Ein verstecktes Juwel in Port Barton! Von außen wirkt die Pension eher unscheinbar, aber sobald man das Tor durchschreitet, öffnet sich eine schöne und extrem gepflegte Anlage. Alles im Hof war blitzsauber und einladend. Die Zimmer waren groß, sehr sauber und auch die Badezimmer haben uns voll überzeugt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Personal. Vor allem der junge Mann an der Rezeption war fantastisch: Er hat sich wirklich um ALLES gekümmert, egal ob Tuktuks, Reisen oder die Organisation von Bootstouren. Er hatte für jeden Wunsch ein offenes Ohr und war immer bereit zu helfen. Wir kommen definitiv jedes Mal wieder hierher zurück, wenn wir in Port Barton sind!“

The power does go off so the room did become very hot, but not the properties fault.

Propre, au calme, confortable, petit balcon. J'avais une chambre avec ventilateur mais c'était tout à fait suffisant. Des rangements. Water refill, café offert. Bon emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la station de mini-van. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Staff adorable. Vous pouvez acheter un island hopping tour ou billet de bus chez eux ce sont les mêmes prix partout en ville.

During long power outages (from midnight until 12:00), they provided a generator in the mornings to help run the fan, and a candle at night. The laundry service is excellent – clothes come back clean and smelling great for 100 pesos per kilo. There is a nice veranda where you can sit and relax. The staff were kind, friendly, and genuinely tried to help with any request. The WiFi is strong and works well, which is a big plus in the area. You can easily arrange transportation through them to El Nido and other destinations, which is very convenient.

There are no window screens, and due to the power outages and needing to keep windows open, a lot of mosquitoes came in. There were also big spiders, but I don't know if it can be changed. The power outages were very difficult to deal with on a daily basis, although they did try to help with basic solutions like providing a bucket for showering. On the second night, extended family of the owners stayed over and made a lot of noise at 4 AM, waking me up due to an early tour they had. In that morning (around 9 AM), there was again loud music and singing outside the rooms. One of the dogs on the property tried to attack me in the main walkway used by guests. I don't think its appropriate to have an untrained dog freely roaming the area. A staff member apologized, but it felt like they did not fully understand the seriousness of the situation. It’s important to note that after the incident with the dog, it was locked inside to prevent it from happening again. The shower head is almost falling apart and needs to be handled very carefully. There are really good intentions from the staff and genuine effort to help, along with some pleasant features such as the greenery, the veranda, and strong WiFi. However, the combination of noise issues, safety concerns with the dog, and long power outages (that happened all across the town) significantly affected my overall experience.

This small place is cozy and the rooms are big and nice. The best asset of this place though is Wilson and the girl (forgot her name). Very nice and genuine people. I came back to Port Barton after 18 years and it was nice to see that the place is still lovely.

De mensen zijn erg behulpzaam bij het boeken van snorkel trips, waar we het voordeligste konden pinnen, de was konden we laten doen en nog veel meer. De kamer was echt groot en zeer schoon. We waren zo blij met deze locatie dat we een aantal dagen hebben bijgeboekt. De locatie is ook helemaal top. Het is op loopafstand van het strand en de eetgelegenheden en toch op een redelijk rustige plek. Echt een aanrader voor een prettig verblijf in Port Barton.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was huge, very clean and very beautifully decorated. the location was just in the center. There was a hot water always in the shower. The ac was amazing and quiet. We also rent motorcycles for the hotel that was good. Aldo there are same cute dogs at the property!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful with anything really. Booked the island tour with them, got a motorbike etc. with no mark up.

The towel had stains, definitely time for some new ones.. No ac in some of the rooms but you get a fan. The rooms with ac are a little more expensive but i really didn’t need one.

Staff were amazing at this property! So helpful and arranged all onward travel for us. Location was also great, with the beach and restaurants very near.

Everything, the room was bis, bed was comfortable, very clean. Edi and his mother were great. Thay were very welcoming and professionals. Edi helps us for everything we needed. He is so nice person and organize. Thanks you for everything. I absolutely recommend this place.

I really loved the family who runs the place. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. No matter what I needed, they were there — whether it was organizing transport, suggesting trips, or just making sure I was comfortable. They are truly warm-hearted and genuine people who made my stay very special.

The only thing was, my room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it quite hot in the evenings.

We are really pleased we stayed at Westpoint inn, the staff were lovely and the room was also very spacious and clean.

Adi i receptionen var en fantastisk värd

Struttura a gestione familiare, camere spaziose e pulite, posizione a 2 minuti da tutto. Il personale è stato magnifico, ci ha aiutate a prenotare i vari tour e transfer, se dovessi tornare a Port Barton prenoterei sicuramente qui. Consiglio vivamente

Otroligt trevlig, genuin och hjälpsam personal, speciellt han som heter Adi. Han hejade alltid och var superglad och trevlig. Bra läge, nära det mesta men lungt och tyst.

Ganska hårda sängar annars var allt toppen

De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en regelen alles voor je. Locatie alles op loopafstand. De kamer had airco en warm water.

Een fijner bankje of stoelen om buiten te zitten. Er is wel gratis koffie en heet water maar geen thee

Die Unterkunf ist eifach, aber alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Ruhig, da in einer Seitenstrasse, aber doch sehr zentral und in ca. 300m am Beach. Ein grosser Dank an Adi, dem Host. Er hat so viel für uns organisiert und tolle Tipps gegeben, ebenfalls die Bootstouren und Transfers in El Nido organisiert. Danke vielmals🙏

EVERYTHING! The location is the perfect, near bus station and restaurants, but in a quiet street. Tuk tuk drivers all know this hotel. The parcel is private with beautifuly maintained garden. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern ac, good water preassure, warm water and wi-fi. The hosts are the nicest people that welcomes you with great smiles and assist you with tours and everything you need in the best possible way so your experience of Port barton is hassle free.

