Отвратительно: грязно нет нужного количества белья, полотенец, посуда и плита из каменного века, кухня - одно название нет ни раковины ни шкафов, раковина в ванне засорена, дверь на балконе не закрывалась, отвратительная администратор, ужасный запах в номерах

Am avut o experiență excelentă! Cameră foarte curată, spațioasă și confortabilă, dotată cu tot ce este necesar. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar atmosfera a fost una primitoare și liniștită. Gazdele au fost extrem de amabile și drăguțe

Хороший отель в отличном красивом месте: центр, но несмотря на это очень тихо и спокойно. Номер чистый, всё необходимое есть. Попросили дополнительные стулья, нам сразу их принесли. Интернет подключается автоматически, хорошо ловит везде. Можно воду набирать в кулере. Так же есть кофемашина. Персонал радушный, встретили очень хорошо. Особую благодарность хотим выразить русской женщине Тае. Она очень гостеприимно нас встретила, угостила кофе с вкусными местными сладостями. Подсказала, где лучше поменять деньги, где вкусно и недорого поесть. Так же спасибо местному охраннику, он очень добрый, отзывчивый и щедрый. Угостил нас фруктами из сада, когда мы уезжали. Спасибо вам огромное за вашу доброту! "Щедрый человек будет преуспевать, и кто щедро поит других, тот и сам будет щедро напоен"..." - сказано в одной древней, но мудрой книге. Желаем счастья, мира и хороших гостей !!!

Konaklamamız mükemmeldi! Tesisin konumu ve odaların kalitesi çok iyiydi. Özellikle orada bize yardımcı olan beyefendiye misafirperverliği ve ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz. Havalimanında kaybolan valizimizi biz dışarıdayken kuryeden teslim aldı. Ayrıca uçuşumuz için sabah 04:00'te kalkıp kapıyı açtı. Her zaman çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz!

La poca pulizia,l'assenza di una doccia o vasca,praticamente se facevi la doccia non essendoci il piatto doccia o una tenda indondavi completamente il bagno.

They gave me a sleep mask and wait for me to arrive late at night from the airport.

Bathroom was never clean so as my room and the room is too bright. They need to get some dark curtains, specially for jet lagged travelers like me.

A very good choice for a short stay in Antalya. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Kaleiçi, so we could easily walk around the Old Town and reach the main sights, restaurants and the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and everything was straightforward and convenient for our one-night stay. Despite the very central location, the pension is on a smaller side street, which makes it feel more relaxed than you might expect in the middle of the Old Town. It is a simple place rather than a luxury hotel, but for the location and price it offers very good value. I would happily choose it again for another short stay in Antalya.

Cattivo odore, disordine e troppa insistenza per il pagamento della stanza da parte del personale. Non mi senti di consigliare questi posto assolutamente

Pensione in ottima posizione nel centro di Antalya Camera spaziosa e luminosa, dotata di angolo cottura e tavolino.

La struttura e' datata, c'e' odore di naftalina nella reception e di fumo nella stanza. Nel corridoio c'erano materassi ammassati e aspirapolvere lasciati in giro. La doccia necessiterebbe di manutenzione.

L'accueil et l'emplacement

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta, blisko przystanków tramwajowych i autobusowych oraz sklepów, bardzo dobry dojazd z lotniska oraz na plażę tramwajem. Brama Hadriana jest minute od obiektu. Przestronny apartament z 2 pokojami, kuchnią, łazienką i dużym tarasem. Można zrobić pranie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Erkal Pansion is an absolutely incredible place! I stayed here for 3 weeks and fell in love with it from day one. You immediately feel the warmth and cozy family atmosphere that has been built over generations. As a solo traveler, I never felt lonely because the hosts were always so helpful, kind, and attentive. I stayed in three different rooms during my time here, and all of them were wonderful and clean. This is hands down my top choice in Antalya, and I will definitely be back! 🌟

Le mec du soir qui ferme la porte à minuit , et quand tu sonnes pour qu’il ouvre la porte de l’hôtel, il te dit ne sort pas en nuit , je veux dormir . Je me sentait mal de sortir à chaque fois de ma chambre quand je veux !

