Convieience to all we wanted to do…Walking distance to some good restaurants….Staff friendly, professional, knowledgeable..

We requested a first floor room and we were told one was not available. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and sarcastic. We then asked for our room to be cleaned daily and that also didn’t happen. Super disappointed with your organization. This is our 3rd time staying at one of your hotels this summer and every stay had some issues.

The room was spotless and very well organized, which met my expectations perfectly.

Since it was a bit far from downtown, the distance was a little inconvenient for us. Also because of large tour groups. the breakfast area was tiny and super crowded very single time.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. And the hot breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. The room was cozy and clean. It was about a 10 minute drive to the main tourist spots in old town, but we had a car so it was not a problem. If you’re looking for a budget friendly comfortable stay, I’d definitely recommend it.

No amenity, like a pool, fitness room, restaurant, and no game room. Nothing to do in the hotel.

The breakfast that was served each morning well served attractively with good excellent food. The beds were very comfort, and I have never stayed in a hotel that was as clean as this one!

Upon our arrival we didn’t notice the chamber cleanings u til we move the sofa bed to prepare the bed and we saw the dirty mold Floor that was really smelly and bad. We did call the fro t desk and they were there to make a clean up but the mold was on every corner and hidden spot all over the place. We ask for a refund and discount since we were not staying on that mold.

Nothing, apart the front desk guy that was very respectful and professional to deal with the situation.

The room was dirty, with mold under the sofa bed and in the bathroom. The guy at the front desk l was extremely kind and helpful, but the manager, Laura, was condescending and unwelcoming and seemed eager to brush us off. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Between the manager's dismissive attitude and the hotel's poor cleanliness, this was a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about. The floor in the room needed cleaning. The plumbing in the bathroom needed fixing. It was somewhat dated but not a big deal.

Unfortunately, this hotel was not at all what we expected based on the photos and the price. We paid around $400 per night, so we had fairly high expectations, but when we arrived, we were very disappointed. The room was extremely small and did not really look like what we had seen in the photos when booking. It appeared to be clean, but there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. Our view was also directly facing what looked like a scrapyard, and the overall location and surroundings were not what we expected. We stayed in the room for about five minutes before deciding that we simply could not stay there. We went back to the front desk, explained the situation, and requested a refund for our stay. We ended up booking another hotel instead. For nearly $400 a night, we honestly expected a much better experience. It felt more like a motel than the hotel we thought we were booking, and unfortunately, it did not feel worth the price at all.

Rooms were clean and had all amenities. Breakfast is included and the food was decent. About 8-10min drive from Charlottetown downtown.

Hi, choices were not too bad. The sitting area is not very large. A table is too close to the juice and hot water.

フロアがラミネートフロアでカーペット（虫がつきやすい）ものではなかったことが良かった。スタッフも親切で、朝食にワッフルメーカーが置いてあり、出来立てを食べられた。

-Poorly land out breakfast area - dog friendly only means dogs can stay but there is nowhere for them to use the bathroom besides a few small patches of grass. - huge gaps under the door allow little to no sound barrier from the hallway. - Even when you pay extra to have a late cancelation if needed and pay at the property, the hotel still charges the card on file before you arrive. - if you get stuck in room 125 or 127 be prepared to never have a parking stall close to your room. The parking has been taken up by a generator instead.

I would have liked to get a bathtub

The location was good - staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price. Every room (I assume) has a patio door that goes directly to your car if you choose to park it there. Close to a gas station, McDonald’s and lots of other shops as well. The hotel “market” was well stocked !

The whole hotel had a smell - not a bad smell but a very distinct smell that wasn’t the greatest. The bathrooms were a tad outdated with the sink not draining the best and the pillows definitely need changing.

The people were amazing it was very clean and if we needed anything they were tight there.

Halls and room had a funky wet smell. The bed was impossible to sleep in. We had to leave hotel after 1 night and thankfully found a place with room.

Stayed for three nights but anyone should only stay for a night as it truly is a budget motel.. Although the staff are accommodating and the room appears clean on the surface we had a couple of issues. The room we were assigned on arrival did not have the AC working so were switched to another room. The breakfast is bland, warm at best, with little seating in the small breakfast room. I found an earwig on the floor which I know can happen but it was a little off putting our last day. I never bothered to mention it as were out of there that morning. So for a budget motel I would only stay one night but the staff are doing their best for the little amenities they have to work with.

It was pricey for just one night.

When we checked in we were given 2 bottles of water and a snack as a thank you for being rewards members. The gentleman behind the desk was great and was swift at getting us checked in. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean.

My only critique is the size of breakfast/dining area. Hotel has a vast amount of rooms and as per staff it wasn't busy, yet it was hard to find a spot to sit down and have breakfast.

Room could have been cleaner. Door handle and screen were broken and stains on the lower b ding around the floor and the shower was way to hot couldn’t get a normal temperature

It was in the right location, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and all staff including front desk, housekeeping and breakfast were amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was delicious and they have a coffee/tea/juice bar available 24/7 (really good coffee!).

Les deux premières nuits il y a eu un peu de bruit dans le corridor, jusqu'a 2 hres du matin (autobus de jeunes joueurs). Déjeuner pareil a chaque jour!

Very kind in letting us park on property before our check in time, while we were running errands with our daughter in her vehicle.

There weren’t any things we disliked.

Although the breakfast room was small compared to others we have used it was staffed real well. The breakfast was a basic scrambled eggs , bacon and fried potatoes which was okay but could be upgraded by changing up the menu every day. It doesn't have to be real special but maybe having bacon one day then sausage another day or sausage patties even just to have a variety.

En général, notre séjour a quand même été très agréable ❤️

L’accueil était agréable, même si pas de membres du personnel pouvaient nous servir en français. Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans votre hôtel et, à quelques reprises, nous avons été dérangés par des adolescents qui criaient, couraient et claquaient des portes jusqu’à 23 heures. Nous comprenons que cela peut arriver, mais nous voulions simplement vous en informer afin d’améliorer le confort de tous.

The parking was easy, well lit and safe. The security peek hole in the door for room 244 was almost 6 feet high. In tip toe i could not look out this viewer. Never seen one so high.
