Pour notre première fois à Marrakech le Riad Soulmate a été parfait. Un havre de paix avec une décoration très soignée, chaque détail à été choisi avec beaucoup de goût. Une piscine qui te permet de te rafraîchir et détendre après une journée trépidante. Très bonne localisation à l'intérieur de la Médina, près de tout. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, possibilité aussi de se restaurer le soir avec de plats typiques. Pour finir tout le personnel toujours à l'écoute et prêt à vous aider, mention spéciale pour Yassine. Merci encore à Audrey et son équipe!

Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts aber am Weg dahin sind sehr viele aufträngliche Männer und wollen dich auf andere Wege bringen.

Wunderschönes Riad mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause und wird herzlich empfangen – auch bei einer späten Ankunft in der Nacht. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten im Herzen der Medina, gleichzeitig aber in einem weniger touristischen Teil, sodass man auch das authentische Leben der Medina erleben kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Alle waren sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Ich durfte auch schon früher einchecken. Mein Zimmer hat mit sehr gut gefallen. Das Riad ist wunderschön designed.

Le riad était magnifique et sentait divinement bon. Le personnel était aux petits soins et extrêmement gentil. Nous avons passé un moment parfait. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu magique :)

La climatisation, la salle de bain, le lit était ok.

Le prix, la localisation (voisinage pas très accueillant), le petit-déjeuner (minuscules portions, aucune proposition de salé, je ne sais pas si on peut appeler ça un petit déjeuner).

Tout. J’ai regretté de ne pas avoir réservé plus de nuit pour continuer à profiter de l’établissement et de la délicieuse cuisine. Tous les employés étaient adorables, disponibles, à l’écoute, partagent les bonnes adresses. Le Riad est magnifique, idéalement placé, j’y reviendrai certainement.

N’être restée que trois nuits

It was gorgeous, really well decorated and smelled lovely. Staff were so kind and the food they prepared for us was delicious!

We accidentally left a toiletry bag behind, which was entirely our own mistake. Thankfully, the property found it, and we were able to return a few days later to collect it. Unfortunately, when we picked it up, we noticed that all of the liquid containers (including skincare products and contact lens solution) had been emptied, and the contact lens case was missing altogether. The contact lenses were the main reason we made the trip back, so this was especially disappointing. Overall, this was very strange and disappointing.

Le riad Soulmate est tout simplement magique. Une parenthèse de calme et d'apaisement dans l'effervescence de la médina. Il combine parfaitement modernité et charme du beldi. Toute l'équipe est adorable et l'expérience est parfaite.

Le personnel était très disponible, souriant et sympathique. Les petits-déjeuners étaient complets et délicieux. L'établissement est très beau et bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié la présence de Momo, le chat du Riad.

Malgré le confort du Riad et notre très bon séjour à l'intérieur de celui-ci, nous tenons à souligner que la situation géographique n'est pas la plus optimale, un très grand nombre de vas et viens de scooters et des sollicitations constantes des locaux. Nous avons été assez refroidis dès notre arrivée avec nos valises car 2-3 personnes nous disaient que la rue était fermée, et un enfant nous a suivi sur une dizaine de mètres dans le but de nous extorquer de l'argent.

Un verdadero oasis en medio del caos de la Medina. El alojamiento está diseñado y decorado con gusto exquisito. La habitación es cómoda y acogedora. Las zonas comunes te invitan a descansar (la piscina del patio central una maravilla!) con tumbonas para tomar el sol en la azotea. Tienen una gata preciosa súper cariñosa. Pero sin duda la experiencia de 10 nos la dio la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Yassine, que fue encantador desde la llegada hasta la salida. Muchas gracias por todo, ¡hicisteis nuestra estancia en Marrakech inolvidable!

Todo perfecto, solo que el baño no tiene puerta, solo una cortina, así que aseguraos de tener la suficiente confianza con vuestr@ compañer@ de cuarto 😉

The most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! The pool was a huge advantage, especially in the heat, as it was the perfect place to cool off. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The riad is within walking distance of restaurants, the Medina, and the main attractions. Taxis can easily reach a small square about 200 metres away, which we used frequently.

The only small thing I would have appreciated was a door separating the bathroom, which is connected to the toilet. Other than that, everything was perfect.

1euro voor een ei en betalen voor water vind ik wel niet normaal. Massages zijn echt niet gedaan door een professional en de buurt is enorm enorm lawaaierig. Stoelen voor het ontbijt zijn super oncomfortabel.

We had the most lovely stay in Riad Soulmate!!! We felt very welcome because of the friendly staff and services they offered. The riad itself is beautiful, really nicely decorated, good facilities and very hygienic. We were very thankful for the fact that they prepared a little to-go breakfast when we had to leave at 4 in the morning for a hot air balloon activity, and that we still got to chill in the riad and pool hours after check-out because our flight was in the afternoon. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and always happy to help, creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh food every morning. Emplacement en plein dans la médina, tout peux se faire à pied, un personnel au top m, le Riad est magnifique. Encore une fois un grand merci pour l’accueil et la bonne humeur de tout le personnel vous êtes géniaux !