Camera e bagno un po’ troppo piccoli, troppo rumore fino a tarda notte dovuto ai turisti che girano per le vie del centro città

Locatia este chiar in centrul vechi, aproape de statiile de autobuz, de locul de preluare pentru excursii, de magazine, de restaurante. Personalul este foarte amabil. Aerul conditionat functional.

Singurul minus a fost curatenia. Se pute observa ca nu se facuse curat in camera si in baie de mult timp. Gunoiul nu era preluat, nu se ofereau cele necesare decat daca le cereai. Daca ar fi facuta curatenie, ar fi un loc de cazare foarte bun.

Тихий, спокойный пансион, очень удобное расположение и прекрасные удобные кровати и подушки - что главное. Очень милые и дружелюбные сотрудники, все понравилось 😊🧿

Приехали сюда уже в второй раз. Хозяева и персонал гостиницы дружелюбные и внимательные. Особенно чего стоит только Тая🐱❤️ . С ней вы общаетесь на родном языке и она всегда вам поможет. Мы бронировали небольшой номер на крыше, но он к сажелению был занят. Зато нас заселили в ещё более лучший вариант с всеми удобствами и огромной верандой - лоджией. Расположение в самом центре строго города. Находится в тихом переулке. Покой нарушает только мечеть 🕌. Но к этому привыкаешь. В номере чисто и хорошо всё оборудованно. Есть все!

Из минусов был только комарики 🦟 😉 Спасает фумитокс.

Emplacement parfait dans le centre historique d’Antalya ! Nous étions 7, nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hôtel, simple.mais efficace ! Personnel tres gentil et attentionné. La terrasse est top, un vrai plus !

Великолепное месторасположение. Очень большие аппартаменты, чувствуешь себя, как дома. Очень большая терраса, куда приятно выйти и посмотреть прекрасный закат. Все, что нужно, в номере есть, если нет, без проблем можно попросить. Хороший wi-fi. Обязательно, если еще приеду, то сюда, это прям классные аппартаменты в старом городе

Симпатичный номер в старом отеле, на ресепшене даже запах вроде нафталина уловили. Такие милые есть в старом городе. Старая фурнитура на деревянных окнах. Музыки или гулянки с соседней улицы не слышали, но когда кто-то идет под окнами и разговаривает - слышно хорошо. Кондиционера в +38 хватало, в душе вода чуть теплая была. Кровати удобные, мест для хранения достаточно. Был чайник. Стиралки в нашем номере не было. Минут 7 от остановки трамвая.

C’est ma deuxième fois à cet établissement, j’ai aimé le tout l’emplacement est magnifique au milieu d’une très belle ruelle du Kaleici proche de toutes les attractions sans pour autant avoir à subir le bruit des bars le soir. Le personnel est très gentil est serviable et j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin dans le petit studio. Je recommande vivememt

Ok ce n’est pas un hotel de malade à la base Mais un minimum quand même ! Heureusement que c’était juste pour une nuit!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Wir brauchten Hotel nur für Übernachtung zwischen 2 Flügen. Darum habe ich die billigste Variante gesucht. Für sein Preis ist Hotel genug ausgestattet: Aircondition, Toilette mit Dusche, 1 großes Bett für 2 Menschen, Hausschuhen. Hotel ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand Mermerli. In der Nähe sind große Anzahl Cafés und Restaurants. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viel geholfen.

