Personnel très gentil, hotel très propre et super bien situé à 5min de la place principale. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours avec à chaque fois des petites bouteilles d eau. Le petit déjeuner est correct (salé, sucré)

La paroi de la douche est mal agencée ce qui let de l eau partout dans la salle de bain. Le lit et les oreillers étaient durs.

The friendliness and helpfulness of Denise as soon as we walked in was a lovely welcome. Breakfast in atrium was more than sufficient. The location of the hotel was fantastic!

La colazione dell’hotel è purtroppo il punto debole del soggiorno. La scelta è molto limitata: mancano completamente le opzioni salate come bacon, salsicce e würstel, che normalmente ci si aspetta in un buffet da hotel. Anche sul fronte dolce l’assortimento delude, con l’assenza dei cornetti, un elemento base per una colazione all’italiana. Nel complesso l’offerta risulta scarna e poco varia, non all’altezza del resto della struttura

Personale super disponibile e gentile. La camera era carina e con i giusti spazi...ne enorme ne piccola ma per quanto ci si sta va più che bene. La cosa fantastica era la posizione...vicino a tutti i siti di principale interesse...basiliche,moschee,palazzi,negozi,bazar ristoranti...veramente tutto a due passi.

La colazione. Sono un amante delle colazioni e no non mi è piaciuta...c'era veramente poca scelta e in quel poco troppo salato rispetto al dolce e comunque quello che c'era non era niente di che.

Struttura accogliente , buona e assortita colazione . Posizione eccellente, vicinissima alle principali attrazioni. Il gatto Bella è la mascotte.

La struttura ha una posizione molto comoda per arrivare dappertutto! Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile, la stanza è confortevole e dispone di tutto il necessario (mancava solo, a parer mio, uno specchio lungo per potersi vedere interamente. Non so se nelle altre stanze ci fosse, nella nostra purtroppo no!) La colazione comprende pietanze tipiche ma anche più internazionali, c'è una vasta scelta di tutto!

Great position close to what matters!! The structure is clean (room and breakfast). Breakfast complete with different selections available. Kind and helpful staff. Overall, price vs services offered is ok.

There is no elevator so it could be a problem for people with limitation of movement. Anyhow, to be noticed the staff take care of carrying your luggage directly to your room on the relevant floor.

The hotel could not have been more convenient to visit the main attractions - only a few minutes walk. The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely helpful and the breakfast selection was very good. We intend to visit Istanbul again and we will definitely stay at the Alilass again.

Brilliant location, helpful staff

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t very good! We initially thought it was broken and the staff did come and help us but it turned out it just wasn’t very powerful. We were very hot in the night. Other than that, brilliant little hotel would overall recommend.

The streets are too loud at night, and the bedroom doors are too close so if someone enters or leaves the room next to yours you hear everything and almost looks like they are entering your room

Es war eine tolle Zeit in Istanbul DANK dem Hotel Alilass. Flughafenservice klappte prima. Ein wirklich sehr nettes Personal mit einem super Frühstück. Es ist sehr sauber . Die Lage ist zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank dem netten Personal.

Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein wirklich sehr nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Da ich sehr hellhörig bin, war es für mich persönlich Nachts schon sehr laut. Das empfindet jeder anders für sich selbst.

The bedroom was a bit small and not very well designed. In the room we had, the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor after every shower, the door of the bathroom opened up towards the bed making it slightly uncomfortable and narrow and the bed was too hard and short

A 5 minutes des principaux dites a visiter. Trop géniale la salle a déjeuner fermée dans la cour arriere! Repas parfait. Aménagement bien pensé,

Chambre donnant sur la rue sont problématique car certains restaurants/ bars peuvent être ouvert toute la nuit. Faite une demande d'avance pour une chambre a l'arrière (x04, x05) ou réservez la plus chère (x06) car elles ne dint qu'à l'arrière et plus spacieuse. On a pu changé après une nuit! Certaines chambres ont une douche semi-fermé, ce qui n'est vraiment pas pratique. 3 étages et PAS d'ascenseur mais aide fournie.

La manutenzione della bagno , la doccia non funzionava nel modo corretto, il soffione aveva il getto mal funzionante, al nostro arrivo le lenzuola erano rotte e nonostante ci fossero dispenser per sapone e bagnoschiuma avevo segnalato il problema del mal funzionamento il primo giorno ma alla fine abbiamo optato per comprarci il bagno doccia in un market

Hotel vicinissimo alla Moschea blu, staff molto cordiale, stanze con un livello di pulizia notevole e colazione abbondante e varia. Ad accoglierci all entrata una dolcissima micina. Consigliatissimo.

Petit déjeuner peu diversifié, literie moyenne et très peu de communication avec le personnel de l’hôtel.

Het hotel is vrij klein. De locatie van het hotel is heel centraal. De grote bezienswaardigheden liggen allemaal op een paar minuten afstand lopen. Maar het ligt in een relatief rustig zijstraatje. genoeg eetgelegenheden en koffietentjes in de buurt. De kamer is vrij klein, maar heel schoon. Stevig bed. Douche is wisselend, waterdruk varieert nogal. Ontbijt is ruim en een mix van Turkse en internationale keuken. Het wordt in de serre in de tuin geserveerd. er is een dakterrasje, maar dat was gesloten toen wij er waren. gezellige hotelkat die graag je kamer in wil. Personeel is prima, niet veel interactie. Wel de taxi via hotel geregeld, maar andere vragen die ik vooraf heb gesteld werden matig beantwoord (wel snelle reactie). Al met al een prima plek voor je citytrip naar Istanbul. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het een hele toeristische buurt is.

