El baño es mixto y para ser mujer era un poco incómodo. No sentí privacidad ni para ir al toilet ni para ducharme. Hubiese sido perfecto si era baño de mujer y hombre

前台有一个戴眼镜的小哥长得还挺帅的，服务态度也很好，整个房间没有异味，卫生也很干净，女生宿舍是独立出来的很安心，地理位置也很方便出门就是当地有名的女装一条街，去市中心的景点打车基本上只要几分钟，很遗憾走的时候没能再看到这个前台小帅哥。

楼梯太窄太高了，每次爬完都会出很多汗，很累。

Der dorm sehr klein kaum Platz zum bewegen ,und auch sehr hoch 4 Etage ohne Aufzug einen schweren Koffer muss Mann unten im Empfang lassen .die Jalousien an den Betten sind zwar stabil aber sehr unbequem und machen Krach Bein hoch und runter ziehen und das Metall Rohr schlägt an das Metall Bett und wacht einen auf . Es gibt manche Leute die sich da wohl für längere Zeit eingenistet. Haben und sich wie zu Hause fühlen was grundlegen nicht schlecht ist so lange sie die anderen Gäste in Ruhe lassen .es geht um die. Zwei Damen aus Russland oder Ukraine die meinen die Geste auf ihre Plätze einweisen zu müssen was eine unangenehme Stimmung erzeugt hat ,ich finde die sollten von der Besatzung des Hostel angemahnt werden sich um eigene Angelegenheiten zu kümmern und die anderen in Ruhe lassen . Sehr unsympathisch .

Très bonne hostel ! Je recommande, l'accès ce fait depuis l'hôtel ! Ce n'est pas gênant car il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous accueillir ou vous ouvrir quand c'est tard le soir.

Beds were clean and very comfortable. About a 15-20 mins walk from main attractions. The bed also has a little desk which is so good for anyone that needs a private space to work. They let me check in early and shower late on my check out day before and overnight bus

Bathrooms are dirty. Sink never seemed to be clean had gross stuff from the person before in. Not a super social hostel but I wasn’t looking for that

干净，员工勤劳。地点不错。步行10分钟之内可至网红法棍🥖店，8万7，美味；另一家连续三年的米其林牛肉米粉店，店小，人气火热。民宿周围的街边店，有几家很不错。离范五老街也不远，夜生活有很多去处。这家民宿非常适合背包客，性价比不错。

员工能更熟练地介绍市区的景点以及往返的交通就更好了。整个城市交通对于初到和短期逗留的人不是很友好。

Only good thing was the location

Abysmal from start to finish. - States on booking 24hr reception, we arrived at 5am to drop off our bags and had to knock to get in, the employee started whinging due to being woken up and opened to the door to tell us check in was at 2pm… - We dropped off our bags and returned around 9am and my bag was saturated, asked another employee what had happened in the bag area and she said she didn’t know, we figured out the following morning they water the flowers that adorn the wall and that runs down the stairs and down onto the bags. - We returned around 4pm to check in and upon doing so were told they didn’t have beds for us and we would have to move to another location they had over 1km away, we were asking for detail and then all of a sudden there was beds for us there. * I should add that at no point between 5 - 9am did either of the employees ask/confirm if we actually had a booking at the accommodation. - There were cockroaches in the room, we informed employees, they grimaced but nothing was done about it. - Employees don’t seem to want to work there, despite their being cleaning staff there they seemed to spend more time chatting in the hang out area than working, same can be said for they receptionist employees who spent a lot of time in the other hostels. We witnessed a few other issues occurring with other guests and can only say that from what we had experienced we were in no ways surprised.

El nuevo equipo no tienen experiencia de cómo llevar un hostel, lamentablemente desconocen cómo dialogar entre ellos sin crear negatividad en los huéspedes... Creen que no entendemos vietnamita! Se hacen notar, chillán hablando en vez de susurrar en las zonas comunes, los clientes no podemos trabajar con nuestros ordenadores... La limpieza de los baños zonas comunes y habitaciones ha perdido muchísimo respecto al mes anterior

Wifi not working and when working is unstable and slow. Backpack must be placed in a locker which is tiny, it's not permitted to bring shoes inside but people do it anyway. Bathroom is understairs, not so easy to reach. AC too strong and cannot regulate.