Прекрасное расположение в центре Старого города Калеичи недалеко от исторических достопримечательностей, парков, магазинов, кафе, общественного транспорта ( в т.ч. трамвая в аэропорт) . Из нашего номера был выход на большую террасу, где можно отдохнуть. Кровати удобные, белье чистое, мягкие вафельные покрывала для сна (в отличии от грубых тканых в большинстве турецких отелей), выспались хорошо, даже муллу не слышали :). Есть небольшой кухонный уголок с небольшим холодильником, раковиной, посудой, эл. чайником и переносной плиткой, которая хорошо греет. Есть стиральная машина (не пользовались). Были моющее средство и жидкость для мытья посуды, одноразовые мыло и одноразовые тапочки. В отеле очень приятный, отзывчивый персонал, разговаривает и на английском языке. Персоналу 11+ из 10.

Номер подустал . Санузел устал более всего, видно что много лет там ничего не менялось. Уборка желает лучшего. Терраса очень большая, с мебелью, но долго там не побудешь, т.к. на солнце жарко.

Мне больше всего понравилось место но комната удобства не очень хорошая

I loved the location it’s was fabulous to be in the heart of the old town. The owner was a friendly and welcoming and so was all of his staff which are a credit to him. Coffee and water machine is a great touch in reception. The room was so clean and everything in the room all worked and it was great. I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller without a doubt. I will be returning back soon.

Es wurden auf Nachfrage 2 Stück Seife à 20 g und Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt! Man hat die Möglichkeit, das Kochfeld nach dem Putzen mit Wasser abzuwischen (in der Küche sind Schwämme vorhanden) sowie den Staub vom Tisch zu entfernen! Während meines gesamten 10-tägigen Aufenthalts fanden nicht alle Renovierungsarbeiten hinter der Wand statt! Das im Zimmer vorhandene Verlängerungskabel lässt sich vom Küchenbereich bis zum Bettfußboden hin verlegen, sodass mobile Geräte/Gadgets geladen werden können! In der Nähe befindet sich die „Altstadt“, und es gibt Lebensmittelgeschäfte. ---- Дали 2 кусочка мыла по 20гр и туалетную бумагу по просьбе! Есть возможность вытереть провод электроплиты в воде после уборки (предусмотрены губки на кухне), а также пыль со стола ! Ремонт за стенами шел не все десять дней моего пребывания! Удлинитель, имеющийся в наличии в номере, можно дотянуть от кухонных розеток до подножия кровати по полу, чтобы обеспечить зарядку мобильных устройств/ гаджетов ! Рядом "Старый город" и есть продуктовые магазины.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen, es sei denn, Sie kommen aus Russland und „die Finanzen singen traurige Lieder“, aber die Seele zieht ans Meer! ---- Не рекомендую для длительного проживания (разве что если Вы из РФ и "финансы поют романсы", а душа рвётся на море)!

Location: perfectly located in the old town, which is filled with historical spots & 21st century amenities too. You wake up in the 21st century & as you walk through, you are transport back to ancient Byzantyne Roman empire. People come from all around the world to do the tour. Yet, staying at Erkal means you can experience it every day, at such a reasonable prices. Its a 3-5 minute walk to the high street, where you can find awesome transportation links. A wide variety of different shops, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets. There something for everyone in this area. The tram to the beach is with a 5 minute walk, and takes 15-18 minutes, costing less than £1 per trip. Great restaurants within a 1 minute walk, like the Sushi Bar. Next to the Sushi Bar you will find thelocal corner shop, friendly customer, always has cold drink & they all accept card too. After the corner shop you have the famous Luna Gardens, amazing restaurant, literally 1 minute walk from Erkal Panison. For me as a Muslim I love the fact the mosque is a 4 minute walk, when the call to prayer is called, it fills the area with a calm & soothing sound. ERKAL is the perfect place where religions, culture and different nationalities meet. You meet people from all parts of the world; Russia, all parts of Turkey, Uruguay, Somali, British, and Chinese and so much more. I for example meet with the same people I met in 2024, most if not all who stay there almost always return. Its the friendly atmosphere, and perfectly located Panison. In terms of service, you hand your clothes over in the morning, and receive them in the evening, all for less than £4 or less than €5. If you want your room clean, just ask in the morning, leave your key with them, and you return to a fresh room, including fresh towels & bedding I have been to Antalya 5 times in the past 7-8 years, and stayed in many hotels, hostels & Panisons, but why do I return to Erkal?

