Luxurious Basement Retreat

The place was very clean and spacious with a lot of storage. Everything was labeled so easy to find where things were. The hosts were nice and easy to contact. Great location!

The beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked, they were quite firm/hard. The couch was a little small, could not fit 4 people to sit comfortably on.

It was truly luxurious, with two comfortable, roomy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a modern, fully equipped bathroom. An small sitting area and lots if roomy closets were included as well.

It was a little hard to find in the dark of night when GPS lead us astray. Fortunately, we were able to recall its location and where to turn, etc., as we had arrived earlier that day.

Rien tout était vraiment parfait.

Very spacious, the beds are comfortable. The owner is great. Check in and check out instructions were clear.

Très propre très belle endroit

Très bel appartement, confortable et propre.

The unit was well stocked. The beds were so comfortable and it was easy to get to where I needed to go from this location. The neighbourhood was quiet

Super place to stay. Spacious with everything you would need.

Nothing

The property was exactly as described; spacious, spotless, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well organized, with everything clearly labeled. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually cut our outdoor activities short to spend more time relaxing at the apartment. We did have a small hiccup at check-in because the access code was sent to the Booking.com message inbox rather than my email. However, after a quick call, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the issue was resolved right away. Amazing host, amazing apartment!

Very clean, luxurious appartement with everything provided you could need during yours stay. Hoge surface, with a lot of room toe store your things. Friendly host, east check-in and good communication

L’accueil, la propreté et le confort

Everything! Beautifully furnished, large rooms, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, washer, dryer, dishwasher lots of towels, good wifi. Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed at. I wish this had of been the first place we stayed but we’ll definitely be back. So many personal touches from coffee cups, spoons, condiments, bottled water in 2 places even 4 new packaged toothbrushes which we didn’t need but was so thoughtful. Host was wonderful, great location, close to Charlottetown but nice and quiet. Very welcoming, and inviting. I will definitely make this my only choice for places to stay!

Could not say there was anything we did not love!

Great place - large, comfortable and essentially all amenities provided - master bedroom was huge -- shower pressure was great - dont think i have rated all 10s before - this was a great stay - soap, detergent, even top line toothbrushes were provided

Actually nothing wrong -

Breakfast was not part of the rental

Nothing, everything was great

The facilities and amenities. Everything was lovely!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was easy, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything is great

Bel accueil, très propre et conforrable

Très beau logement, propre et bien décoré. Calme avec tout ce qu'il faut. Même des brosses à dents. Très spacieux.

The Luxurious Basement Retreat in Charlottetown was wonderful. Very quiet, superb beds, heated floors and a great location for accessing everything. Unit was spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. One of the top places we've stayed.

No complaints.

Easy access. Comfortable. Good location. The place was spotless with a nice separate entrance.

The apartment was new, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed coffee, tea bottled water, beautiful appliances. The bathroom was modem clean and tooth brushes and tooth oaste incase we forgot ours. Comfy king size beds. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again. The host met us upon arrival to make sure we checked in ok and to say he was available if we needed anything.

There was nothing we needed that was not available

Better than expected!

It was the perfect place. Amazing service, peaceful area, beautiful apartment

Very comfortable stay with small lovely touches

We loved everything about the suite. It was very spacious. Beds were king-size and comfortable. The host was generous and responded to our queries promptly. It was close to everything we wanted.

We loved it all.

Roomy, clean, well equipped, has laundry, comfy beds. Everything you can think of is here

Loved it all

Clean, very nice apartment. All amenities you would need for great trip!

No complaints

The owner was so accommodating and greeted us and went beyond any place I stayed. I forgot my camera and he called before we got too far to say he found so we were able to go back and get it. The apartment was furnished with anything you could possibly want. Beautiful place and I would stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

😊 Everything was great!!!

Theaccommodations were excellent. The proprietors were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs. Specifically, they permitted us to store our bicycles in their garage. Communication was excellent.

Nothing

Well furnished, clean, functional basement suite with a great layout. Large kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of storage. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Very well outfitted - coffee, tea, bottled water, toothbrushes, and slippers provided. There was even some fruit for us on arrival!

Only one bathroom and couch in TV room is small and does not fold out into a bed.

I liked everything

It was fantastic in every way.

Everything was perfect.

We had the two bedroom apartment downstairs and found that the rooms were large and comfortable and offered everything that you would want for a short stay or longer. We stayed only one night, but it is a fully outfitted apartment which would be excellent for a longer stay.

The location is about a 10 minute drive to downtown, but if you don't need to be right downtown, it is an excellent choice.

A lovely place to stay: spotlessly clean, spacious (for the four of us), well-equipped with loads of small extras: e.g., milk and fruit, tooth brushes. One of the best airbnbs that I’ve stayed in.

Nothing comes to mind.

The flat was so spacious and did indeed feel very luxurious. A lot of extras were provided - for example, bottled water, milk and apple juice, and the laundry facilities were excellent. The area was quiet, and it was an easy drive into Charlottetown. All in all, we loved our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like - the only thing we might have wished was that there were more hangers and some smaller glasses for water. But, on the whole, every need had been catered for.

Very easy, details were provided to us via email, and the host was on location to assist if we had had problems, which we did not.

Parking is next to a fire hydrant, did not look right. Usually you must not park within 25 feet. Being a basement apartment, you limited daylight views.

This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment in suburban Charlottetown that is also an easy drive to the town centre or supermarkets. The host is very welcoming and generous with items like milk, shampoo, some fruit, laundry detergent. Communication with the host was easy and we received prompt replies re our arrival time. The apartment has its own private access and parking is available in the driveway. We really appreciate staying in an apartment with a washing machine and dryer, this apartment also has a dish washer. The bed was large and very comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment and the host.

Nothing

The location was in a quiet neighborhood that was a 13 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Our host had fruit, milk, coffee and tea, juice and water which was greatly appreciated. We were able to park our car in the driveway which was nice.

Beautiful property with self contained basement apartment.

Nothing!

the beds were comfortable

heat wasn't up when we arrived

This apartment was spacious, very clean and contained everything we needed. It was so easy to find things in the apartment as everything was labeled. The host, Liem and his wife were very responsive and pleasant. The beds were comfy...good nights sleeps. Thank you for our stay in your lovely home.

Nothing.

Lots of room, comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood. Close to downtown Charlottetown.

This basement suite was amazing—very cozy and comfortable, with two bedrooms each featuring a king-size bed. I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the host kindly arranged to have it delivered to me. He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The beds are super comfortable and the whole place was cozy! We loved it

A tv in bedroom would be nice but not a deal breaker

Clean and comfortable. Great bedrooms. Great kitchen with stoves, fresh drinking water, cups, glasses, forks, knives, everything you'd need to make a quick breakfast. Great host. Great location. We didn't expect bread, eggs, fruit and bottled water, but the host provided them all, even including coffee and coffee maker. This is an excellent facility with a short drive to downtown Charlottetown. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who travel with family members to Charlottetown.

None.

Really nice accommodation, very clean, added extra touch by having eggs, jam, and bread available for breakfast. Very nice furniture- exceptionally clean

Very nice! The host was friendly & prompt to reply. The apartment had 2 big king size beds. Lots of space & very clean. Nice location & was quiet. We appreciated the extra amenities and thoughtful "extras". One side note- there is no tv.

Essentials were unexpected Good variety for breakfast Very clean and comfortable

No tv, but didn’t make any difference to us

They are a lovely couple and it was super thoughtful to have things for breakfast. We were not expecting that and it was a very nice surprise.

There was no television which my husband missed but I didn’t.lol
