała wrażenie dość starego. W pokoju zamiast pełnej klimatyzacji były wentylatory, co przy cieplejszej pogodzie obniża komfort. Łazienka i wentylacja wymagają większej uwagi, a sam pokój był dość kompaktowy.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026nádherný hotel v podobe zámku, krásna vstupná hala, dlhá chodba s modrým kobercom pripomínala Titanic, veľmi zaujímavé, vybavenie izby dostačujúce, všetko tam bolo čo je potrebné, TV fungovalo, čistota, pohodlnosť, možnosť parkovania pred hotelom, výhľad z parkoviska na Viedeň, skvelá cena, ale je to mimo centra Viedne, a je potrebné mať auto aby sa tam človek dostal, je to na kopci. Možnosť sa odubytovať až do 12tej, to je nezvyčajné ale potešilo :)

Pokój z antresolą jest naprawdę wygodny i z racji wysokości pokoju, pewnie jakieś 5,5m nawet na antresoli jest przestronnie. Podsumowując jest to świetne miejsce na pobyt we Wiedniu, który jest naprawdę przepiękny 🤩

The entrance feels a lot more modern than the building lets you think. The family rooms are very spacious with a view to the city. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Public transport nearby and plenty of parking spaces. Self-service convenient store at the entrance is very good when you arrive tired from the city.
It was very hot in the room and you are supplied with 2 small fans. Not an issue in winter, but during the hottest days, it can be quite difficult to sleep. The building is somewhat old, so you cannot expect the most modern facilities in the room. But overall good room with a double bed on the mezzanine. The hotel was poorly staffed, with one guy having to take care of a long line of guests as well as solving issues with rooms/appliances etc. There's not much to do around the area where the hotel is located and you share the area with guests from a youth hostel next door.

Sauberkeit eine glatte 4-5, alles sieht komplett abgewohnt aus, dreckige Dusche und dazu noch defekt, Wasser kommt überall aus dem Schlauch heraus, Zimmer zu warm, zu laut durch die innenliegende Treppe, Außenbereich extrem ungepflegt

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Tolle Lage, super Aussicht über Wien, sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal freundlich und bemüht, das Flair von einem alten Schloss hat einfach was Besonderes. Die Busverbindung ist auch sehr gut.
Das Einzige, was ich beanstanden könnte, ist der sehr schwache Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Und schade, daß das Restaurant geschlossen ist!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Rendkívül segítőkész személyzet a recepción. Segítettek vacsora rendelésben, melyet kiszállítottak a szállodába. Evőeszközt is biztosítottak, így a szobában tudtuk elfogyasztani a vacsorát.
Galérián volt egy nagy franciaágy, viszont a felvezető lépcső nagyon -nagyon recsegett, hangos volt.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Rendkívül kellemes élmény volt megszállni ebben a klasszikus kastélyban. A környezet, a tisztaság, az óriási választékú reggeli és a kedves személyzet mind hozzáadott az élményhez. A kilátás a városra, páratlan.
Hiányzott a vacsora lehetősége. A minigolf pálya kissé lepusztult volt.

Номери з супер високими стелями, другий рівень у номері з двоспальним ліжком, височенні вікна. Територія теж вражає - є власний сад, тераса для прийому їжі. Максимально збережена автентичність при наявності сучасних зручностей. Сніданок був чудовий, різноманітний та смачний. Гарні краєвиди на Відень.
У номері було дуже спекотно, проте кондиціонера немає - лише вентилятори, які зовсім не рятували. На другому рівні номеру була справжня спека. Також не дуже сподобалась ізоляція ванної кімнати, через це відчуття приватності було абсолютно відсутнє. На терасі багато ос, які не давали спокою під час сніданку. Готель знаходиться на пагорбі осторонь від Відню, тому якщо хочеться після заселення вийти погуляти в місто - це не найкращий варіант.

Travelling in August during a heat wave, room was not air conditioned and while we are used to heat we couldn’t sleep. Property provided fans. Breakfast was good but eggs were always overcooked

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Uns hat die Lage am Berg sehr gut gefallen, da es im Sommer sehr heiß war und dort die Luft etwas frischer war. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und mit Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Im Zimmer selbst gab es nichts um den Koffer drauf zu legen. Da es viele Wespen gab, wäre es praktisch für den Frühstücksbereich an der Tür ein Netz oder Gittertüre anzubringen, damit die Wespen nicht mehr hinein fliegen können.

عدم توفر شطاف في دورة المياه باب الجناح كنت اجد صعوبة في ادخال المفتاح و علق المفتاح بداخله نزلت اسفل عند الاستقبال و تم إعطائي فوراً مفتاح آخر للباب الثاني و ضبط معي

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Pyszne śniadania. Piękne widoki z okna, cisza i orkiestra świerszczy za oknem. Personel bardzo miły. Pokoje bardzo czyste, łóżko wygodne. Możliwość zrobienia kawy z ekspresu w każdym momencie- duży plus. Pobyt fantastyczny.
Może brak klimatyzacji, ale są wiatraki i można spokojnie przetrwać nawet w upalne dni. Poza tym brak minusów.
