A házigazda nagyon kedves volt,a lakás nem csak tiszta de gyönyörű is.Az ágy nagyon kényelmes ,minden közel van kadıköy központjában.

Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y principalmente agradecer a Umut que nos permitiera hacer tanto una entrada temprana como dejar las maletas en la habitación el día de la salida. Gracias.

Ubicacion en una calle tranquila de Kadicoy, un poco alejada de la zona de bares y compras, pero lo suficientemente cerca de los ferris y de la linea de metro4 al aeropuerto de Sabine Grocke y la linea Marmaray.

Konumu gayet merkezi, otobüs ve metro istasyonları ile feribot iskelelerine 5 - 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde deniz gören ferah konfrolu bir daire, keyfili bir konaklamaydı.

Martı seslerinin biraz fazla olması :)

Location was great. The apt was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was a bit hard to find and the taxi driver was confused about the address. There was no elevator and the apt was on the 5th floor!

It is near to Kadikoy market (shopping, eating , cheap food etc.) and walkable to public transport (ferry, buses etc.). Spacious apartment for a family of three.

Beds are uncomfortable. No dishwasher, very limited supplies like paper rolls etc. No starter kit like shampoos, soap, coffee, oil, sugar or salt etc. The apartment was on 4th floor without elevator and we came for a 15 days vacation in Turkey. So we had lot of luggage and it was exhausting to bring the bags to 4th floor.

Прекрасное расположение, рядом метро, паром и остановка общественного транспорта. Также много кафе и ресторанов с местной и европейской кухней. Район тихий, чистый, приятно гулять. Владелец аппартаментов заранее связался с нами, обьяснил,как доехать. Ждал нас у дверей и заселил сразу утром, без ожидания какого-то определенного времени. Аппартаменты чистые, все необходимое есть. Владелец при необходимости всегда на связи. Проживание оставило самые приятные впечатления.

Everything was excellent. Very good access to all forms of public transportation - bus (stop about 100m), underground/metro, above the ground "metro bus" (takes you around the whole town. while seeing the neighboehoods you pass), ferries (an excellent way to travel to the city center and to take the Bosporus tour). All the equipment was working, rooms were clean, neighbourhood is safe and friendly. Local markets and shopping districts within short walking distance and with good prices. Plenty of sites to eat outside near you. Grocery store within 50m.

If someone has a weak health, taking up suitcases to higher floors may be a struggle, as there are no lifts in the building - there simply is no room for them. For us, however, this was not a problem at all.

Расположение отличное.Хозяин приветлив, очень доброжелателен , пошел навстречу нашим пожеланиям.Получили огромное удовольствие находясь в данных аппартаментах. Небольшой казус произошел при заселении, но это наша ошибка, не указали точное время заселения,т.к первый раз бронировали аппартаменты, не учли нюансы. Еще раз огромное спасибо. При дальнейшем посещении Стамбула , выберем непременно Аппарт-отель Аллегро. С наилучшими пожеланиями Тамара.

Our hosts were very friendly, communication was great before and during the stay. The area is amazing, I would much recommend staying here over the European side. Easy public transport and fantastic food. Apartment was lovely and as expected. Beds were very comfortable.

Overall had a great stay, a few minor points are that the apartment is on a main road, so there isnt much of a view and the living room is a bit noisy which could be an issue if you're wanting to use the sofa bed.

Mr. Doğan was very kind and helpful, even arranging safe luggage storage for us after check-out. The apartment was bright, quiet, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, with many cafés nearby and Kadıköy port just a short walk away.

The view from the window was not particularly impressive, but the large windows gave a nice open feeling, and overall everything was good. We only needed to buy water and a few small necessities from nearby shops.

Property was well located for bus/ferries/metro. The main room was bright and clean. The building was secure. Having two bedrooms gave everyone space. The owner was very helpful. The neighborhood up the hill is lively and welcoming. I found the stairs to be good exercise. They might be a bit difficult with large/heavy luggage.

Was a city view, not a sea view as was stated on the listing at the time. Very busy street and the sounds of the city are present day and night...however, if one is having a longer stay stay there, one becomes accustomed to the sounds.

l'amfitrió molt amable, el pis és nou, esta ben situat , prop dels ferris que et porten al centre. barri amb moltes cafeteries i comerç. la wifi funciona bé.

l'unica pega que li poso és que els coixins no són gaire comodes, en canvi els matalassos si.

Velmi pěkný byt 3+kuchyňský kout, vše nové, velice pěkná koupelna. Byli jsme moc spokojení.