The only downside if there is one, is no lift. Unfortunately its not wheelchair accessible, other that. I can't say anything else but I will be returning again.

Нет телевизора. Запах канализации в санузле. Бесплатный пляж далеко.

Мы бронировали семейный номер на 5 человек. Нам предоставили номер лучше чем на фото с сайта❤️. Это было 2 просторные комнаты, большая кухня и ванная. Месторасположение шикарное. То, что мы хотели посмотреть-все было в шаговой доступности. С парковкой проблем не было. Хозяева очень радушные. В следующий раз бронируем снова этот отель. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️.

Emplacement exceptionnel, le personnel est à l'écoute et prend les mesures nécessaires au bon déroulement de votre séjour.

Les équipements sont de très mauvaises qualité et à réparer rapidement. La serrure de ma chambre fonctionnait très mal, me demandant un effort important pour la verrouiller / déverrouiller, pas pratique lorsque l'accès à la salle de douche est à l'extérieur de la chambre et nécessite le passage du couloir commun. Le débit de la douche est faible, sa température soit trop froide, soit trop chaude.

Прекрасное расположение в тихом центре города. Персонал доброжелателен и честен. WiFi хороший. Номер просторный с большими окнами и высоким потолком. Горячая вода в наличии.

Было бы неплохо если бы был завтрак, но не критично.

Posizione nella via più centrale e spettacolare della città, il signore della reception gentilissimo e disponibile mi sono sentito a casa sia nell'abitazione che che nel quartiere complimenti veramente per tutto lo consiglio a tutti qualità prezzo spettacolare

The room was spacious. The location was fantastic. Included balconies etc. Very good value budget accommodation. Staff were friendly and allowed me to extend without hassle.

The shower could be a little better but it wasn't a big deal.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Zu bestimmten Zeiten konnte man nicht ein und aus gehen.Man wurde quasi eingesperrt.Der Pförtner war müde.Hat geschlafen.Es hat ihn genervt aufzusperren.Er meinte er müsse permanent zusperren.Die Gäste hätten hingegen einen schlüssel für die Ausentüre erhalten sollen.

Their hospitality gives the hotel a very personal touch that you rarely find in bigger resorts. This has become one of my favorite places to visit in Antalya. If you’re looking for comfort, character, good value, and a peaceful atmosphere instead of luxury, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

Die Terasse ganz oben, die zu meinem Zimmer gehörte...

Dass die Eingangstür abends abgeschlossen war, man hat keinen Schlüssel für die Tür bekommen und nicht immer den Wachmann wach gekriegt🤭... Pansion heisst nicht gleichzeitig alte Menschen, die spät abend nicht mehr ausgehen.... Sonst ok!

I loved the welcome, the naturally friendly hosts. the 'Pension" is in the heart of the old town of Antalya, ideal to explore the city.

Only the lighting in the bedroom. I am a reader, and ther was only one main overhead light of a flourescent glow.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. J'y suis passé une nuit, je n'ai pas été à la réception de faire une réclamation. Le soir quand il fait frais, pour prendre une douche avec de l'eau froide, c'est pas très agréable. Pas de quoi des 2 couvertures de disponibles ce soir ? Il faisait froid.