We had a fantastic stay at this riad, everything was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean, the common areas were always clean and smelled wonderful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with everything and even organizing activities like belly dancing and our airport transfers. The breakfast was also delicious and served on the terrace. Highly recommended!

We spent only one night here, but it is a very cozy, stylish, and welcoming place. As soon as you step in from the busy streets of Morocco, you find peace behind the doors, accompanied only by the sound of birds singing. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. They serve a wonderful breakfast, and they also provided us with a very useful map. The staff were incredibly helpful — they advised us on the best place to exchange money and showed us where to find a taxi stand, which is just a one-minute walk from the riad. Thank you so much for creating such a special place and atmosphere! We would be happy to stay here again.

L’accueil et le service de l’équipe est tout simplement exceptionnel. La nourriture maison (tajine, couscous, etc) est fabuleuse. Le Riad et les chambres sont très biens décorés et très propres. Petite mention spéciale pour Yassine qui a été adorable tout au long de notre séjour. Je reviendrai faire découvrir ce Riad à mes proches sans hésiter !

Het is een mooie riad met zorg voor Hygiëne. Je zit midden in een woonwijk, dus je ziet veel van het locale leven. Personeel was aardig en probeerde hun best te doen. Geur in riad was aangenaam met de olie. Leuke rooftop. Prijs kwaliteit is goed.

Heeeeel heeel lawaaierig!!! Je moet hier echt tegen kunnen. Je ligt precies op straat te slapen. Het ontbijt zou lekker geweest zijn en gezellig moesten er geen 20 bijen mee eten. Dit is echt erg storend, waardoor we veel hebben laten staan! Zonde.. Ontbijt zou ik beneden aanbieden. Op onze laatste dag was het offerfeest. Wij vroegen iets te eten in de riad en er was niets aanwezig, maar andere koppels hebben voor onze neus wel te eten gekregen zonder te reserveren. Dit voelde heel slecht aan, voor de ene wel en de andere niet.

Le personnels est très accueillant, établissement très propre, le petit déjeuner est vraiment incroyable. Nous avons manger un couscous le jour de notre arrivée, j’ai réellement jamais manger un couscous aussi bon. Nous y retournerons de bon cœur et les yeux fermer

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Soulmate hat uns rundum gefallen! Die gesamte Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und auch das Abendessen im Riad ist hervorragend. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort also von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Le riad est beau mais peu pratique. Les bouchons d'oreille fournis dans la chambre sont plus que nécessaires. Le couscous du riad est très bon, très copieux.

La localisation, le bruit! Une horreur Le manque d'explication le jour de notre arrivée par le jeune homme qui parlait ni le français ni l'anglais.

Das Riad ist wirklich wunderschön! Der Innenhof ist ein Traum, die Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet, bester Geschmack wo das Auge hinsieht und ich bin da wirklich sehr picky! Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Eine Wohltat für die Augen!!!

Leider hatte mein Zimmer ein Außenfenster im Bad das auf die Straße ging, die bis später in der Nacht stark frequentiert wird, auch von vielen Motorrädern. Es war dadurch leider wirklich laut im Zimmer.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, molto pulita e ordinata, cucina ottima, staff eccezionale, professionale e disponibile. Un oasi di pace all’intero della caotica Medina. Facilmente raggiungibili a piedi le attrazioni principali. Lo consiglio!

Zaman darlığı nedeniyle bu otelde sadece 1 gün kalabildik, keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik. Paylaşılan görsellerdeki gibi gerçekten çok güzel bir otel. Resepsiyondaki beyefendiler ve hanımefendi çok kibarlardı. Hiç bir şekilde müşteriler sorun yaşasın istemiyorlar ve bunu samimiyetle yapıyorlar. Oda çok temizdi ve kullanılan eşyalar da çok temizdi. Hijyen konusunda da dikkatliler. Konum olarak da zaten Riadın içinde. Medine’nin yoğun kalabalığından otele geçtiğinizde gerçekten sessizliğiyle ve otelin sadeliğiyle huzur buluyorsunuz ve dinleniyorsunuz. Diğer taraftan kahvaltı da sade ve yeterliydi, kullanılan malzemeler lezzetliydi. Mutfakta çalışan ve hazırlık yapan hanımefendiler de çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydüler, çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha Marakeş’e gidersem kesinlikle direkt bu oteli seçerim.

Das angekündigte Abendessen und das Frühstückspaket was beides nicht wahrgenommen werden konnte. Die Küche hatte auf Nachfrage nur 3 Gerichte (trotz vorheriger Ankündigung unsererseits dass wir Abend essen möchten). Das wir sehr früh abgereist sind, wurde uns ein frühstück zum mitnehmen versprochen, welches bei der Abreise nicht bereit stand. Schade…

Everything was beyond expectations. The hospitality, the amenities, the design. I whole heartedly recommend it!

The Riad is incredible, every single detail has been thought over and implemented and made our stay so much more special. The Riad is clean and peaceful amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, the Riad is so uniquely designed that we now won’t stay anywhere else. The attention to detail is unmatched. The hosts are wonderful and so kind, constantly going above and beyond to help us navigate the city. Audri, her partner and Ramsey were welcoming and helpful and cared for us very well. We will be back soon.
