The receptionist, she is very friendly and helpful. She helps us with our laundry and send back to us as soon as possible as per request even at the midnight. The size of the room is quite nice and comfortable. The vibes of 3 nights stay at the property makes us feeling like at home. If one day we will come to visit again, surely we will choose Anam. 🫶🏻

Great value for money lots of food options nearby. Short walk to the markets and other attractions. And if you don’t want to walk use grab to get a car for very little.

The location of the property was very good. It's located in a small alley, and it's nice and quiet at night. It's very close to all the main attractions and good restaurants and coffee shops.

I really did not like the polyester bedding. It trapped heat and made me wake up several times each night. I couldn't regulate my body temperature. I would highly suggest that they change it to regular cotton sheets (like most other homestays and hotels). Also, there were no staff present most of the time, and the little cafe was not operational during the three days we were there. Also, they had loud drilling going on in the hallways.

Nous y avons séjourné deux nuit à notre arrivée au Vietnam. Arrivée tardive et bien organisée. Nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre sans problème. Chambres propres et confortables avec un frigo et une petite cuisine. Au top. Situation nickel , Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés .

Super friendly and helpful people working there! It was clean and they provided us everything we needed. The location was very central and overall a very good experience. I would recommend it! 😁

Maybe two bedside lamps with better lighting would help if one of the two people wanted to stay up reading while the other was resting

Nos sorprendió especialmente la relación calidad-precio. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, todo estaba súper limpio y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. También destacamos la buena organización. Si llegas cuando la recepción ya está cerrada, se ponen en contacto contigo previamente y te envían instrucciones muy claras con todos los detalles para acceder y realizar el check-in sin ningún problema. Todo resultó muy fácil. Un alojamiento muy cuidado, cómodo y práctico. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para alojarse en Ho Chi Minh.

Расположение отличное, в нескольких минутах от рынка и главных артерий города. Но так и подбирали. Номера просторные, отличный балкончик. Заранее прислали инструкцию как найти и все инструкции по самостоятельному попаданию в отель и в номер, так как заселялись ночью. Очень удобно и все понятно.

Удобное местоположение, в любое место модно добраться или пешком или на такси за небольшую стоимость. Довольно чистые и просторные номера с большим количеством удобств. За такую цену - это просто подарок. Удобное удаленное заселение в любое время. Однозначно рекомендую.

Prime location 10 mins walk from the Ben Than market, and lots of restaurant and shops, felt safe, staff friendly and helpful offered to organise tours and well maintained property. There was only a slight issue with the drainage of water after the shower that was slow, they had a look, tried to fix it but didn't spoil our stay. Rooms were of adequate size and kept well maintained. The property has a cafe on the ground floor and offers delicious traditional Vietnamese coffees that we enjoyed

The bathroom stink. It was so bad that we could not take after one night stay and had to move to another hotel without receiving refund (we originally booked for two nights). However, we noticed that the motel is under renovation so hopefully the situation will get improved in the future. The size of the room is also kind of small.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location. Good for families.

Water was refilled only every 3 days. Would have been nice if some tea / coffee sachets were provided in the room.

L’emplacement et l’agencement de la chambre, le mobilier en bois donnait de la chaleur au lieu.

La literie, les draps n’étaient pas en coton et c’était vraiment pas agréable au toucher. L’accueil du matin en arrivant pour faire le checkin était un peu mou et sans enthousiasme. Dans le café à la réception, il y a souvent des fumeurs, ce qui rend l’arrivée désagréable

The property was nice and in a good area. The owner was lovely and explained everything in detail to us and was available on WhatsApp when needed.

Excellent value for money in a great location within all major sights of District 1. Spotlessly clean and gorgeously decorated, was an oasis in the middle of chaotic Saigon. Comfortable beds (firm) and pillows with great linen. Great bathroom, cold aircon as well as fans. Would absolutely stay here again, as a family of 3 it provided heaps of space and was just perfect for us. Cute little balcony to have a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Staff always available and very accommodating.

