The hotel was good and very clean and the reception is very kind so over all is awesome for me

Restaurant food was average. Quality wise good food but test wise it can be improved. Also the final bill at the check out has an error. Which got caught by me. Receptionist said it may be a mistake. But i don't believe this.

Beautiful place to stay.

The location is great. Right outside the hotel is Gandhigram station. The property is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were great too. Loved my stay there.

Too much noise created early morning by people from other rooms .

The room was well decorated, but the walls had dampness with flaky paint, overall ambience was OK.

The basin placement in the bathroom was very wrong. one cannot use it unless getting wet.

Best to have a comfort stay. They serve the best flavoured vegetarian food. Friendly staff and easily accessible location.

Great reception, very proactive and looked after the guest with meticulous details. Well laid out breakfast, great variety, spacious dining room. The room service was incredible. The rooms are well furnished, the bed is comfortable, not too soft, just the right stiffness, the pillows were very cozy.

Location wise, ambience, room cleaning, washrooms everything was just perfectly fine with a very good feeling when you enter inside the hotel. Staff was very courteous with cleanliness and hygiene par excellence

They need to do a lot of work on their morning breakfast spread. It was really very very sad for the two days that I stayed there. Literally nothing to eat. Ala carte dinner was good. Unfortunately a person always starts a day with a good and sumptuous breakfast which was really missing.

The building was new and the rooms were nicely appointed. Hot water and clean towels were available. The location was perfect for us and it was quiet at night.

The breakfast was disappointing from a Brit's point of view. Once the staff picked up we were a same sex couple they got a bit funny with us.

No transport arrangement is there. Due to this in night and early morning one haa to travel with bagage up to main road and due to location very few auto get for airport or rly stn.

Excellent spread of breakfast. Rooms were clean, sheets and pillow covers freshly laundered, courteous and welcoming staff, helpful too.

Very helpful reception staff, great value and location for the Metro to the cricket ground. Not far from the airport either.

The bathroom is a wet room. Could do with a shower curtain or screen to prevent the whole of the bathroom getting wet, especially an issue if you are sharing
