breakfast consisted of a selection of cereals, spreads, bread, eggs and coffee and tea was provided. The location was close to shopping centres and public transport. The hosts, Linda and Richard, were very accommodating , friendly and helpful.

Das sehr kleine Zimmer (12 m2) wurde mit Queensize Bett und Futon Bett angeboten. Statt Futon Bett lag ein Matratze auf dem Boden, so dass man sich nicht mehr bewegen konnte, ohne die Matratze auf das Bett zu legen. Queensize Bett durchgelegen, Folge Rückenschmerzen. Die große altmodische Kommode plus Schreibtisch nahmen den Rest des Platzes ein. Keine Klimaanlage, kein TV, als Frühstück wurde uns angeboten, uns aus einem Fach im Kühlschrank etwas zu nehmen - Weißbrot, dazu ein halbleeres Marmeladenglas und Instantkaffee oder Tee. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns das angeboten, was andere Gäste dagelassen hatten: Butter, Himbeeren, Eier. Sitzmöglichkeit für 3 Personen in der Küche, während die Besitzerin im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer ihre Lieblingsserie schaut. Gemeinschaftsbad ok, Standard. Ab morgens um 5 ohrenbetäubender Flugzeuglärm durch intern. Flieger und Wasserflugzeuge, die direkt über das Haus fliegen. Im Prinzip ein Einfamilienhaus, in dem die Besitzer wohnen und 3 Zimmer vermietet werden. Hat nichts mit einer Pension oder ähnlichem zu tun. Preis völlig überzogen für das was geboten wird. Andere Bewertungen sind nicht ansatzweise nachvollziehbar.

Friendliness of staff.

The breakfast was not up to par. It was simple cereal,coffee/tea, some fruit and peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

This place is just SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANY HOTELS I EVER VISITED!!! Here you are welcomed with the hart and soul of the owner. They do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible!!! They are the most kind people I have ever met. I can only give them my highest endorsement!! This is a must try!!

There wasn't absolutely not anything I didn't like!!

The people who ran the BnB were very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The area was quiet. It is located quite near to many of Vancouver's tourist attractions.

There was no breakfast in my perspective. To me if it says breakfast at a BnB, I fully expect a hot, served breakfast. They only offered us bread for toast, instant coffee to make. Dry cereal etc. to help ourselves to, and bananas. We were very surprised and disappointed in the breakfast. I'd suggest that they specify, "Only offering a very basic continental breakfast". The only other issue was that there was no A/C. Room was quite warm when going to bed.

Breakfast okay, location is great and easy to find, the hosts are excellent! They were very accommodating, hospitable, and kind and caring, we felt like we're a family!

endroit silencieux. Nous ne sommes pas resté longtemps, nous avions besoin que d'un endroit proche de l'aéroport pour 5h am le lendemain. L'endroit se situe exactement a 5 min de route et c'était parfait pour nous

We were greeted as if we were part of the family when we arrived. Our bedroom and the shared washroom close to our room was clean. The house was also quiet. Thanks Linda and family for preparing a clean and pleasant home for us during our stay.

I was looking for a place where breakfast was included. However, I did not expect that the host would not prepare breakfast for us, but we were welcome to fix our own breakfast with limited choices such eggs, milk, bread, butter, instant coffee. Although, it was okay because there were many places near by to get food.

Need mirror in room n maybe an additional bathroom would have been nice to limit waiting but overall n very clean cozy place.

The Host family was lovely, very kind and helpful. The house was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds. The value for that price is unbeatable. The location is great in regards to hospital, parks, playgrounds, Mall, and walking distance to sky train. Very kid friendly.

We were planning og using uber on this vacation since nobody wanted to drive, but we rnd up using public transportation because the location is closed to everything. The house very very clean too. Accessible to anywhere. The owner is very accomodating and flexible. Very considerate too. We arrived too late but patiently directed us how to get in. Owner is very friendly too.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, haben auf jeden Wunsch prompt reagiert. Für den Preis eine gute Unterkunft. Mussten wegen einer Fehlbuchung kurzfristig eine Alternative finden und konnten hier prompt unterkommen. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Badezimmer muss mit den anderen Gästen geteilt werden. Wenn man nachts mal schnell raus muss, ist dies nicht sehr angenehm.

The sound of the shower and tab water will wake up the neighborhood. Its old so its so noisy There was people taking shower at 10 pm then 11:30 pm we couldn’t sleep me and my son from the noise and we had flight at 5 am There was also yelling from the owner of the house at his family about 20 mn i had to go to see if its safe then he stopped after hearing my door open . Very disrespectful knowing there is a 6 years old child in his property. He didn’t give a chance to his family to respond he just kept yelling at them . I feel sorry for them 😞

Everything was perfect. The bed was excellent, the area is nice and safe, the host was superb, close to buses and train to the airport and the city.

Die Gastgeber waren total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten nette Gespräche führen und haben hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Obwohl sich der Bezahlvorgang unsererseits zunächst schwierig gestaltete (Probleme mit den Kreditkarten), blieben sie ruhig und versuchten uns so gut wie möglich zu helfen. Am Ende hat alles geklappt und wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Zuletzt haben sie uns zum Flughafen gefahren. Dadurch, dass sie ortskundig sind, waren wir sehr schnell dort und das Auto bot mehr als ausreichend Platz für 3 große Koffer. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Es gab keinen Föhn und die Bezahlung ging nur mit physischer Karte (da kein kontaktloses Zahlen möglich war).

Property was immaculate, it was a shared house which is out of my comfort zone.

The breakfast situation was weird just walking into someone’s kitchen and helping yourself. Thought it was a little overpriced if I’m honest but it must be the going rate.

Właściciel domu był bardzo miły i pomocny. Nie było dla niego problemem, gdy poprosiłam o zmianę godziny zameldowania. Zmienił nam się lot i dotarłyśmy do Vancouver o północy. Miałyśmy przestronny pokój, z wygodnym łóżkiem i prywatną łazienką. Wszędzie było czysto i czułyśmy się tam komfortowo. Miałyśmy dostęp do kuchni, kawy i herbaty, a także zapewnione śniadanie, co było dużym plusem, ponieważ ze względu na późny przylot nie miałyśmy okazji zrobić zakupów. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone z pobytu w Harmony House.

This was by far the best accommodation I've had the pleasure of staying at. Linda and family are incredibly warm and helpful people and it was an absolute pleasure staying here. Next time I'm in Vancouver we'll definitely be back!

Very pleasant, helpful and attentive hosts. Guest rooms - in a rather big house. Landlords are living here and always ready to help you with useful tips about Vancouver and Richmond city. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Calm atmosphere. You can use hosts kitchen for breakfast preparation. Good WiFi. Enough place around the house for car parking.

We stayed in a Queen Room with sofa bed. Sofa length is comfortable for kids or medium heigth man. If you are tall (as my son) it is challenging to fit. Breakfast. Probably there is a mistake on booking.com website about breakfast description - Very good breakfast. More accurate definition could be - continental breakfast - banana, bread, milk, instant coffee, peanut butter and jam.

Very kind and friendly hosts, I was stuck doing a lot of phone business late in the morning, they couldn't have been more cordial inviting me to continue using their kitchen as an office.
