Neighborhood was very quiet, accomodation is equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely go back ⭐️

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Athènes à pied Appartement spacieux au calme, proche de tout. Bons restaurants à côté dans petite rue sympa. Arrivée autonome.

L’appartement dans son ensemble est spacieux mais pas de très bonne qualité (finitions, mobilier de mauvaise qualité, peinture écaillée dans la salle de bain)

The accommodation was very clean. I particularly liked the blackout curtains, as they kept the room nice and dark and didn’t let the light in. This was a big bonus for me because I prefer to sleep in a dark room. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι οι κουρτίνες έκαναν πολύ καλή συσκότιση και δεν άφηναν το φως να περνάει στο δωμάτιο. Για μένα αυτό ήταν μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα, γιατί προτιμώ να κοιμάμαι σε σκοτεινό δωμάτιο.

I would have liked the rooms to be clearly numbered on the doors or walls, so it would be easier to know which room is ours. It would also be helpful to have clear signs indicating the first floor, second floor, etc. The lack of clear signage was a downside for me. Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει αρίθμηση των δωματίων στους τοίχους ή στις πόρτες, ώστε να είναι εύκολο να βρίσκουμε ποιο είναι το δωμάτιό μας. Επίσης, θα βοηθούσε να υπάρχει σαφής ένδειξη για τον πρώτο, δεύτερο όροφο κ.λπ. Η έλλειψη αυτής της σήμανσης ήταν για μένα ένα μειονέκτημα.

Que se nos vendió que podíamos meternos 4 personas. Había una cama de matrimonio para 2 y un sofá cama para 1 y no para 2. En mi buscador de alojamiento puse claramente que éramos 4. Si los niños son muy pequeños podría valer. Pero 2 adolescentes no. De hecho mi mujer y mis hijas durmieron en la cama de matrimonio a lo ancho porque sino tampoco y yo en el sofá, porque sino 1 hubiera dormido en el suelo

Ładny I nowoczesny wystrój, 2 balkony, przestronna łazienka z pralką, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju i wygodne łóżka.

Brak "welcome packa" w kuchni (kawa, herbata), lekko uszkodzony prysznic.

Genial ubicado, a 20 minutos caminando de la Acrópolis. La zona está muy bien, cerca de bares y ambiente. El apartamento moderno y con todas las necesidades. Repetiría sin duda.

Não houve nada que estivesse não gostasse, mas o AC do quarto não era muito eficiente…

todo impecable, pero especialmente quiero valorar que el anfitrion nos dejo guardar las maletas despues del check out y pudimos seguir paseando por Atenas tranquilos hasta la hora de nuestra partida .

Location was perfect. Close enough to the Acropolis, but also far enough to not feel like you’re on the main strip. Arrived prior to official check-in time and the host was kind enough to let us into the building/room to store our bags

Clean, comfy beds, small terrace and near center and easy to reach. Great to have the washing machine.

It’s missing basics in the kitchen like salt, sugar,oil. It’s missing a drying post for clothes.

L'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione: dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dall'Acropoli e la passeggiata è molto piacevole, anche la sera, perché si attraversano zone tranquille e ci siamo sempre sentiti sicuri. Nel nostro caso avevamo l'appartamento al primo piano con un piccolo giardinetto, una soluzione davvero carina e accogliente. L'aria condizionata è sicuramente apprezzabile. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e tornerei volentieri in questo appartamento. È un alloggio che consiglio e che merita sicuramente una buona valutazione.

La lavatrice non funzionava bene: ho provato a utilizzarla, ma i vestiti dopo il lavaggio non erano stati bene centrifugati ed avevano un cattivo odore, tanto che sono dovuta andare in lavanderia per risolvere. La biancheria da bagno aveva un odore poco gradevole., è sicuramente un aspetto da migliorare con una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e al lavaggio. Abbiamo notato la presenza di diverse blatte morte, soprattutto all'esterno della finestra del bagno e una viva nel bagno. Abbiamo notato che in Atene stessa, per strada, ce ne sono diverse.. L'aria condizionata, pur essendo molto utile, è risultata un po' rumorosa.

