Waterfalls Boutique Hotel

The staff members are very helpful and welcoming 🙏.

Zero.

Spacious room

Cold and electric plug points limited next to bed.

Warmness the Front Office Staff members.

Aircon wasn't working properly in my room.

The property is super clean… the staff is friendly

The venue for breakfast was cold… need to make heaters available in cold weather.

Beautiful, serene with a lovely garden. I loved the four poster bed and the garden and pool view from my balcony. The food is also made well and I really enjoyed their cocktails.

Water was always not warm

Friendly Staff

We had some power problems

Everything. They added an extra bed at no cost for my daughter, upgraded us to the honeymoon suite which is so beautiful and cosy. Location is perfect, close to Menlyn Mall and Sunbet Arena. The breakfast was delicious. Overall the place is beautiful 😍

Nothing

Comfortable accommodation in a very good location.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great.

I asked to bring my child with at a later stage and was accommodated properly.

Breakfast was lovely and staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Lambshanks were awesome for supper.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

There was no hot water in the morning at all,we had to shower with cold water.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super hilfsbereiten Personal in einer Sicheren Gegend.

Breakfast was good, loved the location, felt like I wasn't really in Gauteng.

Not that I didn't like the breakfast, just maybe have more variety

Friendly staff

The toilet in the bathroom would occasionally run for a long while after flushing.

Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating

After recent back surgery, the stairs was a bit challenging. But that is no fault of the facility

Location. Room size

Need couch or chairs for at least two persons in room

Location Generator—- really helped

Bathroom / door setup in the family room was awkward..

Exceptional service from the moment I arrived!

Wifi was not good, had to use my own data to get onto the internet.

Staff is very friendly, and helpfull, room is very nice and bed also very comfortable, nice view.

Jacuzzi is very expensive to use, with that price you can add a drink. Breakfast was also very nice, just would have liked to have more milk for morning coffee in the room. Curtains are not block out so the sun wakes you up round about 7

Location perfect. Bed lovely. Everything you need.

spacious accomodation

Nice location, the gardens are well maintained and lovely.

For a 4 star boutique hotel the room looked dilapidated. The walls have dirty marks and chipped, loose wires at the tv area. Kettle looked dirty inside and scale built-up. Bathroom ceiling looked water damaged, very small toilet too close to the shower. Noisy with roadnoise from the highway just behind the property. Breakfast was included but we skipped it, breakfast area did not look appealing.

The breakfast was superb 👌

Nothing

The property is overall really beautiful and the room was huge.

The parking isn’t the best, and the food quality left a lot to be desired

The place is beautiful , stuff and food are good

Unfortunately, the place is situated closer than l expected to the main road

Almost everything, Very serviceminded and kind staff. Acces to a pool. Pretty bulding, green and safe location. Very spacy room

The building is located not too far from a motorway (background noise)

Prachtige kamer, prima diner, behulpzaam personeel

Alles in orde

King size bed and very clean, every thing works.

Nothing

작은 부티크 호텔이지만 경치도 좋았고 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 방의 인테리어도 좋았습니다.

밤에 추워서 온풍기를 켰는데 조금 시끄러웠습니다.

The bed was comfortable

Lack of maintenance, tv remote did not work, not a hotel but a guest house, highway to noise

Our Stay was awesome although it was a late in and and a early out

The only thing that I can suggest you improve in the room we stayed in there was only 1 small tea saucer plate to dish up one , so there were no plates to eat from but wr had a take away and used the small saucer to warm the food

Bathroom interior was beautiful

None

Spacious, clean, staff not in Ur face

On 1 or 3 occasions, they took to long to respond to their WhatsApp line.

Heel vriendelijke manager De personeel helpt je met alles, wat personeel betreft, vind ik het een vijfster

Het viel tegen dat de basis niet op orde was: schimmel en insecten in de kamer, matig ontbijt en lawaai van de weg

The architecture of the hotel is amazing, and the room design is impressive. The food was very good, both at dinner and breakfast. I also think it is a great place for photo sessions.

You just need to be married to stay in room #8, as the bath room there has no walls )

Everything. They moved me to a bigger room with a beautiful view without any extra cost

I really liked the room, it was up to standard, the facilities were good and we enjoyed. And the food was good as well

It is very cozy

Breakfast was not good. the omelet was very bad

Quite place

Everything was good. I had no complaints.

Breakfast could maybe be served until 10am as opposed to 9.30am abd maybe a bigger variety for vegetarians.

Staff were great, the breakfast was great, room service was great when we needed it. The facilities were tranquil and the area is safe and exclusive. The rooms and bed were fantastic.

Prima locatie met comfortabele kamers.

The tranquil atmosphere helps settling in smoothly. The room was an easy access to the parking bay. Breakfast was very nice actually. It has the buffet style for coffee and yogurt etc, you can also order things like English breakfast from the ladies there.

There is literally no view to anything, and shower being in the same room as bedroom making the whole room very humid after shower. the parking space is a bit tight, I see all the cars struggle to get out.

Very clean and luxurious

Pillows were a bit to soft

Helpful & friendly receptionist, lovely breakfast, and dinner menu had good options. Full TV satellite and good big rooms. Good location.

Room is very small - when we asked to be moved perhaps to a room with a balcony we were told the establishment is fully booked Which we doubt as there were only 2 cars in parking bays - sunday morn we were only 4 couples having Breakfast Weird

Room very small Leaking basin plumbing which we did report

The location

The room wasn’t the clean it was quite dusty the beddings were stained. The bedding’s and mates could have been changed. I noticed that the same beddings were used throughout my stay

The Breakfast was good. The location met our requirements. Room was clean and comfortable and had a view over the residential area and highway.

We were early and had to wait for our room to get ready. We were seated, then their was a lady staff member behind the kitchen counter cleaning her throat and sucking from her nose through to her through several times so much so that I asked her if she were ill. She then replied that she had sinus. This was very disturbing as we realized that she is working in the kitchen.

The staff was very nice and helped me when I needed to leave early.
