Gallery Experience Napoli

Very clean and great location.

The room, the host, the location, cleanliness

Some of the people in the neighborhood are a little unpleasant, not the fault of the property at all

Everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was beyond perfect, can't recommend it highly enough. I'm sure we'll return.

Nothing.

The room was perfect, easy walking distance from the central bus/train station. Amazing wine shop a few doors down!

Excellent location!!Mrs Anna very friendly and polite!

An amazing renovation - shows what can be achieved in an apartment. High ceilings made the room feel opulent. Every item was well thought out. I particularly liked the small details i.e., an iron, a hanger with pegs for hand washing, and many other thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi tub was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this “Experience” Also the inclusion of extensive information on food cultural events, local restaurants etc was appreciated.

Perfect. Location was great for the city of naples. Close to everything you could dream of.

Shower could use some work but not terrible

The room was very clean kind staff and very lovely welcoming. Would highly recommend. And will be staying again in the near future.

Anna welcomed us so warmly, the pdf guides to the city were such a helpful and generous touch. The room was clean and modern. Complimentary Netflix and Alexa made it feel like a home from home. I slept well (which is always a good sign because I really struggle sleeping away from home) and found the bed comfortable. The location was central for most things we chose to do and whilst busy we felt safe. Would recommend

Anna the host was very helpful

Small

so clean and great staff

nothing we didn’t like

Fantastiskt fint rum.

The property is very secure, in a great location, sparkling clean and the bed was so comfortable! The best part of our stay was our host Anna. She made us feel so welcome from the time we arrived until our departure.

I loved everything! Definitely recommend!

The location was great! Very secure and close everything including a great pizza spot around the corner. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and we had a great nights sleep before our flight. Loved the huge TV and cute balcony with chairs! Thanks to Anna for all her messages and constant contact to ensure a great stay.

Room was very nice and modern had all you need.

Gallery Experience provided us with, what appears to be fairly newly refurbished, very clean, comfortable and well provided accommodation. Its location is fairly perfect for visiting all of the areas and attractions of Naples. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would have absolutely no issue recommending Galery Experience to any visitor to Naples.

Nothing really.

Room was clean and spacious

I have no complaints apart from the bed could have been a bit more comfortable

Rent og pænt

Netværket virkede ikke. Det hedder bed and breakfast men ingen morgenmad !!!!

Friendly and Helpful Staff High Quality Finishings and Amenities Balcony over looking the street Spa Bath

Very nice, clean and helpful staff. Everything was superb.

The communication from Anna through the whole process of the reservation through to arrival and check in was exceptional. She was so helpful and gave so much advice as we were arriving in Naples by car and parking was a problem. She even offered to store our luggage for two days when we went off to Capri. A perfect accommodation manager and understands hospitality. The rooms are in an old building where the first impressions are not good. But once inside the first floor, it is very clean with amazing contemporary design. I love the design features of the room and the facilities were very well thought through for guests. Our room had 3 balcony doors on very busy street but the double glazing made the room silent. The air-conditioning is also excellent.

The entrance of the building is not pleasant. There is a very dirty area behind the lift in the communal area, but the gallery floor is very very clean.

Perto do metrô e quarto bem funcional e prático.

The room was amazing, the hosts are legends !

Nothing

Great host, very communicative, good restaurant recc, always available by WhatsApp. Nice lighting, balcony, and excellent location.

Hot tub was slow to fill and had minor issue with temp control.

Upea huone kaikkineen, nautimme. Anna vastasi välittömästi jos oli jotain kysyttävää.

Sänky natisi, ei niin miellyttävä asia. Äänieristys oli heikko.

Our stay at Gallery Experience Napoli was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, the hospitality stood out—Anna reached out before our arrival with restaurant recommendations and even arranged our airport transfer, which made everything effortless. When we arrived, Giuseppe was waiting outside to welcome us, and that personal touch immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of modern design. The interplay of lighting against the raw concrete walls creates a dramatic yet calming ambiance, and every detail feels intentional—from the sleek black wall switches to the beautifully finished bathroom and shower. It’s clear that this space was created with both style and comfort in mind. Our favorite feature was the in-room jacuzzi. After full days of walking through Italy’s historic streets, it was the ultimate way to unwind and recharge. It turned what was already a beautiful room into a sanctuary of relaxation. We absolutely loved our time here. Gallery Experience Napoli combines the thoughtfulness of true hospitality with the sophistication of cutting-edge design. For anyone visiting Naples, this isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience in itself.

Fantastic apartment! Bed is super comfy, the hot tub is great, nice big bathroom. Was well looked after by the team and fridge always stocked. Great communication and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic. Having the necessities like a fridge to keep the drinks cold was brilliant as well. The room was a perfect size for the two of us.

Nothing. Honestly,it was perfect for visiting Napoli.

Pulizia e accoglienza

Nulla..era tutto perfetto

Room looks really good, bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything needed for the stay Bedroom is new and beautiful The Lady at the reception is very sweet and kind ,helped us with booking taxi ,hopes she has a wonderful day We are very satisfied with our stay and next time definitely stay at Gallery Experience one more time

Nothing

Nulla, tutto perfetto!

A very enjoyable stay for one night of a bit of luxury within the city for a respectable price. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and inviting. We received a brief tour of our room and shown how to use the hot tub in the back room. Streaming services were also included in the price which was nice to make use of whilst in the hot tub. The facilities were also in immaculate condition. The room also included a small balcony but we did not make use of this due to the hustle and bustle of the main road. A YouTube video was also provided demonstrating how to use the hot tub. Free locker storage is also provided even after checking out, and although we did not make use of this, we found it a great service which had no added cost! The room was exactly as described, and also within a secure building with front gate through use of key card to buzz yourself in.