Son profesionales, al menos estan intentando dar un buen servicio organizado a los clientes; la zona, por diversos motivos, es lo que mas me gusto, pero a nivel de organizacion, tienen REGULACIONES en casi todas las areas (cocina, baños, dormitorio...bueno, excepto el dormitorio superior) Valoro mucho que hayan puesto dispersores de aceite esencial en los baños, y seria muy de agradecer que tambien los pusieran en los dormitorios. Las camas son comodas y bien instaladas con iluminacion y conexiones de electricidad, mesa para trabajar, colgador para ropa, así como una cortina opaca que permite privacidad.

El dormitorio superior no tiene cartel de regulaciones, y esto es un conflicto con otros huespedes, en especial cuando no entienden que la regulacion es que el silencio en dormitorios comienza a las 22h. Esto es un error, que la propiedad debe de solucionar lo antes posible. En otras areas existen, y en otros dormitorios, pero en el del piso superior lo han olvidado. Por otro lado, limpian los baños una vez al dia. En mi opinion, no están sucios, pero tampoco están limpios suficientemente. Creo que debieran tener una persona, que al menos limpie los baños de 2 a 3 veces al dia, y que marque en un cuadro de seguimiento o check list, que está realizado. Informar a los huespedes de normas de convivencia comunal, nunca va de más, y es el camino de ganar reputación dentro de los clientes que valoran y cuidan los lugares!

the location is good

i came here upon suggestion of my friend (later we realised he made a mistake) it was the worst stay. i do not recomment especially to any female to stay here. on the first day there were drinking local men downstairs, iwent out and while i came back at 23.30 saw they are still drinking. at that time almost nowhere to go, i showered and while i returned to my room i saw a drunk local men getting naked in from of the dorm room. horrible. i slept in fear and doomscrolling. the next day i changed to another place even i paid for reservation. horrible, dirty.

Toilet is dirty.

The bed was comfortable and sufficiently large. I was cold at night with the mixed dorm AC but the Staff (Linh) was so thoughtful that she provided me with an extra blanket in the middle of the night, which was perfect and I slept well throughout the night. Linh is very kind, personable, attentive, easy to talk to and makes sure that the requests were met. All the service was great. The hostel is located in a local alley. If you like privacy and quietness, you will love this hostel. Also it is very near the MRT (which I used daily, very convenient to commute throughout the city center). It is also close to the backpacker street, in the city center so you can see the vibrant city life and walk to many city facilities nearby. They clean the hostel daily so the hygiene is on point (though it may not be perfect). The housekeeper is also very nice and friendly to help you with the needs. There's a kitchen with lots of utensils (microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, knife, fork,...) and well-organized by the staff so you'll usually see it tidy. The free water purifier is perfect and provides me with everything I need in the middle of the city. Upon check-in, the hostel provides a big thoughtful bag (with bathroom amenities), so you can carry your stuff around when showering. The towel is free of charge and can be changed daily if you need to, which is very cool.

It's a city hostel, at the very center of the biggest city of Vietnam, so you can't expect spacious areas to hang around with, which is reasonable and understandable. However, with this price, I've received great values and care. I'm glad that I chose Amango other than some of those at a lower price.

Everything was really clean, towel provided, beds are comfortable. There was a small incident of a guy in our room making me and my friend very uncomfortable, but when we went and explained the situation to the receptionist, she put us in a different room (female only), with no extra charge. It made me really happy that she supported us and she handled the situation very well. She also talked to the guy about keeping quiet, though he wasn't understanding. That wasn't the hostels fault of course, the staff handled the situation very well.

Spacious capsule with comfortable mattress and lots of storage room. The locker was big enough to fit my 60l backpacks and other things. Lots of good and cheap food in the area.