Bohužel jsme měli byt ve čtvrtém patře a schodiště je velmi příkré a široké pouze jeden metr. Ale dá se na to zvyknout 😉

Very friendly and welcoming host. The location of the apartment is awesome, because you have access to all important public transport systems plus you got to be in one of the best districts of Istanbul. The apartment itself was very clean and has all the basic stuff you might need.

The apartment is very new and absolutely worth the price. It looks exactly like it does in the photos and has everything you might need. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. The building is secure, with cameras in place, and the apartment is close to the port and the local market. Kadiköy is an excellent location with convenient connections to other parts of the city. The area is family-friendly, with a wide variety of nearby eateries, as well as kiosks and markets where you can find almost everything. There’s little need to visit the Grand Bazaar since everything is available locally, and prices for food and other items are generally lower than in other areas.

Since Kadiköy is mostly visited by locals, English isn’t widely spoken here. But Google translate worked well :)

Good location close to Kadiköy docks. The appartement felt newly renovated and modern.

The sounds of car traffic from the busy avenue were clearly heard in the living room.

The location was convenient for transport. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Staff were good to deal with.

The WiFi was too weak to watch Netflix we used photo data instead. The road outside was a bit noisy but it didn't bother us too much.

Modern apartment with everything provided. Umut was our main contact, super responsive & helpful. We stayed with a young baby and a nice cot was provided. They even bought us a high chair (but it didn’t arrive in time)! Great location to the main restaurant street and other-side of kadikoy. Quiet at night. We were also lucky to get a late check out and our luggage stored securely in another apartment without extra charge. Aircon is only in the living room so needed to be on a higher fan speed to reach the bedrooms and then was very comfortable at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The first set of apartments is on the first floor which is up 2 flights of stairs so hard with our luggage and pram. However, Umut was really helpful and helped with all our luggage.

Very clean apartment, convenient location. Helpful and very polite host, waited for us in the late evening because our flight was delayed, provided all needed and useful information. Recommend this place ☺️

Best location. Not so crowded and expensive district, but with huge amount of cafe and shops, good public transport and from the port you can reach all main sightseeings, combining it with bosphorus-trip. It's perfect. Very helpful and nice host. All our requests were honored. Clean and spacious apartment All kitchen equipment was ok and in appropriate quantity

With opened window you can sometimes here the Mosque, but I believe it's a common point for Istambul-centre.

Great owner! Will assist you with everything you need in appartment. Carrefour in 5min by walk. Ferry and Metropolitan in 5min too

The apartment is very conveniently located. Nearby is the ferry pier, which is convenient to get to almost any part of the city. Marmaray station is also close by. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a modern, pleasant interior design. The apartment has everything you need, including a stove for cooking. This is very convenient if you are staying for a long time with children. The owner of the apartment is always in touch and kindly answers all questions. When the heat started, the owner offered to install air conditioning and brought a fan to the apartment.

There are some problems with the soundproofing of the apartment, so if your neighbors are loud enough, you will notice it. Also, the road overlooking the apartment's windows is busy even at night, so you won't have complete silence here. But this is Istanbul, so this is a pretty normal situation for such a big city.

Very clean and cozy apartment. Fully equipped by dish, gas stove and other little tech which made our vacation easier. Owner gave us present, during our trip always have been available for all our questions. Place good for quick ride to others districts to see because port is near, metro also is near. Apartment have good location to go to bazaar/supermarkets for souvenirs and goods, to coffee house for breakfast and with all of that it’s really quite We really enjoyed of returning here in the evenings

Lovely spacious open plan apartment with two good bedrooms. Everything was modern, new and worked well. It was very well appointed. Good large & hot shower. Large refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. The whole apartment was exceptionally good. Nice view from the fourth floor. It’s a ten minute walk to the metro, the ferries and the centre. Very convenient for us. The owner met us and explained everything well and with good English. He kindly helped us with bike storage and car parking. A very likeable man who communicated well. Kadikoy is a relaxing, cool location and just a short ferry ride from Galata.

The apartment is completely newly renovated, we had the honor of being its first guests. We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Istanbul. It is very conveniently located near all kinds of public transport, and is also at walking distance to a lively center filled with shops, restaurants, fresh produce, bars, and more. The host was very friendly, gave us a tour of the apartment, and during our stay he would ask how we were doing. There were complimentary drinks and snacks prepared for us and he even prepared things for our child. It was a very comfortable stay with a lot of facilities, and most of our needs met.

Keep in mind that it is still very fresh and therefore a work in progress, but already quite complete! - Since it is so new, you can still smell the newness in some rooms. This will go away over time though. - There are locks on the doors of the bathroom and bedrooms, but they are not useable yet. This was not a big issue for us and this too will probably be fixed in due time. - The wifi signal is good in the living room but weak/no signal in other rooms. - We could clearly hear neighbors at night.