Kiváló helyen van, tiszta, kényelmes, modern, jól felszerelt. Kedves, segítőkész kommunikáció, szuper volt, hogy késő este is be tudtunk menni. Nyugodt helyen van, a közelben pékség, kávézók, étterem. Pár perc trolibusszal a belváros. Többen írták problémának a vízmelegítőt, de teljesen jól , könnyen használható. Időzítős a relé, de beállítható bármennyi idő rajta, van leírás is róla az asztalon, nem okozott semmi gondot, azonnal volt melegvíz. Az ágyak kényelmesek, okos tv, mosógép is van, bár azt mi nem használtuk.

A törölközők tiszták voltak, de nem túl jó szagúak, ezen lehetne javítani. Egyébként minden szuper volt.

-Cucarachas en la cocina. -la ducha era pesima, andaba mal y filtraba agua por todos lados. -el aire de la habitacion no enfriaba. -tardaron en contestar dudas.

Un studio foarte frumos si primitor. Locatia este perfecta pentru a explora orasul, iar apartamentul arata exact ca in poze. Totul a fost curat, bine organizat si foarte confortabil. Gazda a fost amabila si disponibila ori de cate ori am avut nevoie. Un raport calitate-pret foarte bun.

Mieszkanie czyste, była instrukcja użytkowania mieszkania (w tym jak podgrzać wodę). Wyposażenie nowe, bardzo ładnie urządzone. Były rolety zewnętrzne dla bezpieczeństwa super!

Na 4 osoby mało komfortowe, mało miejsc do siedzenia przy stole. Na jedną noc raczej dobre, na dłużej raczej tylko dla 2 osób. Pani sprzątała zaraz po naszym wyjeździe, widać było staranność.

Posizione vicino metro

The location is OK, in the centre. It was easy to get the keys from a lock box.

The apartment was completely different from the pictures seen on Booking. It was ugly and not so clean. Though we reserved for 2 adults and 2 children they did not left any linen or pillows for the sofa bed (which was actually a strange non extensible sofa, plus a mattress). So we had to improvise. Outside the window of the bathroom were plenty of dead cockroaches.

Struttura pulita, bella accogliente e abbastanza vicino al centro, mi aspettavo una posizione ancora più comoda ma comunque era abbastanza vicina.

Nulla tutto perfetto, tranne l’acqua calda che a volte faceva i capricci

Άνεση, ησυχία, ασφάλεια. Με ενημέρωσαν νωρίτερα πως το διαμέρισμα ήταν έτοιμο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινώνησε άμεσα μαζί μου όταν του ζήτησα κάτι.

Local estava limpo, bem apresentado, cama confortável e roupa de cama boa. Pena que tem baratas, mas acredito que seja e venha de fora, porque limpeza estava muito boa.

Idéalement situé à 15 mn à pier ed l'Acropole dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de commerces, cafés restaurants.

The apartment is well located and reasonably clean. However, my overall rating reflects a series of serious issues that significantly marred the stay.

The apartment did not match the reservation. The owner was hard to contact, additionally he issued the invoice two weeks late. We were made to move twice in one week: first because the initial apartment did not correspond to the booking, and then again at a few hours' notice mid-stay, ruining an entire day of sightseeing. To make matters worse, the cleaner packed up our personal belongings despite my explicit request to the owner that nothing be touched, as we intended to move ourselves. After twenty years of travelling in Europe, this is the worst experience of its kind I have had. I would not recommend this property.

No hot water, it stated we were supposed to have a patio/garden view however we had none

The neighbourhood is quiet.

There was no wi-fi signal (in any place of the apartment), so there is no point in saying that it you have that service available. The courtains in the bedroom were destroyed by the previous guests. No one noticed or fixed it before our arrival. The day we arrived at night we informed about this issue and although the host informed us it would be fixed nothing was done. We didn't sleep anything with all the light coming in in the morning.

The apartment had a comfortable bed, and it was also nice that the bathroom had a window.

There was practically no hot water in the apartment. There is a heating system that requires waiting for about an hour for the water to warm up before you can use the shower. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay, which was also confirmed by the assistant girl, who was the only kind and helpful member of the staff.

