De ontvangst was hartelijk, en perfect op tijd. De studio ligt zeer centraal, je bent overal zo. Het is een erg leuke plek om samen met je partner te zijn, ik was er daarna ook alleen en kon prima werken (goede Wifi!). Zeker een aanrader!

De trap naar de bedden is wat steil. Verder niets op aan te merken.

Apartamento excelente. La ubicación está genial, en el mismo centro y a 10 minutos de la estación central. No le faltaba de nada. La anfitriona nos dejo escrito recomendaciones de donde comer y que visitar. Recomendable 100%

Las escaleras eran un poco incómodas para subir a la habitación, demasiado empinadas.

La ubicación, nos recibieron en persona y nos dieron información de todo.

Nos ha gustado todo. Bonito, limpio, bien ubicado(en una plaza bonita, buen edificio y buena zona, cercano a los lugares de interés y de la estación de tren) y la chica que nos ha atendido muy amable. Tiene todo lo básico tanto en la cocina como productos de limpieza. Recomiendo 100%.

Merdiven maalesef korunaksız ve dik yani biraz güvensiz, yatak odasının demirleri de biraz korunaksız bunlar dışında herşey gayet iyi idi.

The host was excellent while greeting me - she gave recommendations based on where I was planning on going and interests. Everything in the apartment worked well and was comfortable. The location is very central, with easy access to public transit options. But its still in a secluded enough square that it was fairly quiet at night.

I'd say the "worst" thing is a slightly worn out couch. I still found it comfy. And the knives leave a little something to be desired if you plan on cooking at home.

The location is absolutely perfect for tourism as all major sites are reachable on foot. Plus although it is hyper central, the place is absolutely quiet !

We were a bit disappointed with the lack of view (windows are half darkened by the roof wall) and the weak lighting of the flat

L'appartamentino è su una piazza bellissima, pedonale, ed è stato silenziosissimo. Era molto comodo, dotato veramente di tutto, finanche la lavastoviglie. Tutti gli attrezzi di cucina immaginabili, Anche una collezione di barattoli di spezie. Aspirapolvere, televisore. Un riscaldamento ottimo.

Davvero niente da segnalare

Notre séjour dans l'appartement a été merveilleux. Il est situé à 10 minutes de la grand place et à 8 minutes de la gare centrale. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et dispose de nombreux Facilites. Imaginez qu' il y avait même de l'eau de cologne dans la salle de bain ! La propriétaire Mme Katrien était très gentille et a répondu immédiatement à toutes mes demandes.Le dernier jour, j' ai elle i rencontrée et m' a demandé pourquoi l'appartement était si bien décoré et équipé. Elle m'a dit en toute honnêteté qu'elle avait créé un espace accueillant, exactement comme elle l'aurait souhaité pour ses vacances. Madame merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et félicitations pour votre éthique (vous comprenez ce que je veux dire) et votre gentillesse. Ma note est de 10/10 et plus si il y aura!!!!

Tuvimos inconveniente por vuelo cancelado ,Katrien en todo momento estuvo en contacto con nosotras para que a nuestra llegada estuviera todo perfecto.Es de agradecer encontrarse con gente así.La ubicación es excelente puedes ir a casi todas las zonas turísticas caminando ,una plaza hermosa y tranquila.El studio limpio y cómodo.Pasamos unos días estupendos.

たまたまの熱波が来ていて、エアコンがなく、ロフトのベッドルームは夜中でも暑くて眠れませんでした。翌日扇風機持ってきていただきました。熱波を避けるのは難しいのでエアコン設置されるまでは、そういう経験をする可能性あります。

Unico lato positivo: la posizione

Non ci siamo mai trovati così male con degli host. La casa è stata trovata in condizioni pessime: tappeto sporco, immondizia dei guest precedenti, in bagno mancava il sapone per le mani ed pieno di capelli e cucina sporca. Inoltre, i proprietari sono stati parecchio maleducati e ostili nei nostri confronti.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement (au calme) proche du centre historique, des commerces et des transports. Agencement de l'appartement très fonctionnel. (Bémol : travaux à proximité et rue interdite aux voitures pendant notre séjour c'est peut-être pour ça que nous étions au calme...)

Nous n'avons pas aimé les fenêtres obstruées aux deux tiers par le fronton de la façade. Aucune visibilité sur l'extérieur. Par beau temps extérieur, le studio étant sous les toits se transforme en un endroit horriblement chaud. Aucun ventilateur à disposition. On dort très mal dans la mezzanine à cause de la chaleur. D'autre part, il y a très peu de vaisselle donc le lave vaisselle n'a aucune utilité. Une théière nous a fait défaut. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires.

Everything! The location of the Studio is perfect — close to the Rue Neuve/Nieuwstraat, Belgium's second busiest shopping street. close to Metro stations ( De Brouckère and Rogier), close to Grande Place and all its attractions, and — what's equally important — close to supermarkets and shops. Mind you: I travelled with a slightly disabled Mum (she still learns how to walk after an accident) — there was neither a problem with the 3. floor, nor with the entresol bedroom. The kitchen is all equipped, the bathroom has all the utensils. The Host is extremely kind, helpful, willing to make your stay as if you were at home. And that's how we felt!

second floor was pretty dangerous to sleep in. dirty sofa, microwave was covered in food. there was used pad in the trash. i don’t like the fact for that price that we were asked to reimburse them when using things like tea and coffee.

The location was literally perfect. About 10 minutes walk from the central station, and everything you'd need is max 15 minutes walk away from you. They welcomed us at the apartment (an actual person), which isn't very common around these apartments anymore. It's a very beautiful apartment, and the host has humor too! Very nice location, the square is nice, yeah, it's just really good. Psss, small secret. You can get out of the window and sit on the roof. Very nice view, very vibey.

Well I could say that the dishwasher was a little on the smaller side, but that's really it.
