Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar

Rooms were clean

Elevator is very very small and there is no Newspaper available in the hotel for the Guests

The Location is quite strategic and within 5-10 mnts distance from key places.

Most of the staff during the day were interns manning the different departments.

The hotel itself was well maintained and spacious.

Interestingly it had a pool, the rooms were very pleasing for the size

Location

All good

The services offered at the restaurant by Mr Abhinay were excellent

I recently visited this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I had a wonderful experience. The entire stay was comfortable and memorable. The Housekeeping Team was fantastic. They arranged a beautiful birthday decoration in the room, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. I would also like to specially appreciate one gentleman from the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was extremely polite, humble, and helpful throughout my stay. The Front Office Team was also very supportive and provided me with an early check-in, which made my experience even better. Thank you so much to both the Front Office and Housekeeping Teams for your warm hospitality. The hotel’s location is also very convenient and close to the railway station. The food was good as well. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service and wonderful hospitality. I truly enjoyed my birthday celebration and would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a great time. Harsh in okra restaurant was very hospitable and is an asset to the company. Kudos

The approach to the Hotel looks very ordinary.

Great hospitality personal attention. Good tasty food. Clean rooms tidy Lenin. Good and great stay.

All ok

Hotel moderno limpio y cuidado.

Alguna familia ruidosa en las cercanías

Located in the mid of the city... Easy to reach.

Very Good

Pool Timings may be increased

Nette kamer en goede douche

Lift duurde erg lang om te kunnen gebruiken vooral tussen 8 en 10 in de ochtend. Extra liften worden overigens gemaakt.

Värsta erfarenheten någonsin redan i receptionen. Obehaglig upplevelse.

Personalen.

Breakfast

Light and technical glitches all the time, wifi not working, room phone not working properly, cleaniness issue

best room

all things was good I liked the hotel's professional work environment, teamwork, guest-focused service culture, and the opportunity to learn and grow my skills. I also appreciated the hospitality standards and the way the staff worked together to ensure guest satisfaction

There was nothing significant that I disliked.

Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar is located very close to the railway station, at a walkable distance of not even five minutes. I was greeted with personal attention the moment I entered the hotel, and was escorted to my room by the staff member rather than just being handed the key. Large rooms, good amenities, great working WiFi. A sufficiently spacious aqua area. The room 427 overlooked the swimming pool, nicely tucked away on the third floor. The only grouse I have is that the breakfast could have been a tad more elaborate. Amritsari chhole, aloo bhaji, noodles, Moong dal wadas, Idli Wada, dosa, omelette. Aloo Parathas. The bakery items, in particular, were mediocre. But maybe I am nitpicking. An awesome experience overall, and yes, for an encore gain.

Location, look and feel, courteous staff.

Very minor issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. Shelf’s were not clean.

Clean and staff was friendly

Nil

Staff were very kind and helpful. Humble people overall.

1. We had a late night flight. We were napping in the afternoon, and they were door bell not once but thrice and it was not meant for us. The first service guy came with pizza and alcohol when we said we did not order it. The following door bell came by saying we asked for extra luggage services which we also did not. This really disturbed our sleep. 2. Everyday housekeeping cleaned our room as we requested but no replacement of towels were kept, instead we had to ask every time.

Everything is perfect hospitality staff food

Just only thing I don’t like size of room is very small

Polite, couteous and helpful staff and nice property

Room was well equipped - every small detail taken care

The flooring and furniture looked aged/worn out

“Highly Recommended Hotel in Amritsar – Luxury Stay, Tasty Cuisine & Superb Staff” Had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and gave a perfect luxury feel. The restaurant served very tasty and delicious food with excellent quality and variety. Staff service was truly superb — very cooperative, polite, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool and gym were well maintained and added a great experience to the stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with great hospitality, tasty cuisine, and outstanding service. Highly recommended to all visiting Amritsar.

Wonderful experience and services Rahul, Akshay and Shailendra were a great help, adding to the overall great stay

Room was adequately sized, had good amenities. Cleanliness was good.

The baby cot provided was broken.

It was okay

Swimming pool was dirty filled with bird poo. This should have been cleaned on a regular basis. No chilled water at the bar or the shop at reception, this is not acceptable when the weather was 40 degrees outside. Room service number nobody picked up multiple times.

Very warm & courteous team, Amritsari chole-kulcha are a must try, comfortable stay.

Excellent service gesture by Mr Gursharan Singh during checkin with personal care of luggage 🧳

Swimming pool cleaning was not done before 8am

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional and every member of staff made us feel valued and comfortable. The security presence also made us feel very safe and reassured at all times, which was greatly appreciated. A special mention has to go to Poojah from housekeeping, who cleaned our room beautifully every single day. She went above and beyond and even created a stunning flower display on the bed for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her attention to detail and kindness truly made our stay extra special. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar. Brilliant service all round.

The most exceptional customer service by the staff. There were so many and it's hard to remember all the names. Thank you to Arshdeep Singh, Rajan, Ravinder Singh and many more too.

Excellent housekeeping service by Sajan and Aman. Both are extremely professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. The cleanliness and upkeep were maintained exceptionally well, and their polite and cooperative nature made the experience even better. Truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