Прекрасное место внутри старого города, здесь свой ,особенный флёр, стоит спуститься вниз и рядом обнаружится огромное количество очень милых мест для посидеть НА любой вкус и кошелёк.Зарезирвировала номер перед походом на Ликию,вернулась уже с подругой- мы обе в восторге,нас напоили кофе, в номере есть стиральная машина, чайник,холодильник и даже необходимая посуда.Хозяйка посоветовала нам кафе с потрясающей турецкой кухней.Я однозначно сюда вернусь! Спасибо вам огромное! Это лучшее место, чтобы после 9 дневного похода вновь почувствовать себя человеком)) а какие там открываются виды с огромной трассы на горы)) Замечательное утро в прекрасной ,светлой комнате с отличной двуспальной кроватью и горлицами,воркующими в расположенных вокруг дома деревьях..Хочу обратно))Аня и Катя

Очень хорошая локация, самый центр, около самых красивых мест, до трамвая 4 минуты, до остановки автобуса еще меньше. Персонал замечательный, отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Все моменты можно было спросить и тут же решить. Кофе очень хороший, с хорошей кофе машиной на 1 этаже отеля можно самому наливать в любое время. Отель располагается в тупике улицы, машины не ездят - очень ценно, когда есть дети.

Можно улучшить дизайн, очень маленькая кухня, с детьми было неудобно, нужно было готовить. Но самое неудобное - это отсутствие розеток. Их было 2 штуки на большую комнату, кроме тех, что на кухне и они были на высоте примерно 1,5 метра от пола. Заряжать что-то или включить ноутбук - всегда проблема.

Все было отлично :)

This plkace is a hidden gem.

Terrible..not allowed visitors unless they pay 500tl per visit of 2 hours,and no one after 11pm..terrace furniture was absolutely stinking dirty,I had to clean it all,a wooden chair broke as I sat on it..it was rotten. The terrace floor was also filthy..I wish I took more pictures but left after 1 night..there was no cooker in the apartment,and only a 1 ring electric camping type hob thing..very very basic kitchen ware,no cooking utensils..just plates mugs and basic cutlery..staff were horrible , rude and grumpy.. Doors locked and bolted at 11pm..nothing like the pictures..avoid like the plague..

Everything..the so called visitor rules were ridiculous..I left after 1 night and booked somewhere else..

Досить великий, місткий номер, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання та відпочинку. Зручно розкласти речі в шафу. Потрапили в тиждень дощів, проте в номері було тепло. Сподобалась величезна тераса, в гарну погоду на ній затишно та приємно проводити час. Розташування в самісінькому історичному центрі міста на вулиці, де туристи зазвичай роблять інстаграмні фото.

It’s a seasoned establishment with history. The gentlemen running it are polite and supportive. The room and the bed were spotless.

I had a 1st floor room with old windows. Due to an absolute lack of soundproofing, I woke up every time someone was talking outside (which was frequent because it’s a tourist area). The room and especially bathroom screams for renovation. The shower is dark (there’s only one small light above the sink) and has a weak heating.

They had rude staff and didn’t allow me to bring my fined even for a couple of hours. They wanted to pay me extra for let them to stay in room

Wow! Everything was beyond expectations!

This is my second visit to the Erkal Pansion. Why? The staff are genuine. The location is perfect: I’m a five-minute dander from Hadrian’s Gate, the Port is a ten-minute walk. And I’m two minutes from Luna, Antalya’s best, and most reasonable eaterie. In addition, the WIFI works, the fridge is brand new, and the air-con is modern (and free). I found a gem. I will continue to return here. 10/10

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Oda gayet geniş ve rahattı. Küçük bir mutfak ve temel bazı mutfak eşyaları da vardı. Fiyat olarak Kaleici'ndeki en uygun tesislerden biri. Tam bir fiyat/performans oteli. Tek başına bir kadın olarak da kalmayı güvenli buldum.

Sıcak su çok geç geliyor. Bunun icin bir çözüm bulunabilir mi bilmiyorum. Sıcak su gelene kadar çok fazla su boşa aktı. Bir de kışın kalacaklar için odaya kurutma makinesi koyulabilir.

This is my second stay at this guesthouse. I'm always pleased. It's located in the heart of Kaleiçi Old Town, Close to Hadrian's Gate. Shops and the city center are nearby. The staff are very friendly. I always enjoy coming back.
