Bit concerned the door to the street was never locked and the hallway smelt smokey.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Camera alloggio per un passaggio veloce, 1 notte, la Camera è proprio sopra al pub, semplice ma pulita, un pub tranquillo frequentato solo da locals senza musica dal vivo ne tantomeno cucina, infatti non si può cenare, ne fare colazione ma in camera c'è un bollitore per l'acqua e il necessario per prepararsi un tè caldo o per un caffè solubile. La posizione è ottimale nella via principale dove ci sono negozi, ovviamente pub e un supermercato aperto fino alle 21:00. La sera si vive l'atmosfera irlandese con musica live nei pub e per la strada. Consigliato.

Hardly had room for the 2 suitcases in the room. The house is an old one, and every step and bathroom usage in the other rooms / on the staircase is heard as noise.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum von Clifden und trotzdem überraschend ruhig (selbst an einem Freitagabend über dem Pub). Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und sehr sympathisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine tolle Atmosphäre und ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Clifden. Parkieren kann man direkt an der Strasse davor.
Die Betten waren minimal durchgelegen und könnten etwas bequemer sein (das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau)...