The bed quality and the quiet mood

Personale in reception accogliente e molto gentile , con possibilità di comprare un'escursione marina o terrestre tramite loro, caffè a disposizione degli ospiti, ottimo wifi e aria condizionata, e fino a qui và bene.

La camera da noi affittata era la superior la quale  di superior aveva solo l'elevazione al primo piano ed una buona terrazza,  ed il bagno non era pulitissimo , non funzionale e si allagava ad ogni utilizzo  della doccia, solo un rotolo di carta igenica ed il secondo giorno siamo andati a chiederne uno in più alla Reception ,specchio basso e non di facile utilizzo -mi sono dovuto radere quasi inginocchiato - vetri della camera sporchi ,assenza di tavoli, bicchieri e comodini e lampade per una lettura notturna,troppo esageratamente basico, tutto questo a 61€ per notte senza colazione e senza pulizie in camera,con due piccoli asciugamani in dotazione, comunque troppo caro rispetto al servizio offerto . Un consiglio ,non esponetevi troppo con questi prezzi ,quando paghiamo noi turisti, paghiamo con soldi lavorati e sudati e  chiediamo qualcosa di corretto in cambio, Port Barton non giustifica questi prezzi. Da migliorare.

Muito simples. Banheiro horrível, estreito e escuro, sem box no chuveiro. Roupa de cama muito antiga e de baixa qualidade. Não tem uma área de convivência. Não tem geladeira nem na recepção para utilização pelos hóspedes. Ou seja, não é um hotel. É um alojamento. E caro para o que oferece. Não recomendo.

Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Ventilator seinen Zweck erfüllt und man konnte trotz Hitze gut schlafen. Im zugehörigen Bad gab es zwar nur kaltes Wasser, dafür war der Wasserdruck aber hervorragend. Die Familie ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben der Schule, somit ist es morgens ziemlich laut.

I liked the host and her family. Very welcoming and helped me with plug adapter also a super hairdryer. It was very clean and felt very homely, nothing too much trouble anything you asked was sorted. It had a very nice veranda over looking a court yard second floor. The shower was powerful and hot - bed very comfy. They let me check out at 12pm which was so Kind of them.

Unfortunately there was a basket ball match on adjacent to westpoint inn so quite noisy till late, saying that I soon forgot about the noise because the bed was super comfy and the bedroom nice and cool. The host did apologise and said it will soon be over final is tomorrow. Other than that nothing I would say I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend this property 💯

Dejligt familieejet sted hvor man føler sig hjemme. Der er styr på alt, og hjælp til alt lige fra vasketøj, scooter og transport til et nyt sted. Gode værelser hvor vi sov godt. På vores rejse valgte vi at komme tilbage til en hjertelig velkomst. Tak for alt !

Kvaliteten er høj og valuta for pengene. Det er dog ikke strandkanten og den gode udsigt…. Ud fra pris et virkeligt godt sted - rent, pænt og fungere.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit haben für uns sämtliche Bus Transfers organisiert und vieles über die Touren vor Ort erklärt. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber und man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Die Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) sind sehr gross und sauber. Warmwasser war immer vorhanden.

Ein kleines Detail man könnte im Zimmer einen Spiegel and der Wand montieren, da der Spiegel im Badezimmer sehr klein ist.

Comfy bed, room was clean and smelled nice. Each room has an outdoor drying rack. The yard is filled with nice plants and flowers. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Helped us with making changes to our airport transfer. Got up early with us to make sure all went smooth. Very thankful to them.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal.

El baño huele horrible a humedad. Y había un Cucaracha. Para mí, que tengl fobia, es algo que me arruina la estancia, entiendo que no le pase a la gente que no tiene fobia. Es muy importante saber que está al lado de un polideportivo que hace eventos constantemente. De mis 3 noches, las dos primeras había un evento de basket y escuchabas los gritos el micro del presentador hasta las 23.30 de la noche. La tercera noche erq una festividad y hasta las 2 de la madrugada la cama temblaba litermente. Era como tener los altavoces de la música del evento dentro de tu habitación. Creo que la relación caliad-precio está muy mal. Me parece muy caro por lo que se ofrece.

I stayed at this hotel and I 100% recommend it. It’s right in the city center but still very quiet. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable, I selected room without AC but there are also with AC. The host was amazing; we felt like part of a small family with the other travelers. I even extended my stay for four more nights When I arrived in Port Barton, a typhoon hit the next day and flooded many houses and hotels. The electricity and water were cut off for two days, but this hotel was one of the few that didn’t flood. They had solar panels and a water reserve, so we were really lucky compared to others. The host is truly kind and helped me with many things. I would definitely stay here again.

The basketball match taking place just next the hotel (next to my room) every night I have been here until 11:30 and 00:30pm, very loud. I know it's not the fault to the owner but it really ruined my sleep.

The receptionist was great, he booked everything for me (transport, activities).

Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is central. You can reach everything on foot. It's not on the beach, so there isn't a great view, but we knew that. The whole family is very helpful. They're always there to help with bookings and questions. I can definitely recommend it.

Perfect location, 5 min walk from The van drop off point, 5min from The beach and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Staff were delightful and go above and beyond to help you. The rooms do not have a/c, as it says, but they have fans and PB is cooler than other parts of Palawan. There is a communal hot shower that is amazing, otherwise the showers in the rooms are tepid but perfect after a day in the sun. Towels and sheets are clean and smell amazing!!! Beds are very comfortable. Room was huge with 2 double beds. It can be a little noisy - like most Filipino properties, the walls are not very thick and you do hear motorbikes and the chickens in the morning but that was the same with most places I stayed.
