On the booking site it was indicated that there are 2 beds and a private kitchen. There was only 1 double bed and a communal kitchen shared with other guests. Noise from the nearby road

Staff was unfriendly. Cleaning of rooms only done every 3rd day. Was constantly harassed about the number people staying with us. Lights in certain rooms not working properly. Was not informed about any issues we might encounter in the room. Such as the first morning the kids showered and the whole room got flooded. Not very child friendly but allow children according to the booking. Only got towels the day we got there. Stay for 3 days. Had to make use of our own towels. Only certain rooms had keys for the gate.

The cleaner was not easily reachable and she is the one responsible for any concerns and her attitude was not pleasant,they way she talk to people can be rude at times I even had to tell her that am talking to her nicely so she’s rather do the same

Some building works was on going and interfered with some rests needed from players in-between games. Some rooms finishing was not completed. Beds was rock hard some and others was okay. No TV in the main assembly room although pictures showed there was. Cooking on a small portable plate was not ideal for a group of 13 people. Not enough cutlery for a full group of 13 people. Some fridges did not work. Accommodation is under construction I understand but would have at least like to be warned before hand that this is the case. Paying full amount for all rooms just feels like we were hard done by. Although a extra bed was arrange and payed for was really much appreciated.

I requested a cancellation of my 11 days booking after I have seen the property and it did not corespond with the advertisement at all. The add on Bookings.com was grossly misleading: it said a private 1 bedroom apartment, it is in fact a 6 bedroom house with different inhabitants in every room. The shared communal spaces are dark and neglected...paint is coming off the walls. Fridge in room apparently not working well. I left without staying there at all. It is a dump.They did not reply to my request to cancel the booking or follow up emails. Stay away!!! This should not be on a reputable site as Bookings.com

Wi-fi wasn't working for at least 3days and no communication was done by management leaving the lady having to deal with the guests 😕 complaints. Electricity also on the lower level tripped and no explanation was given, no time line was given as to what was the problem and time expected to fix the problem.

We didn't expect that it was my boyfriendz birthday and I wanted to do a whole big thing for him I booked the place cause i thought it meant the entire place is ours when we got there it was something like a horror movie it was a small room felt like I was scammed I wanted to cry I just want my money back we had to sit there and look for a different place had to spend extra money iv never been so disappointed in my life the pictures and the place is not the same worse birthday weekend ever The lady who opened the gate was unwelcoming and besides being understanding to our situations she kept rushing us to leave we drove all the way from boksburg I'm not okay

Ad says it's entire place but it's actually just a house with rooms. There were lots of ants in the room as well as cockroaches in the fridge.Bottom part of fridge was not working .Very small bathroom whereby the door could not open properly. They need to throw away the rubble in the garden as it is creating pests..We can't also expect 5 star hotel for the price.

We were under the impression the room was on ground floor, as my Mom needed to see the doctor for her hip, but we had to climb stairs, which was excuciating to my Mother and nerve-wracking to me, getting her up and down the stairs. The shower is in the bath without any form of divider or shower curtain. The toilet is not inside the room, you have to go out. The Aircon was not working. There is no balcony. The light switches are broken, as is the fan in the room, in general the house needs a bit of maintenance, the house itself, it's living area seems a bit neglected, but it was clean and they were very quick to assist us with accommodation on very short notice.

Cupboards are broken, aircon not working. Only a fan that also had its day, it is as good as there was no fan at all. The toilet was outside the room not on at all.