The location was very convenient, and the bedroom was comfortable and homey. The egg coffee from the cafe was also the best I had during my trip.

Уютно, чисто, красиво, тихо (окна выходили во двор), атмосферно и удобно. Удобная кровать (а вот подушки мне не подошли -для меня большие) Ко всем принятым удобствам есть микроволновка и много симпатичной посуды. Хорошее расположение в центре- в шаговой доступности ко всем центральным историческим местам. Налево рядом есть магазинчик, направо к рынку (там же метро), много кафешек. Мы приехали ночью и без wi-fi. немножко навели переполох, но девочки нас встретили и проводили в комнату. Персонал очень доброжелательный, помогли заказать такси в аэропорт.

когда ночью заехали, увидели, что в ванной комнате остался мусор в от предыдущих жильцов - не приятно, но всё остальное чисто.

Good location. We had a room to the rear of the building so it was quiet for the area. Was more like an Airbnb as only time we saw staff was when we checked in. Modern clean comfortable.

The receptionist May was very nice and spoke good English. The room was nice and clean. Location was good.

The feiendly staff doesnt speak English, they use translator to communicate but when it comes to face to face communication....well, they cant speak English at all. The nice view room has shit tons of mosquitoes, I have been being their buffet for whole 10 days and yes, i did complain to the staff but the mosquitoes never leave, the light is broken and the toilet refills water whole day

Very good location, the room was really spacious, I like the fact that staff leaves bottles of water on each floor and the small coffee shop they have on the groundfloor. Also very easy to talk to them via whatsapp and everybody is so nice

Wir hatten das Vierbettzimmer und es sieht live noch viel besser aus als auf den Fotos. Es ist viel heller. Tolle Ausstattung! Man kann nur bar zahlen, aber direkt nebenan gibt es einen ATM. Kiosks sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Die Seidenbettwäsche war etwas überraschend.

The hosts were so friendly they even helped us sort out a parcel we were expecting before we had even checked in by calling the post office for us and finding out exactly where it was so we could collect it! The room was comfortable and had good facilities, also great central location!

The cleanliness could have been a little better as we couldn’t walk around the room without shoes on without getting pretty dirty feet and the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, but they did offer daily room cleaning for a fee so we could have asked for that.

We had a wonderful time with our stay at the Anam Homestay. We highly recommend the place. The location was in district one, we told there a lot of English tourists in this area. Were heard a lot of English. There were a number of western restaurants near by. We liked the location. When we can we preferred walking to places. The new metro station was close by. Walking in Ho Chi Minh City does take a bit of time to get used to. The owner was told we were coming from a colder climate and prefer the room to be cooler. The outside temperature was hot. They had the AC running before we got there so we arrived to a cool room. Much appreciated. They communicate through WhatsApp. It does make translation easier. The responses to our questions and needs were quick. Every day they brought us bottles of water. They would message us to offer towels and bedding exchanges but we did not request too many changes. We had a room with two double beds. The room had a room divider, but the top part of the wall was open. One bed on each side. There was free wifi. We had a smart tv, a small sink and small bar fridge in our room. There were dishes for four people Close by are many restaurants and convenience stores.

It was next to primary school so it occasionally is noisy when the school opens in the morning.

Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the day unfold.

Check in was smooth. We chatted over WhatsApp and then she allowed us to keep our bags somewhere safe while we explored the city. When we checked in to the room she took the time to explain everything. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had no issues resting after a long day of travel. We would go back again as the price and service was an amazing value.

Really, nothing I can think of. We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but we had no issues and the value for the money is excellent.

The place was spotless! New bathrroom. All very clean and nicely decorated. Travelled with a friend. The room felt like two rooms. The bed was very confortable and clean. Really nice sheets. Jill was extremellyl helpful with tips, booking trips and sugestions for things to do and places to go. The coffee downstairs is cute and good also.

Was not able to check-in. Place locked up tight. No answer by phone. It was Tet so who knows They did cancel for free through booking.com messaging. C'est la vie
