Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Easiest check in ive done in my entire life. All online. No room keycard, only use pin for door so no cases like lost card. Room spacious & clean. They changed my toiletries even after i put the "change" sign in the afternoon. Value for money. Lots of restaurant nearby, got mini market across the street. Will stay here again next time in Btu.
Maybe change the instant coffee to ones with Halal sih

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026We...a family of four found it very spacious and comfy to stay. Facilities are good as well...did not expect a mini fridge in the room which my kids utilised very well to keep their drinks. Mini kitchen@dining area in the room also a big hit as we can lounge there and rest. The bathroom is also big , clean and they have hot water for showering.
The only thing I did not like was no privacy at the entrance since the restaurant next to it is always packed with people....but still very easy to get food.

No mirrors accept for the one in the bathroom. Lack utensils. If host can provide Auto washing machine would be better. Upstairs neighbours were very noisy at 1 am (though stated in the rules that all resident were advised to be silent from 10 pm - 8 am) Noise from nearby bar.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Puas hati. Spacious room, comfy bed. Toilet luas. Ada sofa and big space untuk santai² atas lantai. Working hot shower. Untuk yang tak familiar with the area, don't worry kedai makan nearby banyak so banyak pilihan. Semua in walking distance 👍🏻 7E just around the corner. Utk weekday trip, parking ok but utk weekend not sure. If bintulu got big events mungkin tak cukup jugak. Noise? Ok je, maybe sebab weekday orang tak ramai.
Tangga entrance untuk yg sakit lutut maybe a bit challenging 😅 cermin muka cuma ada dalam toilet, but that's still ok.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025Communication with the property was good. We were contacted on the day of our arrival via WhatsApp with all the information needed for self check-in. We were able to enter the building and our room without any problem. Our room was modern and very clean. Our bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The property was in a good location for us- a 15 minute walk from the bus terminal. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (our favourite was right next to the property, on the left as you went in).

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025I am satisfied in terms of the security where only guests are given password when entering the premise. The room was spacious, clean and the bed we slept was so comfortable, really had a good sleep.
Sadly, no mirror????? OMG!!!! So, my suggestions are 1) put one near the table since there are chairs and long table provided. 2) put on the wall near to the door.