We found the bed quite uncomfortable due to the mattress not providing great support and so both had a sore back the following morning.

Peu bruyant. Propreté des lieux et qualité des matériaux… Rien à redire.

Would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to Naples. Approx. 10 min walk to the main train station and walkable distance from many tourist attractions! The property itself was immaculate with industrial style decor with each room being a specific colour (we stayed in the pink room) - so much detail and thought put into making the travelers stay perfect - right down to having Netflix set up on the tv. Anna was always available via WhatsApp for any queries we had and provided all info regarding accessing the rooms. The accommodation is a 2-min walk from the famous L’Antica Pizzeria de Michele which we grabbed pizzas from and sat on our little balcony with a bottle of wine watching the world go by!

The hotel is in a good location if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are very clean and modern with everything you need for a short-term stay. We were impressed by the little touches - coffee pods, tea bags, and complimentary Pepsi and water. By far the best part about our stay was the excellent communication by owner, Anna. She kept in touch throughout and couldn’t do enough for us, providing a Naples brochure, making sure our room was made-up, and offering to book us taxis. Thank you Anna!

Next time we might consider staying a bit further out of the city centre, away from the train station, as the area is quite busy at night.

Nada

Mooie schone kamers, en een top locatie!

Stey was amazing Anna was very helpful even had lockers available after checkout to store our bags before our flight.

Posizione, pulizia, confort, gentilezza dei proprietari, accoglienza. Tutto davvero fantastico.

Amazing stay! Super modern and clean room, with perfect location to explore Naples. Everything was within walking distance. Anna, the hostess, was awesome – really helpful and friendly. Totally recommend this place 100%!

Proprietari molto disponibili e sempre raggiungili. Ambiente moderno e pulito. Possibilità di late-checkout usando i loro Locker. Ottima posizione.

The place and the manager are absolutely incredible! Very clean, accessible and super convenient. She is so kind and welcoming – thank you for everything!

Everything - location, the room and facilities, the cleanliness, the hosts and staff. Could not fault it and would definitely stay again. Thanks Anna and Giuseppe!

Nothing

Muito bonito e prático e muito aconchegante

Location, cleanliness and check in.

Would have been nice to have a blanket or comforter on the bed or in closet.

Consigliatissimo!

What a wonderful, comfortable stay! The room is so nice, very clean and had lots of nice touches...especially the jacuzzi! Staff are very helpful and reply very quickly to any messages. They kindly brought us a bottle of fizz when we shared with them that it was a stop on our honeymoon, thank you!

Maybe a little better signage

Our stay in Naples was perfect! We were very happy with our time at Gallery Home. Anna was extremely nice and helpful she provided us with a lot of useful information that made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless, and the daily cleaning service kept it even cleaner. The location is perfect too just 5 minutes from the famous Pizzeria L’Antica and also from the Centro Storico of Naples. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with great views from multiple angles. Modern furnishings and extremely clean. The owners went above and beyond.

Jól frekventált helyen. Egész jó környéken van a szállás. Közelben epizzéria, sétáló utca . Elérhető közelségben a városközpont, kikötő, vasútállomás. Gondolom hangszigetelt. Az Apartman nagyon biztonságos. Jól felszerelt. A tulajjal személyesen bem találkoztunk, de whatsapp-on gyorsan reagált az üzeneteinkre. A szoba tiszta volt, kólákávét, takarítást mindennap kaptunk.

Very luxurious. Modern and exceptionally clean. The hosts had thought of everything

Nothing at all

Very nice room with more than perfect service, highly recommended! Good taste in decoration and facilities. Luggage storage and tour guide.

No

It is quiet even though it is next to a very busy street. The room was cleaned every day. The location is almost in a city center, close to many touristic attractions and stores. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi very much, and the owners sent a guide on how to use it. Also they surprised us with a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday which was a lovely gesture.

Room is big and newly renovated. Good location, 5 min walking distance from subway and 10 min from train station. The host was very helpful and booked us a taxi for our morning flight.

Not related to the Gallery Experience, but the neighborhood doesn't feel very safe after 10 PM.

Modern, easy access, great location, super clean!!

Everything is exceptional. The room was modern and clean with all what s needed. The communication was flawless and a lot of complementary info were given. Honestly, one of the best places I have ever been. I highly recommend this and would surely come back if back in Naples.

Giuseppe and his wife were brilliant 👌💪

Everything

We loved everything about our stay—from the host’s warm hospitality to the spotless cleanliness of the apartment. The in-room jacuzzi, intelligent tech features, and modern coffee machine added a luxurious touch, while the central location and balcony made it even more enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like the iron, spacious wardrobe, and regular refills of tea, coffee, and water. The apartment’s state-of-the-art design and overall quality made it feel like excellent value for money. The service and accommodation were perfectly aligned with the price—highly recommended!

Every thing was great

Room was very spacious and comfortable. It was very modern and the room included Netflix and wifi. It was very clean. Being in such a busy area the room was very sound proof.

Nothing.

From check in to check out, everything was amazing!! The location is perfect with the metro only a moment away. Walking distance to many restaurants and locations made it a breeze to get around. Everything was absolutely spotless in our room. The facilities were perfect, the hot tub, tv, showers and kitchen was everything we needed!! I have travelled a lot over the years and I have to say our host Anna, was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The attention to detail and advice prior to our trip, during our trip and with the birthday package I purchased, made this one of the best experiences I have ever received. I cannot recommend Gallery Experience/home enough and we will 100% be back when we visit Naples again! Thanks again for making our trip amazing.

Nothing! It was perfect. All staff treated us so well.

Very modern, clean and comfortable room. The host was also very helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Great value for money!

Czysto, wygodnie, łatwy check-in zdalny, możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę.
