A short walk to the Dutch square and most sightseeing buildings. Also quite spacious and use of kitchen.

It is near a busy thoroughfare and can be challenging to cross the road.

The stay was good & location is right in the city centre. Shopping mall was within walking distance & so much to choose for food. If only the apartment has a microwave, it would be much better. Otherwise, everything else was ok....

Check in war gut dokumentiert. Lage war gut, aber es muss eine große Straße überquert werden. Waschmaschine, aber wir hatten dafür ein kleineres Apartment bekommen (was aber in Ordnung war).

Hätte für den Preis sauberer sein können. Warmwasserboiler funktionierte nicht, oder benötigt eine Anleitung.

The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful.

All furniture were the cheapest ones possible and very not comfortable special sofa and bed. The kitchen furniture, fridge has at least 20 years old. All the property need to be refresh even the swimming pool is full of moisture

Goeie uitleg over het inchecken, voldoende foto's en direct contact met de host via Whatsapp. Mooi zwembad. Ligging bij shoppingcenter. Om de stad te bereiken heb je taxi nodig, maar dit gaat vlot.

Heel gehorige kamer. Het lawaai van de straat was overheersend tot laat in de nacht wat slapen bijna onmogelijk maakt. Constant sirenes en druk verkeer. Het appartement was wel proper (met uitzondering van de airfryer) maar alles is dringend aan renovatie toe.

- for the two of us the apartment had a nice size. It was nice and homely. - we like the swimmingpool - we like it that there is a big shopping area just at the other side of the street. - you can pass underneath the Family Store to cross the shopping centre and from there it is easy to walk to the centre of town

Big apartment and clean. Lot of space and comfortable. Mahkota hospital is just need cross the street from the apartment. Friendly security at the apartment complex. We definitely back here again and staying at Century Mahkota.

A great location near to shopping mall. Facilities are functioning during stay. Security guards are friendly. Person in charged is very helpful and fast reply. Price is reasonable. As a conclusion, i will come for stay again

The building is old model but still functioning well. With the price, i can't expected more.

The Landlord MS Lay Tin is very enthusiastic and provides detailed occupancy information, so I can move in the apartment; the apartment environment is very good, and it is very close to attractions such as large shopping malls, night markets, red buildings, mosques and other attractions.

Pretty good location but have to cross a main road with no crossing to get to shops and malls. 10 minutes from dutch square

Stayed at the weekend and the main road was used as a drag race circuit! Wasn't worth having windows, they stop absolutely no noise at all.

Great apartment and just as shown in the pictures. Clean of a little worn in places. Comfortable bed. Strong wifi. Good view from the balcony. Clear check in instructions so easy to find. Walkable to the main sights in Malacca. We did laundry nearby at a self service place. There's a shopping mall just across the road that has good variety of shops, we were able to get a couple of things we needed. Pool looked good but we didn't end up using it. Would happily stay again.

Near all attractions ,parking lots & easy to find at apt lobby . The apt is spacious can accommodate 3 to 6 person ,also clean & comfortable .Very satisfied holiday with my new 7m old baby 😀

Fast response from the host. Overall was really good. Had fun in the pool. Was walking distance to the best club in melaka. Had fun there with the awesome djs and strobing lights.

Perfect location: walking distance to malls, historical sites and eating ports. No deposit required: owner trusts us, of course we will not do harm to the apartment. :-) Hassle-free check in and security check. Ample parking space. The best is, we can park anywhere. Newly painted hotel blocks. Unit is just nice for 3 adults. Nice city view. It was windy when we came. Very comfy! Free complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water. Nowadays, homestays do not provide these.

Hotel management: Only 1 entrance and exit. Had to drive one big round to exit. Some parts of the road need to resurface.

This is not a negative comment, just for future guests: don‘t feel irritated by the looks of the buildig - I think it was a hotel back in the day and it is under construction now - the flat is renovated and really, really nice!!

Very good location. Pool facilities really lovely. Apartment has everything you need for a few nights stay. Very clean.

Building works & construction happening on our last day which was very loud so could not rest. The ‘Hotel’ the apartment is located in looks quite runned down which is a shame because it has so much potential. Clearer instructions on how to find Wing 2 will make the apartment easier to find for guests when the ‘lobby’ isn’t functioning.

The location was excellent as we were able to walk from the place to the main attractions such as A Famosa area, Jonker Walk Street, etc. The place was cosy and just nice for 3 people stay. The view from the balcony was great.

Aircon is not strong. It will be better if the curtain in the bedroom is blackout.

Location is great, nearby shopping malls, restaurants. Sights are also nearby. The place is cozy and spacious. Owner is responsive.

Host Ms. Lay Tin made the arrangements very well. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Highly recommended.

Location is a plus, comfy bed.

Self check-in is a mess. Hard to find the exact bulding among a few. In an offer should be clearly pointed 'WING 2' to be searched for. Building quite old and smelly, I wouldn't dare to use the swimming pool, as it seams not to be mantained regulary. The biggest issue is the noise thoug. Building is placed next to a busy road, without earplugs you won't sleep a minute.

Cosy apartment that is very well maintained. Had a mini fridge, coffee/tea/sugar and a toaster oven. Sofa bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. TV was a good size and we were able to chill watching Netflix. Curtains were able to block out the sun

Location and comfortable facilities, provided with the basic amenities. Shopping just across the road, free parking and helpful Security Officers. Gps directed me to the old entrance, hahahaha.

The washing basic too low for a adult, but good for family with children. Not an issue.

They have everything inside room , when I talk about everything that's mean all facilities including cutlery, owner is very nice helpful, he allowed me to early check in.water and coffee tea , everything inside , enjoy Netflix, Air-conditioning was excellent 👍

Overall nice apartment. Host was helpful. Drinking water was supplied which was a nice touch.

Bed was hard, could definitely do with a more comfortable replacement. Shower was very slow, only one toilet roll.
