Assaafa Hotel

Location. 7-13 mins walk away from Holy Mosque. Friendliness, ease, and professionalism of the reception staff, especially Fahd Alharby. Also, the room was tidy and comfortable.

Almost nothing

It’s very clean and good place, very safe

The staff very helpful and friendly specially Fahad and Hazem

Everything was so nice. Especially the reception staff.

My room was on top floor and in intense heat the was no cold water in the shower. I didn’t mind it but it is something that could have made our stay a bit better.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Brilliant customer service. Fahad Alharbi at reception desk was very helpful. About 10min walk to Al Haram. Check in time was 4pm and we arrived 7am but they still let us check in early at some extra cost.

Couldn’t find anything bad about the hotel as long as you are happy to walk a bit to Al Haram.

The distance from Haram.

The staff's overall behaviour extremely rude especially at the reception. Not welcoming at all to the guests. It feels like as if they are paying us to stay at the hotel & not the other way round. To be honest they don't care about the guests at all.. Secondly, the hotel is expensive & the rooms are extremely small and they are not soundproof as claimed. The restaurant in the hotel is not good they need to improve the menu & staff attitude at the restaurant. Overall tbh very bad experience.

Clean, room size, near by al haram, staff support

Nothing

The cleaniness

It is close to Al -Haram Almadani.

Not clean the furniture old and consumer to the extreme not clean. No toothpaste and toothbrush provided. You need to pay for the parking.

The classic

Would like to thank the front desk staff Fuad and his colleague who checked me in. The hotel is close to Haram ....the price is pocket friendly but the service is exceptional. Will book again InshaAllah

The people at the reception, especially Fahd, were very accommodating and pleasant.

The breakfast was not great. It was ok.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi. There are many attractions nearby, so the area is very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, everything was good. The only small downside was that the room was a bit small, but the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers.

The ambiance of the hotel Room

Nothing

Overall nice hotel which met our expectations, beds were comfy, furniture looks new and decent. Hotel is close to Al Masjid-e-Nabawi, about 10-15 minute walk without crossing major roads. Has parking for extra charge.

Breakfast is for surcharge and not great. We stayed for 2 night, and no cleaning was done during our stay.

The breakfast team went above and beyond to serve us well. The business center was a savior as I had to work remotely for a day.

The parking was full.

Location and the hotel was neat and clean

Only 5-8 mins to Haram

Cleanliness

Distant from ladies gate of masjid al nawabi

Location

The water was not draining in bath rooms

Reception area looks shabby Staff slow and not very helpful

Accueil Propreté

I like the customer service and how the people treat each other

Room Clean

No food

Banyo kapısı kilitli kaldı. Resepsiyonu 3 kere aramama rağmen 5 saat gelen giden olmadı.Aşağıya inip birini odaya getirmeyi başarınca anahtarlarıyla açtılar.

Cleanliness and staff

Room size is too small

very nice and reasonable price

Rooms too small too expensive

It was clean and the facilities were good as expected

The car parking basement garage is very small I was asked for an early check in fee of 150 SAR which i declined and had to cancel the reservation on booking.com , three hours later i checked in without a reservation and without an early check in fee.

Nice and the property was aesthetically pleasing.

Could of have more towels

clean room, helpful staff, very good location

late check in, only one receptionist handle a lot of clients

The staff, cleanliness and the location, specially the staff. Special thanks to the lady at the check in counter and the security officer Mr. Amir who got us the parking.