The host was responsive and allowed us to check in as early as 10:45 am, which we very much appreciated. The bedrooms and living room were spacious, and both bedrooms had balconies

The location was far from the metro, but there are nearby bus stations to join the city attractions

Proche des points d’intérêts touristiques. Arrivée autonome. L’appartement était propre (sauf odeur très forte de tabac) et bien équipé.

Très forte odeur de tabac en arrivant dans l’appartement, que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire disparaître malgré aération prolongée. C’était très incommodant. Tous les textiles étaient imprégnés de cette odeur. Une chambre avait son volet roulant cassé.

Deberían explicar que el piso 1 es el segundo para los que no somos europeos y también no sobra decir que el código hace referencia al sitio donde está la llave.

Hay que encender el calentador para que salga el agua caliente.

Modern, tiszta apartman, közlekedés szempontjából kiváló helyen van, a belváros és a tengerpart is egy busszal elérhető. A környéken rengeteg kávézó ( a Coffeim dealert nagyon ajánlom!) , kisebb bolt, gyógyszertár van. Pár napos tartózkodásra tökéletes

Καθαρό, ήσυχο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στο θέατρο Ηχοδραση που για αυτόν τον λόγο έμεινα στο διαμέρισμα

Δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό!! Όσο και να το άφησα να τρέχει, δεν είχε καφέ για να φτιάξω μια κούπα το πρωί ενώ το ζήτησα και δεν είχε καθόλου ισχυρό ίντερνετ σχεδόν μηδενικό. Όταν τα έγραψα σε μήνυμα στον υπεύθυνο δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ!!

Ho apprezzato la posizione dell’appartamento e il quartiere ricco di servizi

Purtroppo l’appartamento era sprovvisto di acqua calda. Dopo una lunga giornata in giro per Atene ciò che si desidera di più è fare una bella doccia rilassante, ma ciò non è stato possibile. Ho contattato la struttura per rendere noto il problema, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.. un vero peccato. Altra nota negativa è stata l’assenza di tende in camera da letto.. difficile mantenere la privacy con i vicini.

Good location, big apartment with terrace

no warm water during the stay! the ventilation in the bathroom were running continuously, the host didn’t answer on my messages

The location was great, easy access to transportation if needed; You could walk (20 min walk) to the center of Athens and close to where the monuments are located. Lots of places to eat near the apartments as well as grocery shops, laundromat, etc. We rented two apartments, they were both clean. The building had a private entrance that you get in via a code so it was private and secure.

The wifi connection was not good. The washing machines did not wash the clothes as it should, we had to go to a local laundromat. Also there were no curtains in the bedroom of one of the apartments.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρά και είχε ότι χρειαζομασταν! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ εξυπηρετικος. Ευτυχώς βρίσκαμε να παρκάρουμε κοντα.

La camera era moderna, posizione buona, letto molto comodo. Ci sono tutti gli accessori di cui si necessita. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La camera era umida, la doccia non è buona e il Wi-Fi era praticamente inesistente: per i giorni di soggiorno ho anche provato a testare la connessione la miglior velocità raggiunta era di 0.29 in download e 0.18 upload(tradotto non funzionava). Aggiungerei qualche appendino per asciugamani in più e migliorie ulteriormente la pulizia. Il condizionatore probabilmente un po rumoroso.

During my stay, the internet issue makes me some inconvenient. Besides, the apartment is all good.

El apartamento muy bien y muy limpio. A 20-25 minutos de todo lo importante.

El agua caliente costaba que funcionara. Y cuando la encendías funcionaba a ratos.

Wielkość mieszkanie w tym dwie oddzielne sypialnie. Materac bardzo wygodny

Brak stałego ogrzewania , trzeba dogrzewać klimatyzacja która ciągle musi chodzić aby było ciepło w pokoju. Brak ogrzewania w łazience , bardzo to nie przyjemne podczas wyjścia z kąpieli szczególnie w chłodnie marcowe dni . Mieszkania wymaga już częściowego remontu wymiany mebli czy podłogi.

Ολα και θα ξανά πάμε στο ίδιο!

We stayed at this apartment during our trip and overall had a positive experience. The location is very convenient — close to transport, shops, and main attractions. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very understanding. They responded quickly to our questions and requests and always tried to help and find solutions, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and easy.
