Beautiful heritage complex with very professional staff and a neat environment. Restaurant was of good quality, enjoyed every dish. Some names I will always remember: Arshdeep Jaspreet Pradeep Abhishek Wonderful people of the restaurant ❤️❤️

Well, they did their best to accommodate us. Free shuttle from the airport would be a good gesture! Only thing which stuck us was that the staff wasn’t so fluent in the local Punjabi language. Would be nice if they were multilingual. Languages are assets of our society 🙏🏻

The location

The room that we got had the most atrocious view and for a "newer' property, the bathroom in the room felt like it was constructed 5 years ago. The staff who are assigned to clean up need more training. We found dirty linen, floor, etc.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful old-school charm and character. The building looks stunning from the outside, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. I especially loved having a balcony, which added to the overall experience. The food was also excellent- we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything we tried was delicious.

The staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, particularly in the restaurant. We had booked breakfast and dinner along with our stay. While breakfast was good, the dinner buffet had very limited options, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant was also quite quiet in the evenings, with very few guests, so it didn’t have the lively and welcoming atmosphere we were expecting. However, the food that was served was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it.

Great location, accessible with a heritage feel. Great Staff and attention to service.

The facilities were hit and miss. And so was the service esp. Room Service. During our stay, one of the rooms (we had three rooms) lights went out. The elevators were no working another time. We asked for room service and cleanup which took too long and multiple reminders. So overall was a hit and miss for us.

Loud noise probably from pub downstairs and also unwanted guest ringing bell .. this needs to be monitored and addressed correctly for safety reason i was staying in 221 when someone came around 9 ringing our bell

We only stayed one night. We spent a fair bit of time trying to find a decent hotel, and then were informed about this hotel by our taxi driver. We'd never heard of it before, but we were desperate for a clean place to stay at. When we arrived, we were shown the rooms (upon request) before even booking, and were so impressed we booked on the spot, for 17 of us! It was definitely worth it.

The property is visually stunning from the outside. The interior is also impressive especially as the hotel is relatively new so everything looks new. The dining room is impressive and the food is of high quality. The rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend the property which is close to 5 stars rather than the 4 stars it is rated. The rate we got was also very good. The proximity to the Golden Temple is about 15 mins in a taxi.

Overall staff were great special mention to Rajesh who gave my parents early check in. One small gripe was that the hotel said we could have an extended check out, on the day we went to Harminder Sahib, but then started to call us about noon as they said they needed the room back, this created a bit of a rush for the excursion.

The hotel makes a strong first impression with its grand lobby and overall scale. The friendly, professional, and helpful staff made for a smooth and very pleasant stay. Dining options were extensive with very good food throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Location is very good. Very close to train station. Hotel entrance looks very royal. Food is very tasty. Breakfast had lot many options to satisfy everyones taste buds. Food was freshly made. Highlight was kulcha and masala milk.

Location is relatively peaceful for being located within a vibrant 24/7 city - proximity to railway station and Lal Ma Devi Temple - rooms with balconies and two working lifts - excellent breakfasts and In Room dining - reception including night staff awesome and door staff - little glitches with housekeeping which they worked promptly to resolve - would stay again.

Glitches with housekeeping BUT they did work promptly to resolve. Advertised roof terrace which turned out to be under construction and inaccessible but this information wasn’t communicated clearly. Everyone clearly working hard and doing their very best but there were small repeated shortfalls but nothing unresolved within short space of time.

Nice views and breakfast was good. Very large room.

Finishings were very cheap and parts of the room were unfinished. We had a sewage smell in the 1st room we got then moved.

The room weren’t super clean , the furniture are all damaged. It was freezing we had to wear our ski jacket at breakfast, température is the same than outside… this is terrible. And no sport facilities open due to renovations

Modern property in excellent location. Restaurant / breakfast was a highlight out out stay

We had a good stay at Sarovar Premiere Amritsar. The property is stunning and the rooms were very nice and clean. The location was great- everything was about 10 minutes away. And, we thought the food was top-notch!

Not all the facilities/amenities at the hotel were open to us due to construction. Also, there was a NYE party and the tickets sold-out. We wish the staff would have let us know the sell-out expectation so we could make our plans earlier.

Cold showers. Very disappointing, you don’t pay 5 star price for cold showers. Was mentioned to many staff. But not actioned sadly.

Fantastic looking hotel, supported by great staff and excellent rooms. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

Location was superb, close to most of the major attractions.

Lack of restaurants, everything served from one location, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. No gym or spa despite adverts on the main entrance. We also had a creaky bed that ruined our sleep for the first two nights, the room was changed and a complimentary dinner for two was provided excluding drinks. The room aesthetics are average with wood veneers used throughout instead of real wood and not exceptionally clean, hand towels had to be requested several times and only one was provided. So definitely not a 5* experience.

It isn’t 5 star hotels as it hasn’t got 5 star facilities,it’s more like 4*.you only get one room card key which is very inconvenient .

The hotel is nice…

But you don’t feel in home or welcome. They have preferences for some guests and close you the uber door in your face if an important guest arrive at same time than you. That happened to me without an explanation. Also if you are a foreigner, they will take pictures to all your documents, but for their important guests they don’t ask anything. I didn’t feel safe…

I really love the small details and the historic design of the House. The service provided by Simran Kauf at the restaurant was exceptional!!

I do believe this was caused by leaking water in the bathroom. I am suggesting to tighten the handles in the bathroom and replace all Of them

We stayed in some very good hotels during our trip to India but the Sarovar Premiere would have to be our favourite. The attention to detail and the friendliness and care of the staff is top notch. It was sad to leave this beautiful place. I thoroughly recommend you stay at the Sarovar when you are in Amritsar

The stay was pretty nice and the staff was quite welcoming. I quite enjoyed the breakfast, it had a good variety.

Excellent location. Staff at restaurant are very good. The cake cutting organised for seeing us off turned out to be our 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration, that was memorable.

Room AC gets switched on after we check into the room. It takes almost an hour for the room to cool down. Please ensure sufficient quantities of toiletries in the bathroom.

Friendly staff and location. Food served in restaurant is very delicious. Chef Khajan SIngh and Nandini took extra effort to serve customised food for us. Really nice.

My stay at the hotel was truly heartwarming and memorable. Right from the moment I arrived, the welcome felt genuine and warm. The room was not just big and airy, but also gave a sense of calm and comfort that made me feel at home. I loved the vibe of the entire place — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet, included in my package, was a real treat — so much variety, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. The Chef Khazan was kind enough to prepare dishes out of the buffet menu. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so polite, kind, and attentive. A special shout-out to the wonderful people at the reception and in the kitchen — their warm smiles and thoughtful service truly stood out. They definitely deserve appreciation by name. Hearty thanks to Ms.Kashish n Tushar from the reception and the entire team from the kitchen, especially Chef Khazan & Chef Deepak .... support staff, Ms. Dipti, Ms. Gayatri, Ms. Nandini & Mr. Pramod. If I revist Amritsar, I would definitely like to be a guest of Sarova Premiere.. Thanks all once again 🙏

Very new and while it is modern it has a beautiful traditional architecture

The Air Conditioning in the room was not working , the swimming pool salt was not there, The staff charged me from my card even when I opted to pay at the hotel . The staff had no knowledges how to run the hotel and deal with the client. A very bad experience. The staff were kept knocking at the room door when it was not meant for us. Over all a very bad experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The breakfast and food were of high quality and delicious 😋
