Reviewed Oct 30, 2024If you are in need of a place away from the madding crowd, look no further. Off the beaten track, and then a bit. Beautiful scenery, fresh air and friendly hosts.
No problems with the accommodation, but the roads in Gisborne are shocking.

Lee was an excellent friendly hostess providing good directions for finding the property and alerting us to the unmade road access. We didnt find this a problem as its a lovely part of rural New Zealand and just needs taking slowly
An actual slim kitchen unit housing the microwave and kettle etc would improve accessibility when using the facilities.