Unlike photos show, the roof terrace doesn't exist anymore, and the only place to sit/hang out is the lobby with kitchenette. Would be alright if not an extremely noisy water pump working there that can give you a headache.

The bedrooms were lovely and clean. Great charging ports, a table and comfy beds. They have big lockers. The staff were so nice and welcoming. It’s a very quiet hostel.

The bathrooms are on the bottom floor next to reception whilst we were on the top floor and they are mixed gender but still very clean.

The location was great. The bed was very comfy and as it is capsule is very private. Also the bathroom was very clean

I asked for a bottom bed as I have an issue on my hip, and they didn’t read my request so they gave me a top bed even thought there was bottom bed available. I asked again and they say no, so I had to climb once a day so the pain wasn’t that bad. Also we run out of toilet paper and entire day and one of the girls in my room ask for it but it was never replace, so make sure you bring your own The common area was quite nasty, smelled really weird and quite dirty, so I guess that’s something it should improve

Hostel has everything you need, such as cooking facilities and enough toilets and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. It is very good for the price, and the staff are nice and helpful. The area around is nice with some cafes and shops. You can book some tours with the hostel for good prices.

I was very happy with everything. One minor thing is that the dining/cooking/communal area is small. But this is not a major problem.

Community space like shown on the booking pictures was turned into another dorm - green area as shown on the pictures wasn’t there anymore. So the reality check created a slight disappointment.

This one is quite old and a little bit damage, I stayed before in the new one. The curtain doesn’t cover complete the light, and it’s freezing in the rooms. An extra cleaning in the common areas would be nice.

Great sleeping quarters with keycard lockers. Nice and cool in the rooms. I wanted to extended two extra nights, and they were able to do it no problem at all. Super easy process. Would definitely stay here again next time in HCMC

Check in was really annoying from overbooking😑. Takes too much time and felt like unorganised. I was tired from my bus trip and made me waited super long.... go to a different location and still they made me wait because of the famel dorm or mixed dorm. I got angry so i asked the lady just give me any room .🤦‍♀️ sorry I was a bit angry from my tiredness. Maybe I will come back next time. Hope this overbooking thing doesn't happen again.

Bathroom facilities and the bedrooms were well maintained brand new and clean. The beds are pods so they feel private. The lockers are huge I could fit everything I had in them and it was really easy to access with the key fob. We also got free coffee in the mornings

We were on the top floor so it was a bit of a pain if you needed the toilet in the night as there is one block on the ground floor. But I’m sure you can request to stay on a lower floor if this is a problem

It’s a quiet hostel in the evening. The beds are very comfortable and they provide two pillows and a desk what is awesome. The older housekeeper woman is very kind and sweet and I wish her the most happiness of this world. The men at the reception were kind to me and helped me with the SIM card. If you stay here short you will be ok.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hostels and I don’t like write bad reviews but I do not enjoy my stay. The staff should be replaced if you don’t want to harm your business. - We waited 30 minutes to check in—after a long journey, that’s the last thing a guest wants. - A staff member yelled at a guest because the STAFFA couldn’t speak English he spoke very good English. She accused him of not paying, even though he had and didn’t said even sorry( Feb 22, afternoon) - I wanted to work at night in the common area but then the staff switch the light offs so I worked from the room. - In the morning, I asked if they could make fresh coffee since the one available was cold and old. She refused, even though it was 9 AM, so I bought coffee elsewhere. Overall attitude seems annoyed, unfriendly, and uninterested in guests. I didn’t felt welcomed at all. 1. The lockers, kitchen, and reception are all in the same open small space— it almost feels of open design the bathroom is too. You can drink your coffee while half-naked men walk by or fix their pants. Wash your teeth’s while watching people Getting their things from the locker. As a woman, I did not feel good about this and the common area was dirty. The kitchen, on the floor water I don’t know I didn’t want to touch things here. 2. One room has an aquarium built into the ceiling. I felt bad for the fish, and the noise made it feel like being underwater constantly. The air quality in the room also felt unhealthy. I would give a 7 -8 if the hostel would be clean and the staff friendlier.
