Terra Nova - Private property

Good location to get to YVR airport, and in my case to go north on Route 99. The word I would use to describe this property is; Immaculate. It is spotlessly clean. The host is very welcoming and we chatted in the kit7chen while I waited for my food delivery to arrive

Its not close to any shops, thus my food delivery. If you have a car there is no problem. I would like to see a kettttle and coffee/tea provided either in the room or avaialbe in the kitchen.

Tracy was very friendly and gave us some good tips about a walk and dinner at the pier. Lovely home.

Vinh and Tracy were so incredibly accommodating to me (especially when I had accidentally booked the wrong date due to travelling from Australia and time change) They provide the most comfortable and convenient accommodation and did everything they could to make my stay as safe and comfortable as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Perfect location for getting to/ from Vancouver airport, lovely quiet neighbourhood.

We had a great stay with Vinh and Tracy and can totally recommend Terra Nova. It‘s a beautiful house and area, very quiet, great for long walks, close to Steveston Fisherman‘s Wharf, 10 minutes from the airport and we tool the skytrain and bus to go downtown. Everything was impeccable and the hosts extremely nice. Thank you so much for everything!!

Walking distance to the river with stunning views .

The Location was exzellent for us. It is close to the Terra Nova Rural Park and Gary Point Park. There is also a small Center Location with shops and restaurants all in walking distance in a beautiful and green neighborhood, just 15 min from the airport. The room is in a private house. The hosts are very friendly and generous. They opened their home for us and offered drinks, fruits and sweets.

There were no complaints what’s so ever.

Close to an excellent trail along the Fraser river. Wonderful walk to old fisher village at the sea, yummy seafood restaurants and historical sites.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Host was delightful, greeted me with the most delicious tea both on arrival and when I work in the morning. It was a perfect stop on my arrival to Vancouver after a long flight. My room was very comfortable and super quiet. I will definitely stay again. Terra Nova is located in a very nice neighbourhood close to a beautiful school park with a playground. The room was cosy and clean and the bed comfortable. I got everything I needed. The host was so friendly and helpful. Recommending me where to go, where to eat and even doing me a big favour regarding my trip and traveling. Thank you so much!

Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom would have enhanced the visit.

Our host welcomed us warmly despite our midnight arrival. The house was very clean and luxurious. The host even left us a small chocolate and we had it for breakfast the next morning. The next morning we were also glad to have a car to take us to the airport. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. We were very lucky to have chosen to stay here instead of the airport hotel. It is definitely Five Star.

The hospitality of the owner was very heart warming. Pillows and towels were fluffy, everything was absolutely clean and the amenities were nicely selected - the detailed care put into the room made it an experience.

Wonderful hospitality. Evening teas invite with good conversation and a warm atmosphere. Room was clean and visually pleasing. Would have been nice to approach bed from both sides. Bed against the wall. It still was comfy.

Shower has an unusual design. Procedure (adjustment) to get the water flowing properly was not explained — i.e. demonstrated.

The accommodation is not a hotel it is a private home and should come under a BnB. The information shows Queen Room, which indicates there is a bathroom. However, under room facilities in the fine print, it shows shared bathroom. It should state clearly next to rooms available "Queen Room with Shared Bathroom". The room itself was very small, and the queen bed was pushed up against the wall. This meant I had to climb over my wife to get out of bed to use the bathroom at night. It is not clear that you will he staying in a person's home in an upstairs bedroom and use the upstairs bathroom with other people. All in all, it was very disappointing, and we felt the description was not transparent and underhanded.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood - super peaceful (and with bunnies all around). Plus, the bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The accommodation itself was beyond perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so warm and inviting. My room was really comfortable and had everything I could possibly need for my stay. The hosts were also exceptional - so welcoming and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was perfect. my flight was 6am, and the host woke up to help to lift my luggage. I really appreciate everything while staying there. super cozy and clean. I felt that it was like my room. Vinh and Tracy gave us a warm Welcome when we arrived. Tracy showed me around the kitchen, told us to feel free like home and offer some snack after our long flight. We enjoyed the whole time we were there with all the good vibe, cleanliness, and fresh candles smell. Had a good chat with Vinh and Tracy before we left, they’re incredible people and they really took care of every small details so we can relax and enjoy the stay. Close to everything, very convenient.

Quiet, spotless room and easy access to public transport.

So clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The best thing of all was the hosts who were so exceptionally kind and welcoming. They had delicious treats and fruit for us when we arrived and they even gave us a lift to the bus station at our departure which was a huge help to us. I couldn’t have asked for a better host for our one night stay for the Taylor Swift Concert. It’s also such a safe and beautiful area I would happily stay again and explore more next time. Only 10 minute drive to the airport was so convenient too!