Douche en waterdruk waren nogal wisselend en 1 dag was er 's ochtends een uurtje of zo geen water. kamer is wel vrij klein (en wij hadden een grotere genomen). Kamer is verder vrij spartaans maar dat is voor ons prima.

Petit hôtel très bien placé, proche des monuments à visiter. Jolie décoration, très propre et petit déjeuner dans une jolie cour intérieure.

Das kleine Hotel ist sehr sauber, super freundlich, hat ein leckeres Frühstück und liegt nur ca. 200 m von der blauen Moschee entfernt, dem wundervollen Altstadtkern mit seinen Bars und Restaurants. Top Lage. Top Hotel. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Przyjazny personel, dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Hotel znajduje się niedaleko największych atrakcji turystycznych a mimo to w spokojnym miejscu. Idealny na krótki wypad.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Może tylko, że hotel nie ma windy. Nie sprawdziłam przy rezerwacji, ale dla mnie to nie jest punkt krytyczny.

They filled water bottles every day, which is very rare.

Some stuff doesn’t speak English at all. Shower cabin doesn’t have sore, so water goes all over the bathroom. Ventilation in the room works very loud and during the night time can be very annoying.

Замечательное местоположение, очень тихо ночью; персонал отзывчивый, улыбчивый. В номерах очень чисто, моют полы каждый день, меняют полотенца. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Очень уютно.

В номере были проблемы с кондиционером и не очень хорошая звукоизоляция (слышали соседей отчетливо)

La ubicación

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante negativa. Durante toda la estancia (4 días), la cisterna del baño no funcionaba correctamente. Cada vez que necesitábamos usarlo, teníamos que avisar al personal para que vinieran a solucionarlo de forma temporal, y al poco tiempo volvía a fallar. Además, contratamos con el hotel un traslado al aeropuerto (90€ ida y vuelta) y en ningún momento se nos informó de que debía pagarse exclusivamente en efectivo. Al ir a pagar, nos indicaron que el pago con tarjeta tenía una comisión adicional de 12€, lo que nos obligó a buscar un cajero y asumir gastos extra por retirada y cambio de divisa. El desayuno incluido era muy pobre, con poca variedad y cantidad, y no reponían los alimentos cuando se terminaban. El baño, además, desprendía olores muy desagradables de las cañerías, por lo que teníamos que mantener los desagües tapados. A esto se suma que el personal fumaba justo debajo de las ventanas, haciendo imposible ventilar sin que entrara humo en la habitación. La distribución de la habitación tampoco era cómoda: la puerta del baño chocaba con la cama, dificultando el acceso. Por las noches, además, entraba bastante luz desde el pasillo por debajo de la puerta, afectando al descanso, además, cabe destacar que las paredes son de pladur, por lo que escuchas perfectamente hasta al vecino de la otra punta. En general, no hemos recibido soluciones efectivas durante la estancia y la experiencia ha sido muy por debajo de lo esperado. No lo recomendaríamos.

la posizione molto vicina alla Moschea Blu e alle principali attrazioni in Sultanhamet, la colazione era la quella che si trova normalmente all'estero, la camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort.

In pieno centro storico, a due passi da Aghia Sophia, accessibile a piedi al Bazaar e altri luoghi da visitate. Un eccellente tram trasferisce sull’altra riva. Camere non grandi ma sufficienti con bagno e doccia moderni e funzionanti

Soba je svaki dan bila spremljena, doručak je bio bogat.

Iz kupaone se širio neugodan miris odvoda te je kupaona mogla biti čišća. Također, po ulasku u sobu, primjetili smo kako nismo dobili ni sapune, ni šampon ni gel za tuširanje kao i manjak wc papira.

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, minden, amit meg akartunk nézni sétatávolságban volt. Nagyon sok étterem közül lehetett válogatni. A személyzet kedves volt, a szoba tiszta. A szálloda is pici, de nagyon jól megszervezett, a reggelizőhely cuki.

Egy picit kicsi volt a szoba és ezért nem lehetett csak az ágyra ülni. Egy szék jó lett volna. Sajnálom, hogy a tetőteraszt nem lehetett használni. A reggeli lehetett volna egy kicsit változatosabb. Legalábbis több gyümölcs lehetett volna.

Lo staff davvero cordiale, la colazione turca abbandonate e buona (buffet). L'hotel è central a sultanameth, e da quella posizione abbiamo girato a piedi e visitato la moschea blu e ha già Sophia, a piedi siamo arrivati anche ai due bazar (circa 30 minuti). Molto soddisfatta, ci ritornerei volentieri.

Ho notato molta polvere nella stanza. Tuttavia su richiesta la stanza veniva sistemata ogni giorno e anche all'occorrenza cambio biancheria.

Très bel hôtel, plein de charme. Très bien situé au coeur du quartier de Sultanhamet. Notre chambre qui donnait sur cour était très calme, très confortable. La salle du petit déjeuner, dans une verrière était parfaite. Très bon petit dejeuner.
